Dropped my truck off after years of car washes and damages from parking outside. The paint pretty much felt like sandpaper. Just picked the truck up today and it looks like im driving a mirror. He was able to get all of the grime and dirt off, paint feels super smooth and looks great. Overall great guy and great expierence, highly recommend taking your vehicle here.

It was Ceramic Coated and was not disappointed, he was very accommodating to my schedule, he took the time to explain how everything worked to the last detail. Rafael is extremely knowledgeable about the process being mindful to correct what is required, leaving as much paint on the vehicle as possible. Was looking at a used Mazda cx-5 but it smelled like an ash tray. Found 37 details through chatgtp when I asked for a reputable detailer in the Rockford area. Talked with Rafael and explained there was a car I wanted to buy but I was hung-up on the smell. He walked me through the process and gave me a quote to go back to the dealer with to ask if they would cover the cost. They did cover the cost and Rafael charged me under what he even quoted. Extremely satisfied that I can put my daughter in a clean car. Very happy with 37 details and happy to give money to family run business that takes pride in their work. Huge shoutout to Rafael and the rest of the 37 Details team! They did a great job bringing the paint on my tesla model 3 back to life with their level 1 paint enhancement. They also did a phenomenal job tinting my windows 5% all around as well! Rafael is very knowledgable and was a ton of help, easy scheduling online and quick turn around times. We had the interior detailing package and Raphael did an amazing job on our car! He vacuumed, deodorized and sanitized it and also washed it. About a month ago I took my new car from the dealership to Rafael at 37 Details for a complete package of work including: Full front PPF, complete ceramic coating, including wheels and windows, and ceramic tint on 5 windows. I could not be more impressed and satisfied. Rafael is a total pro using the best equipment and products available. He was always available to answer my questions and provided a thorough explanation of the products he uses, why he chose them and the differences between the grades. I had a tinted windshield on my last vehicle but other than that this was my first experience with PPF and Ceramic coatings. We did the first maintenance wash together and it was amazing how easy and beautifully it cleaned up. This was a significant investment for me and easily worth every penny. If you are considering having this done, please do yourself a favor and speak with Rafael, no hype or pressure just a master craftsman using the finest products available. You have to see and feel it to understand just how amazing this technology is. I have had my car for a month and I still can't walk by it with out running my fingers over the paint, I have never seen or felt a finish of this quality. 37 Details has a customer for life with me, I can't not do this to every vehicle from here on out.
