I tried calling for a refund because the machine took my card but the wash didn’t work. Happens often & I can never get thru. I use it since it’s the closest but now I’ll be taking the extra drive (cheaper & worth the customer service) to Splash bros & using their membership since this place sux

Left my vehicle with $4k of damages and the bill for it. Owner told me tough luck. Don’t trust this company.

We were sent here by U-haul because the other rental place didn’t have a vehicle for us. We were from out of state and had to Uber to this location. Gabby had to tell us that their 26 foot truck hadn’t been returned yet. Once Uhaul gave us the updated place, Gabby didn’t want us to have to take another Uber. She drove us herself in her own car. About an hour later she called to check on us. Talk about customer service and care!
