BEWARE! We came in for a $20 wash and were very clear we did not want a membership. This morning we got a fraud alert that this deceptive company was trying to charge our card for $32. DO NOT give them your credit card unless you want a monthly subscription charge, pay cash if you must use them!

$15 down the drain. No pre pressure wash. A few swipes with a brush on front windshield, less than a minute through some rollers and nothing.

The wash is always great, but I’m not sure why I’m asked about giving a tip when it’s an automatic car wash……..

First off, I don’t like having employees walk me through “deals,” at the touch screen and trying to upsell me. Secondly, apparently I signed up for a monthly subscription after I SPECIFICALLY mentioned that’s not what I wanted. This place doesn’t care about serving the customer or providing what they actually need. All they want is to milk you for money every month. I took these concerns to employees in person and they canceled my subscription, but then gave me a customer service number to call for a refund. Conveniently, the phone service was busy and I had to leave a voicemail, but one employee reassured me that if I signed a brochure, I would NOT get a refund. On the one hand, fair enough. I don’t remember signing a brochure but it’s possible that I did and don’t remember. Whatever the case, I had ZERO idea that a monthly subscription was involved. If I did sign it, I should’ve done my part by reading the brochure—stupid me. But I haven’t used the car wash once since supposedly signing up, and the fact that some guy was at the touch screen shoving subscription options in my face instead of just letting me wash my car in peace maybe had something to do with it. The complete lack of care and disconnect the company has with its customers is enough that I will never use this place again. You have been warned. Steer Clear. EDIT: I can see they replied to this review. I will send them an email, but I already contacted the phone number and they told me that, because of their policies, they aren’t allowed to give me a full refund. But they refunded me one month. Apparently I did sign a brochure—that was stupid on my part, and I should have been paying more attention. But the fact that they’re shoving subscriptions in my face and not actually explaining what they’re doing—and then being like “sorry, that’s our policy!” is the real issue. I prefer to do business with people who aren’t going to squeeze the most money out of me at once, but who actually want to offer services that add value.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Their billing practices are suspect. They have been billing my credit card for several months, and I believe that their sales practices are intentionally misleading. I went for a car wash, and the rep said he would throw in a month of unlimited visits for that same price. He said there was no obligation, and even wrote when my visits would expire on the card. He said nothing about me opting in for a monthly service or needing to call back to cancel - he described a process where I would need to call back and opt-in if I liked the idea of paying for unlimited car washes every month. They refused to refund any of the charges, despite knowing that I haven't been to wash my car there a single time during the time that they were billing me. (Don't buy their service response below as if they want to help. They refused to refund any charges, and then they fought my dispute of their charges with the credit card company.) AVOID THIS CAR WASH. UNETHICAL!

Beware! My college age son went for a car wash before heading out of state for the year. He declined the membership offered and was asked to fill out a form for a “flash sale” on his one-time wash. This information was used for a recurring monthly membership charge on our credit card. My son lives out of state for 10 months each year so he absolutely did not sign up for a membership. So shady and the wash is terrible too. Go to the competing car wash next door where everything is superior. Reply to wash n roll: I had already called that number trying to rectify this situation and I received no help. My son was lied to and wash n roll won’t make it right. Unfortunately I felt my only recourse was to write this negative review to warn others.

Use to have a great experience at this car wash (been going here for about 3 years), but lately it has gone downhill. Went today and was guided through the payment options (would have preferred to just do this on my own, but I get they're trying to sign you up for memberships). I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the guys brushing my car, left $2. When I pulled up to the brusher he squirts a tiny bit of soap on my windshield then sends me through the wash without even scrubbing anything. It also seems like they've removed some of the machinery that use to do a better job scrubbing your car. When I pulled out to the vacuums my car was still extremely wet (blowers barely did anything), and when the water started to dry there was still a film of dirt all over my car along with some other bird/bug residue. Only giving 2 stars because of the free vacuums and towels I was able to use to scrub off the dirt film on all the surfaces.

I got a membership to this place since it opened. The people working here are honest and hard working. I want to mention Fred specifically as he is an amazing person, stand up guy. Always makes time to chat and ask after me and my family. I would highly recommend this place.

My experience has been different than most. First off, no, I do not want to be bothered at a self-service car wash. If I wanted a membership I would come to you. Every car wash is like this now and it's very difficult to accept. Second, I was offered the same deal get a membership for the price of your wash and then after that month, it would be set up on a subscription. If you don't go to the website and cancel the service, of course you're going to be charged. The guy explained to me very well the terms and conditions. Third, this is the only car wash I like going to because they are the only ones that still scrub the front and the back prior to the wash. Overall, my experience has been good. I visit about every month.

