Yesterday I went to this gas station where I always go and the pay outside machine told me to see attendant. I went in, waited in line for quite sometime only to find out they were only taking cash. Why not post a note? So I told Jackie (the rude and ignorant cashier) how rude it is to make people wait she just said oh well while her manager was right there. Needless to say they completely lost my business.

We were involved in a single vehicle mishap on our way home at 2am-ish after vending at the Boone Co. Fairgrounds, flea show 3pm to midnight. We parked at this Shell station after realizing we couldn't drive back home to Hanover Park because of flat tires. The station opened at 5am. My husband and I slept in the car, on the lot for 3 hours. At 5am my Mister, Dennis, approached the attendant, Brian. He was SOnhelpful! I wnt to let everyone know. Julie Swendsen-Jones

They're not actually open 24 hours as is posted on Google here. They close at 11pm. It's a decent gas station though, friendly employees.

Wish I could give 0 stars as a rewards member and part of a company thats uses Shell Fleet Fuel I have NEVER been more disappointed and treated ao disrespectfully. Try to enter my rewards number and the pump continued to bring me back to the start when I selected no wash not even coming to a scanning card option. When trying to explain to the cashier he was extremely rude cutting me off and stated its not that hard. This location has lost my company's business which in being someone who averages $300 in a month on my own in gas it was a big mistake to hire someone like him.

The guy helping the customers around 620 pm have to be remove or retrained i ask him if have to put my number in the machine to get the discount he tell me to shut up very rude he have to know how to respect ill never go again inside if he is going to be that rude to me to avoid problems...

Can't buy a car wash at the pump - need to buy gas, then go inside to buy car wash. The car wash itself looked very dirty and old. My car got cleaned, so it did the job. But I was kinda grossed out.

Pumps are slow with fueling. It takes much longer than any station in town to fill your tank. Other pumps do not stop and will leak gas out onto the ground. Car wash has not been operational for quite a while. Staff is great. It’s the operational side of things that make it difficult to want to keep returning. Additionally, telling someone who posted a review to go to a solutions website to submit the same thing as a review seems redundant. If someone lets you know your business has issues, its not on them to solve them and run it up the chain to get fixed. Customers are not employees. You should fix the issues and if you would so choose, make an update letting people know the corrections and that would as well show that you care or at least are making an effort.

Came in to purchase something and got the rudest service from the gentleman that was behind the register. I asked him if he was having a bad day? And he says yes and gave me a bunch of excuses then I saw his interaction with another customer and he was totally pleasant. Don’t wanna be that person to play the race card but if the shoe fits. Very upset and will not be back.
