The guy there was really nice and helpful, I think he was the maintenance guy. However, one stall was blocked for no reason, thankfully reopened by the maintenance guy. I inserted my card and it started charging me but the sprayer and brush wouldn't work. I got the guy on it and he said, "oh yeah, the card reader doesn't work", but there wasn't a sign. He loaded it up with a few minutes so I could do a quick but incomplete wash. This place needs to be managed better.

Has two bays of automatic wash, and 4 bays of self-wash. I used one of the automatic washes since I was in a hurry. The spinning tire/rocker panel cleaners on both sides do a good job, but there's no undercarriage sprayer to clean the bottom of your vehicle. The automatic wash has two curved arms that can work both sides of the vehicle simultaneously. I was skeptical at first because my experience with this style of wash hasn't been good, but that was with single-arm washes instead of dual-arm. I was honestly pleasantly surprised at how well it cleaned, and how quickly. The blowers at the exit are a little lacking, as there are three big ones that blow from above, so removal of water from the front & back is not as good, but is still okay. Overall, a good wash.

One of the 2 automatic wash bays is almost always out of service. Just waited 15 minutes for my turn and the wash didn't start and another customer had to call to get the garage door to open so I could leave. Now I'm out $6 and no car wash. You're better off going to the Colorado express car wash at 104th and 85. You get a better wash for the same price plus free vacuums.

Updated review--all the wash/rinse cycles are not as powerful as they used to be. I don't like it as much as I used to. Original review: Reasonable priced, and did a great job of washing my car for that price! I went through the premium automated wash. I would go again, next time I'm in the area. Minus one star because the dryer wasn't the best, and I did have a few water spots on my windows.

Cheap sometimes can get very packed but worth every penny my car is all nice and shiny and I pay maximum around 6 bucks to rinse presoak tireclean was then finally rinse. Anyone who gives this bad reviews is because they used the one on the far right that doesn't read cards well. My guess is bring dollar bills and swap for change when you get there. It's best to go early in the am. And the guy who works here is a kind and lovely old man. Please keep giving him business.

I was driving through the area. I had never used a drive through self service. After I selected the type of car wash I wanted out of 3 selections the screen said to finish the code. I had no idea what this meant. Finally I just ran my credit card and that seemed to do the trick. Directions for use were on left side of the cleaning area until the end when it was time for the hurricane dry. I wondered how fast to drive...nearly out of the bay when I saw a timer running down on the right side just outside the cleaning bay. The second time would be easier...

Excellent car wash!!! They got all new equipment for the 2 drive through washes and they work great for a touch less wash. Also I like that it gets the under carriage to help get the mag chloride off. The self serve bays are always great too. The owners are friendly and they are there every day cleaning up and fixing any problems.

The manual carwash is defective, the card system does not work and the worst thing is not enough soap, everything looks in poor condition. So much money left and they cannot remodel the facilities. I had to pay for the automatic carwash. Thinking that it would be better to pay the Platimun service and my car came out almost the same as it arrived, dirt stains everywhere. At the end of the service I even felt cheated, I did not receive the service for which I paid

WORST CAR WASH EVER!!!! WASTING TIME AND MONEY!!! The car after this Wash is even dirtier than it was. After washing the car, you need to wipe the whole car down to remove these white spots.

Far right washing bay stop button doesn't work. So I had pay for 2 full cycles even though I was only using for about 12 min. Water quality is also really bad and leaves behind hard water stains.

I just washed my car at this location and it was NOT a good experience. I used the bug removal selection and it did had any it was just regular soap, then used the spot free rinse and it was out as well, at least that’s what I think because as soon as I selected the spot free the water pressure went down and now there’s water spots on my car. Called to see about getting a refund and the guy never answered

I have used the self-service bays multiple times over the last 6 to 9 months and it has never worked correctly. My vehicles are still dirty and covered with water spots even after $20 worth of spraying. It seems obvious that the owner of this car wash has turned the pressure down in an attempt to scam people by making them take longer to get their car cleaned. This will definitely be my last visit and I strongly recommend you find a different car wash

Nice car wash, has really big bays. Lots of soap on foam brush. We were able to wash our small travel trailer here. Parking lot is a bit tight on exit, so walk it out first if pulling a trailer.

I just purchased the most expensive carwash in the automatic side. The tire spray worked great. The system didn't use any soap for the entire wash though. It sprayed "surface protectant" twice, but no soap. It didn't remove a single bug. I probably won't ever use this place again.

Horrible quality. Not worth two cents. DOES NOT clean your car in the slightest. Huge ripoff literally a garden hose would be a better wash than this

$14 for a platinum car wash. Sounds reasonable except it doesn't get your car clean. So I paid to go home and clean it more myself. This is the second time this has happened. Save your money and use your garden hose. Your car WILL be cleaner.

Drive through car wash bays are on the left side of the building. Prices range from $7-$10 and when you first go in, try doing it slow. That ways the entry water blasters on each side can start at the front of your car, opposed to half way through. The meter on the side of the wall tells which part of the cycle it's running as well as when to drive forward/stop. The dryer at the end is on a timer, so make sure to drive at whatever pace necessary to evenly dry the whole length of your vehicle - before the timer counts down to zero.

The water here is very hard, I used pre soak, foam brush, high pressure soap and high pressure wash and my car was covered in hard water spots and streaks. Don’t think it’s the car washes fault but commerce city’s water? Either way won’t come back.