I was also tricked into a so-called special on a month of washes for $20. I was assured I would not get charged for another month. Of course I set an alarm to check my bill and a month later there was a $32 charge. I emailed the company and explained the situation and they emailed me back a super blurry form that I did sign and I know I signed, but I trusted the manager that worked with me that this was a one month only deal i was signing up for. I come to this location quite a bit. So it is a shame that they have to operate this way. So I’ll be going to the place next-door or to the one down the road. They are certainly not the only game in town! It’s pretty ridiculous that you can’t just push the button and put your card in yourself. They have to have someone bullshit you and push the button for you. The whole business model is a shady scam!

It was an incredibly disturbing traumatic experience with this company. We told repeatedly that we DID NOT WANT a subscription. They still signed us up for one, got our license plate incorrectly so we could never cancel the subscription online. Then proceeded to tell us we had to call them or go to the car wash to get it cancelled. We have been out of town for the past few weeks and this was very hard for us to do. Customer service was especially rude and demeaning. We will never ever go back to another Wash N Roll unless they help resolve this. Please do not ask us to give you a call, we’ve called multiple times with absolutely no luck.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this car wash operates. We were offered a “free month of car wash service” as a promotion. It seemed like a good deal at the time, so we signed up, trusting their word. However, after that first month, we noticed charges on our account for a monthly membership — even though we had already canceled the service before the trial period ended. We followed their instructions to cancel the service properly, thinking everything was taken care of. But they still charged us. We tried calling them multiple times to dispute the charges, but no one seemed to care or take responsibility for the issue. The customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive. It felt like once they got our payment info, they just took advantage of it, assuming we wouldn’t notice or wouldn’t bother fighting the charges. It’s frustrating and unacceptable that a business would rely on these shady practices just to make a few extra bucks. A free trial should be just that — free, without hidden strings attached. And if a customer cancels on time, there should be no charges afterward. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone. Be careful if you sign up — make sure to check your account closely and be ready for a headache if something goes wrong, because they won’t do anything to fix it. This experience was a complete letdown and feels like a scam.

I'm giving 4 stars to this place for the customer service, the guy I spoke with said his name was (C-3?) He was a real down to earth and personable guy. I'll more than likely come back just because he was real with me about how the memberships work and not after just a cash and grab with me. No fake salesman pitches or false pretenses. I will be back to this place just to chop it up with that dude again. Yall should employ more like him and not all the pushy people looking to sell something. Have people treating people like people

I had the same thing most of the reviewers have had with this business. I had the "free" month pushed on me then didn't notice I'd been charged for 2 months. Called 800 number and was treated very rudely. This is not an ethical way to do business. I'd like to speak with the owner. I would definitely stay away. There is a car wash right next door. You responded to this review and I have been calling for 2 days and not getting a response. I'm completely in line with the rest of these reviews. What is going on over there?

I didn’t believe the other reviews that said how much they try to sell you memberships. I should have. I got in line and said I just want $15 wash. The person told me it comes with free 30 days of wages. I then told her I don’t want a membership, just a wash. She told me it wasn’t a membership and I told her I don’t want the 30 days just the wash. She then told me I could cancel before the 30 days was up. How is that not a membership if I have to cancel? After going back and forth for a bit I finally got a car wash without a membership. Is there a place in Nashville I can just get a car wash without arguing about memberships?

BUYERS BEWARE! I wish I had read the reviews on this place before I used them. I was just at the Bellevue Tennessee location where a person helped me select the csr wash I wanted and then he swipes my card to pay for it and then informed me that I would see a recurring membership charge every 30 days going forward. I did not ask for a membership nor did he inform me it was a membership until he handed me a receipt. When I told him to cancel it, he said I would have to do that myself now. If you are near or at that location, I would advise you to go next door to Club Car Wash.

Just wanted to get my car cleaned and left with a damaged vehicle. The manager, Fred was absolutely useless. I’d only recommend this car wash if you want to spend more money fixing your car than having it washed. Ridiculous prices for such poor service. Let the blind man on the corner clean your car before you let them or their machines touch it.

Absolutely avoid. Their brushes damaged my car, & no-one will pick up the phone. I went back to speak to the manager, “Fred,” who—to reiterate what others have said—was completely useless. That dude is completely comfortable just straight up lying to your face about the quality of their machines… so I see why he’s in that position. Helen Keller would’ve done a better job washing my car than this place.
