I visited Fox car wash in Reunion on a busy Saturday night. I have WeatherTech mats so unfortunately they don’t fit in the mat wash. I asked the tech if they could help me out and spray them down and they let me know that unfortunately their power wash was down. So I went about completing my cleaning job and about 20 minutes later LJ came and found me and let me know that, he and his managers work some things out and he would be able to wash my mats for me. I thought it was super awesome that he came back and I appreciate the service. Look at those floors sparkle ✨

I signed up for a membership and decided at The time that I signed up that it wasn't worth it. I ask the attendants to go ahead and cancel it. they assurrd me that they would, but guess what charge popped up on card...

I have three cars and all three of them are just like my babies. I do not trust these cars to be washed by any other car wash except the Wash Fox. And, their high power vacuum cleaner after wash is a plus. More important, one of my car recently damaged as the blower was drying my car. The management asked me to write a report and a get quote from a body shop. As soon as I got the quote, the next day I received a check paid the full amount of damage. I do appreciate it and, the management have my gratitude. Keep up the great work

Very convenient and fast. Good vacuums with free window towels. I have the Fox Deluxe so I wash my car fairly often. The car is cleaned well except in and around the wheel wells. I was told to ask to have the wheel wells sprayed upon entry, which I did. It did not seem to matter. There was still a lot of dirt inside and outside the well wells. I asked again and they were very polite, saying I should ask to have it sprayed. I said I did ask and they sprayed them lightly. The photos are after asking to have the wheel wells sprayed. I should not have to ask each time I want all the dirt removed, and going through twice does not clean the wheel wells. $431 a year for a car wash that does not remove the dirt/chemicals on a car here in Colorado is not a risk I need to take. I may look elsewhere and sacrifice convivence for one that will remove the grime which could lead to damage.

Very disappointed - granted my truck was pretty dirty to start with, but paying for top tier plus "mud wash" (a spotty mud spray is more accurate) I expected better results. Unfortunately I didn't look at the exterior until I arrived at my destination 15 min later (lesson learned). Some parts of the vehicle were just as dirty as before I went in. It appears that contact of the cleaning components with the vehicle surface was uneven and inadequate. I called the business less than an hour after going through, and whoever answered said they could not do a re-wash since I'd already left their lot. It's not like I got it this dirty again during my drive through Commerce City!

Terrible car wash!! It looks just as dirty as it did before getting it washed. Will NOT be going back or recommending this carwash to anyone. If could leave zero stars I would.

Waist of time and money! $16 and it didn’t even rinse all the soap off before drying. Left the hood and roof dirty. Had to re-wash and dry when I got home. What’s the point? Waist of time and money! Instead of a bunch of excuses you could offer solutions. Like refund my money and get better signage telling people BEFORE they go through that some portions of their vehicle will not be washed. You could manually wash the hood and roof with the same brush you already have to use on the back. Or maybe use pressure sprayers for vehicles with racks. Sounds like you could also use to get undercarriage spray bars for mud and magnesium removal. But I guess you’d rather over promise, under deliver and get a poor review. 🙄

Rep didn’t want to run it through even though there was a lot of dirt left on the minivan. Terrible wash. Also, several other automated bays in the area offer a guarantee of weather. Brushes must be dirty left for mud than the dust that was on the car. I bought the top tier wash as well.

Their plate reading system sucks and needs to be updated. Other carwashes do a scanning bar code to avoid the issues with reading plates. Just waited over 10 minutes for someone to come out and type in my plate because the system doesn’t read it. These kids want to make $20-30 an hour for jobs that require no skill and put no effort into it either. They simply don’t care. Canceling the membership ASAP. Not worth it. Might as well just pay for wash when I feel like it because of these issues I don’t even come weekly because it’s inconvenient. PS. Tried calling the location several times while waiting and no one picks up either.

I've had a monthly membership for several years now, and I occasionally turn the membership off for a few months cir various reasons.. recently then when I called in to pause/cancel the monthly billing, the lady told me that I'd have to email their corporate office. In addition to raising their prices, it seems they are making it difficult as possible to pause/cancel the monthly membership. A couple of years ago, Wash Fox were the only kids on the block, now there's more places for me to get my car washed in the area and I don't intend on renewing any of the memberships for my 4 vehicles

The license plate reader never works and to wait for the attendants to grant access takes extra time. This is discouraging enough to go to the car wash and even more frustrating because they only accept license plate reads as an option for washes. It would be more convenient to have that option as I have four vehicles and they all have the problem because there are black Colorado license plates on them. Unfortunately, I will be canceling all my memberships.

