I have never been disappointed when I get my car cleaned here. Today they went above and beyond and performed excellent customer service. I had a minor scratch that I asked if they could buff out. The manager came over and very professional said they would do the best they could buffing the car. To all our surprise the car came out looking spectacular. It looks as it never was scratched it the first place. Again, this place does an impeccable job and always makes you car look brand new.

Usually have a great experience with this place, so I stopped in there after work since I work in Belvidere and live in South Beloit. I purchased the Premium wash for $25. They did a half way decent vacuuming job, but the kid that took it to clean it after the wash, did a horrible job and it took him 20 minutes. I think he was just enjoying the air since it was 88 degrees out. So I got home and was looking for the dime that I left in the cup holder and it was not there, I found it under the E-brake arm with some other things(see pic). So then I started looking more closely and saw dust on the back dash under the back window and crumbs still on the back seat. I keep my car pretty clean since I use it for Uber and Lyft and it wasn’t very dirty, dirty for me because it had been about 3 weeks since I cleaned it. So I called them and told the gal (Gabby) and she had me take pics and text them to her. She said she would have the owner call me back. Sergio called me 20 minutes later and didn’t sound like he believed me and made it sound like they don’t clean that well inside for just a car wash. Well I have been there many times and this was not the outcome I usually get. He told me to bring it back (30 mins away) and they would clean it again. Well that’s an hour of driving for them to do what they should of done the first time. And with as much as gas is that would cost about $10 more on top of the time lost. I feel like he could of done a better job of making the customer happy. It would have been great to hear him say, what can I do to make it right? I will unfortunately not be going there again.

I have a new Ford F150 Raptor and only trust this car wash to clean it. The owner, Sergio, is a wonderful human and he always takes the time to visit with his customers. Today, I told him about a small scratch in the truck (I think something in my garage fell on it). The next thing I know, he has an employee driving the truck over to a detail bay and they're working hard to buff out the scratch. Sadly, it was too deep and I'll need a body shop, but what a great a group of people to try and help me. Everyone works hard and I love this place.

Stopped here after my doctor appointment to get a car was and they cleaned it so well! I paid $30 and they vacummed and did a full hand dry and wipe down! Best service!!!! Absolutely loved them will be back. My car hasn't shined this good in forever

I got a full interior and exterior detail on my car today. They shampoo’d the ceiling, and even got all the dog hair out of the carpet fibers. Everything is spotless! I’ve never had my car detailed before and I have been scared to do it for some reason. They made it very easy for me and it was pretty reasonably priced for all the work they did. I believe David was the one who worked on my car today and probably others. They also got me in right away which was awesome. Very nice staff. I will recommend to others and I will be back. :) Also, my rims are so sparkly and beautiful!! They look brand new. My whole car looks better than the day I brought it home.

Came in today just needing a cleaning for my Yukon. And I had a issue with glue being on my truck and I couldn't figure out how to take care of it. I asked if he could help me out and Lord be hold he took care of that spot with no problem and taught a few tricks in taking care of the paint of the truck. He even gave me recommendations for when I get the truck repainted. I will definitely recommend them for any vechile detailing, paint issues, they will take care of you. I will definitely be coming to them for my Limousine company in the future to handle all of detailing needed on my vechiles.

I had a great experience at Ultimate Car Wash. A gallon of paint spilled all over the back of my van. I stopped in right before closing, and Sergio didn’t hesitate to help me out. He accommodated me right away and went above and beyond to get everything cleaned up. They were thorough, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. The back of my van looks great, and you’d never know there had been paint spilled. I’m so grateful for the extra effort, especially at the end of the working day. Excellent customer service- Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I went in for a car wash on my birthday as a little treat to myself. I paid $30 for the full package and made it very clear that I wanted the back cargo area and middle console cleaned. When they told me the car was “done,” I immediately noticed that neither of those areas had been touched. They were exactly the same as before. I politely asked the worker if he could clean them like I had originally requested, and although he said he would, he spent the entire time muttering under his breath like I was asking for something unreasonable. Even after that, the areas were still dirty! I ended up going home and cleaning them myself. These weren’t difficult spots to clean. It would have taken two minutes of effort. Instead, I wasted $30 for a service I didn’t even receive. The only part of my car that was clean was the exterior, and that’s mostly done by their automatic drive-thru anyway. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be returning, and honestly, I should’ve demanded a refund

I could write a long review about how fantastic this place is, but I’ll keep it simple if you need your car cleaned, detailed, or ceramic coated, this is the place to go. Sergio, the owner, genuinely cares about your experience and doesn’t let you leave until everything is perfect. When I saw him today, I asked if he could buff out a scratch on some plastic trim. Without hesitation, he took a look and said he could take care of it and not only did he fix that one spot, he went ahead and buffed all of the plastic pieces for the same price I expected to pay for just that one area.The employee who worked on my car also did an incredible job you can tell he takes real pride in his work and pays attention to every detail.I’ve been coming here for a while now and wouldn’t trust my car anywhere else. It’s refreshing to support a local business that truly values its customers and takes pride in their work, not just their profits.
