Paid for the gold wash and ceramic rinse🤯 car is still dirty and the blower didn't last long enough to even begin to dry. Total not worth even the price of bronze

Other dog wash one downtown Belvidere is only 10, so I gave it 10, it needed 15, so I then used my card for other five but it charged me 15 on my card anyway and took my 10 dollar bill.

Not happy just paid $21 for water no soap no wax no nothing will not be going back very unhappy you would think if you owned a car wash you would keep track of the products that are needed!!!! Seems like the response is always a technical glitch I think that would make you pay attention a little bit more!

Car wash, no problem. Pet wash? No shampoo / no lather when oat shampoo and / or tearless shampoo selected. Dryer blows cold air. Result? Dog got wet, dryer blew his hair dry. This owner is frustrated, dog is still stinky and now cold and peeved. Go elsewhere for self-serve pet wash.

Recorded this wash. Nice idea and very well kept-up, has a little presoak scum on the signs, which is to be expected. Prices were too much for what you get out of an Autec. If you come here and don't purchase the top wash though, you are good.

Payed for a car wash pulled in sprayed my car with soap and that's it,no attendant on sight.theres a better car wash by Walmart.

Paid $18 for the wash to spray soap on my car and trap me in the wash for 5 minutes. Car wash never turned on. Just editing to add, I did call the number and was able to get them to refund my transaction.

This was an awesome service...until it wasn't. Paid for a quick wash, it's a $15 min. Rinsed, washed & deodorized the pup. Went to use the dryer and nothing. No air at all. This is separate from the speedway so they told me "sorry" they couldn't help. Watched the timer ticking past $15 on to $20. Now I'm stuck with a sopping cold wet puppy and no one is answering the phone on their "help" line. $20 to just have to rewash & dry at home. Would love to go back and try again, but I'm not willing to risk another $20 if no one calls me back.

Was not aware I had to pull in my mirrors until it completely dislodged them and moves the inner glass pieces sxsrigg by me. Awful car wash. Very unhappy I paid $21 for what seemed like nothing. Better bang for your buck at Club Car Wash. Already have a subscription there but was coming back from Chicago so decided to stop here. Big mistake.

Leaves my car with watermarks every wash and the rubber wash brush always knocks my mirrors backwards.My caris still dirty and I thought maybe it was built up yuck from winter kept using was for a whole month and still have to pay to was it elsewhere. I realized last night that the soap and the clear coat wax are not even working properly. This is the second time I have tried this place. It really let me down.

Went for my first and last time tonight. I was really confused with the drive way first of all. Need better signage just to get in.. Every display from the card reader to the price sign as you pull in are all broken for faded can not read them. There are no real directions on how to even operate it once you are in. It did give the car a good scrub down but the sprayers pushed in my mirrors. Which I never had an issue with them before. I got the 10 dollar package. Which was the wash and tire shine.. I just wasn’t happy from start to finish…but the car is clean.. lol

SCRATCHED MY WINDSHIELD!!!! BEYOND furious and still had bugs on it… stopped to get the bugs off at the gas station immediately after the wash and found large scratches on my windshield.

I hesitated because of some older reviews, but I’m really glad we went. Wash It Hood to Tail was clean, warm, and a great place to wash our Husky and Pomsky. A small leash attachment would be nice, but we made it work. Bring your own apron though, because once your dog starts shaking… you’re getting soaked 😂💦 Definitely returning!