The car wash is convenient for me as I have a monthly membership. The wash tunnel does a pretty good job unless the bug guts are really dried on. The vacuums are powerful and do a good job of getting dog fur and sand out of my truck.

I love this carwash! I have the unlimited monthly pass and it's worth every penny. The vacuuming area is super easy to use and I really like to use the floor mat cleaner. David M. is always so nice and helpful. Thank you!

I was a loyal Wash Fox customer in the Reunion area for years and always appreciated the quality of their car washes. However, my experience trying to cancel my monthly subscription was extremely frustrating. After deciding to cancel, I attempted to reach them through multiple emails and phone calls, but never received a response. As a result, I was billed for three additional months. I eventually had to freeze my card and work with my bank to block future charges—a process that took 60 days because the bank must give the company time to respond. Unfortunately, Wash Fox never responded to my bank either. I don't believe Wash Fox is intentionally operating in bad faith, but their systems are seriously lacking. There's no straightforward way to cancel a subscription or update payment information online, which forces customers into this difficult situation. I've since learned that several people I know in the area have experienced the same problem. I hope Wash Fox will improve their cancellation process to make it easier for customers to manage their accounts.

I paid $7 extra dollars for mud removal on top of the most expensive wash for a total of THIRTY DOLLARS and those brushes don’t even meet in the middle or do a full swipe o ln the back?! I want a damn refund.

I always take my cars there, and today I went and at first they treated me badly. Then the employees were laughing at my car because it's an older model, and they were laughing and looking at me. My car was poorly washed, and I asked if I could take it back to get it done properly because the roof and windows weren't cleaned well. They told me no, that I would have to pay for the wash again, and they wouldn't help me. I left feeling badly treated and with poor service.

I visited the car wash one time in January and have been paying for it ever since with a membership I never signed up for! I finally got ahold of soon they said give them 24 hours and it will be fixed. We’re now in January and I’m still paying for a monthly service I don’t use! I call and call and call, I leave voicemails I email. Beware, these people signed me up for something I never agreed too and there is no possible way to get a refund or cancel the membership!

It’s funny how my wife has tried to contact the company for weeks, she finally writes a bad review and they reply in the review how they don’t see transactions. Well I can tell you that you are charging my card every single month for a service I do not use and did not sign up for! Why don’t you take the time to check your emails, where we have spent the time to email your Company! Why don’t you take the time to check your voicemails where we have left voicemails! You won’t answer the phone, I think we’ve called at least 40 times now! I can provide the phone records to prove this! But you will respond to a negative review! Wow! Well here is another negative review for you. We’re tired of being charged monthly for a service we DO NOT use and we did not sign up for! We spoke to someone in December that was supposed to cancel and refund us as you will be able to see we used your car wash one time in November 2025! My wife used it a second time in January and paid for the wash, that we were apparently still getting charged month for! Let’s see if we get a review response or if you actually do your jobs and respond to the emails and messages we have already left!

🚨 Scratched My Car – Cancelled Both Memberships, Be Careful Bringing Your Vehicle Here 🚨 I took my Lexus LX600 (2025) to this car wash, and unfortunately, my vehicle came out with a scratch after going through their wash. Before entering, I specifically told them not to turn on the brushes to avoid damage, but my car still came out scratched. When I brought this up, the assistant manager (her name sounded like “Mean” but she refused to repeat it) was rude and dismissive. She told me that the scratch was already there and that they would “check the cameras.” However, they never showed me any camera footage proving that the scratch was already on my car. I am 100% sure the scratch was not there before the wash. I then asked to cancel my memberships, but she insisted I didn’t have one—even though I have been paying since this location first opened. She continued to be unhelpful and rude. Thankfully, another employee named David was very kind and professional; he quickly found my account and canceled both of my vehicle memberships. This experience was extremely frustrating: poor customer service, a rude and arrogant assistant manager, refusal to acknowledge the damage, failure to provide camera evidence, and even an attempt to deny that I had a membership. The only positive part of my visit was David, who treated me with respect and handled the cancellation properly. I strongly advise others to be careful bringing their vehicles here. I will never return.
