I use a credit card to get my car washed. The display at car wash tells me that my card will be charged $4, but my card gets charged $10. I do now see that that the credit card is updated later, so it does charge the correct amount. I appreciate the owner’s responding to my concern. This really is a good car wash which I bring my cars to every month.

First time using this car wash. I used the auto wash and it stopped half way through. I contacted the website listed at the wash and they contacted me the next business day to discuss a refund. That level of customer service is appreciated with a non attended car wash. Will update to 5 stars if the car wash works well moving forward. Worked perfectly second time around. Best priced auto wash around.

I visit this location normally at least once per week to wash my car. I use the automatic car wash, but they do have bays available for self clean. I have always had a positive experience with the exception of one afternoon. On that day the automatic car wash malfunctioned. I promptly sent an email to alert management of the issue. Within hours I received an email response acknowledging the mechanical problem. They informed me that someone had been dispatched to address the issue, and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. On my next visit the issue had been resolved. I certainly didn't expect a response, but it goes to show that the people running this business appreciate input, and work very quickly to resolve any anomalies. I will continue to support ProClean Auto Wash, and I encourage anyone desiring a clean car to do the same!

I thought the credit cards were a good idea until they weren't. I was charged a $10 deposit on an air freshener and they didn't adjust the price after like the rude lady on the phone said. The customer service for Proclean is HORRIBLE. I gave two stars for the one lady there that took the call politely. THEY TOTALLY DO NOT CARE. Maybe she could hear the African American in my voice but this was the worst customer service ever from the moment I said hello. 🤮 I wish they could post the call.

Signed up here yesterday through the everwash app and purchased the deluxe unlimited package. Went to the car wash and the app would not start the touch-less wash. I circled around a few times while on the phone with customer service and they couldn't get the touch-less wash to start remotely. People that paid with credit or cash were able to use it but I saw other customers trying to use the app and just driving away after not getting it to work. Customer service told me to use the self wash which is not why I bought the membership. I went to use the self wash and the time left timer was counting up instead of down? Found out the hard way that the self wash ends after ten minutes and I had a half soapy car still. I ended up having to swipe my credit card to finish washing my car. What an awful experience for a first time wash. Hopefully they fix the auto wash or I will be disputing the credit charges.

Monthly subscription seems to be a great deal as long as it includes the power dry. Most of all I always feel safe when I am at this location utilizing the vacuums and self wash.

DONT GO THROUGH THE AUTOMATIC WASH!!! Last week I showed up to vacuum and wash my car...all the stalls were full for self wash and everyone seemed to be taking their time so I went through the automatic wash for convenience. I paid $8 for the deluxe wash and the dryer wasn’t working. So I had a clean car but it was soaking wet and dripping. I then pulled around to buy a cloth/wipe to dry it and the first machine took my money with no product ($1) and the second machine worked. The thing that really bothers me is that there are signs everywhere to call this number for a refund but the phone number doesn’t actually lead you to an answering machine and they don’t respond via the website. So if you go here and have issues don’t bother reaching out because there is no such thing as customer service. I will be going elsewhere in the future and hope you do the same

Car washes were fine but other amenities were broken. Vacuum and self serve soap scrubbing stations were all broken or out of order, meaning the buttons to work them were broken off or into the machine. Very unpleasant experience but the car wash part did work adequate

LOOK AT THE REVIEWS‼️ THIS PLACE TAKES OUR MONEY AT EVERY LITTLE TURN. $5 LOST IN THE COIN MACHINE, $1.25 IN THE AIR FRESHENER TWICE, $10 FOR 2 MIN CAR WASH BECAUSE THEY DO NOT REIMBURSE YOU AFTER THE "HOLD" $10. THIS PLACE HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE ((IF THEY EVEN ANSWER)) AND THEY SEND YOU AN APOLOGY LETTER WITH NO REFUND IN IT.

I pay for a membership to use the automatic car wash, but it's often either closed or out of service. What good is paying for a membership if I can't use it frequently? It's a nice sunny day today and it's inconveniently out of order. Again. 2024-04-14 I temporarily suspended my unlimited wash membership because I was tired of paying for unlimited washes, on the condition that the wash is often out of order. So I just re-activated it today. I went to get a wash on this beautiful 80 degree, sunny day and, surprise surprise, it's out of order. I'm done. 2025-09-07 This car wash has been working much better and more dependably as of late. The owner has clearly been working to resolve issues. Sitting here in my truck mid-wash I immediately noticed that the soap sprayers had been replaced and it's very noticably better. I haven't encountered a broken system in months now. 2024-01-10 Out of service again. It's sunny and 40 degrees out. The self-wash bays are full. 2024-01-18 Out of service yet again. It's sunny and 48 degrees out. The self-wash bays are again full.

Not sure how car washes all get away with over-charging people to NOT actually WASH the car!!! “Touch-less” obviously indicates that the dirt on your car will not be touched!!! And the you pay extra for the dryer that just blows the water around on your car for a min, then turns off before you’re even out of the wash!!! I got out to dry my own car after paying the wash to dry it only to find that it also did not WASH THE CAR!!! And the water/towel wringer sink (that is definitely necessary when trying to dry off a dirty car) had no water. Here’s how well my car was cleaned, and here’s what my towel (it’s a neon green PVA towel, just fyi) looked like after drying the parts that didn’t appear to be dirty…obviously even the ‘clean’ areas aren’t clean! Wiping down a dirty car will only scratch the paint, so I still have a wet, dirty car, a dirty towel, and it cost me $12!! THANKS A LOT!!! Won’t be back.

Been coming here for over a year now it’s kept clean often. I have see works there frequently they keep everything cleaning and fully functional never had to worry about having the wax or soap running out in the self service bays. They got 3 self service bays and one drive thru car wash.

Took my car through the self washing station, either the brush or the hose chipped A BUNCH of little spots off my car mainly the hood. Also the drive through car wash was not even working which is why I had to go through self washing one. I am super disappointed as my car is only 2 years old!!! Not sure what i’m going to do but i’m extremely unhappy.

If I could rate this car wash 0 stars I would. I took my vehicle through the automatic wash on December 29th. The machine got caught on my bumper and left 3 deep scratches. There is nobody onsite to speak with, so I called the phone number by the keypad where you pay and have left 3 messages since then with their answering service. The car wash left it full of water spots and didn’t look any different than before I took it through other than the damage their wash caused. Save your money and go somewhere else because this wash is ran unprofessionally and has 0 customer service. They reached out on here to try to save face I presume a few weeks ago assuring me they’d be in contact. Sure enough still haven’t heard from them nor have they responded to the 3 messages I’ve left with their answering service. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! UPDATE: Nearly 1&1/2 years later and nobody ever responded to my emails nor phone calls. I love the fake reply to try and save face and make it look like you’d actually do the right thing! It’s laughable. DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH.
