If patience is a virtue, then I must’ve left this Walmart location looking like a damn saint. Pulled up for curbside, checked in, and then… nothing. Sat there for over an hour while every bay stayed full of cars full of folks doing the same “why the hell am I still here?” shuffle. Now look—I’ll give grace where it’s due. Maybe the system was down, maybe the WiFi was acting up, maybe Mercury was in retrograde. But I’ll tell you what wasn’t working: the motivation and communication of the curbside crew. I’ve seen more urgency at a family reunion when the potato salad starts spoiling. Employees drifted by like they were auditioning for a zombie movie, and not one of ‘em thought to poke their head out and say, “Hey y’all, we’re backed up, hang tight.” Hell, I would’ve settled for a hand wave, a grunt, something. Instead, it was radio silence. Sitting there waiting felt less like curbside pickup and more like catching an STD—you don’t know how long it’s gonna last, it’s uncomfortable as hell, and you definitely regret the choices that got you there. One star, because that’s the lowest I can go. Walmart, if curbside was a comedy special, this location’s version would get booed off stage quicker than Richard Pryor’s first set in Peoria.

had to return an item which was intentionally false advertised and the customer service was quick to remedy. I'm used to city Walmart shopping stores being to full of backed up lines, this location was convenient and fast.

I want to love this Walmart but I HATE the parking lot. They put these stupid useless concrete dividers in the parking lot to make it look better. However it's a waste of space and if you have a cart then you have no where to put the cart unless you ramp that sucker over the concrete to the next lane where there is a cart holder. So carts are literally everywhere in the parking lot. Terrible fail on Walmart design.

Very nice store and very nice associates. If you don't have bluebell ice cream where you live I suggest you try it. Best ice cream ever.

Great store, one of the most well stocked stores I've shopped in from recent memory and it is clean and in a good area. The staff I conversed with were all friendly as well.

It's our go-to Walmart since moving to Little Rock. For some reason we liked the one in Pine Bluff more. Maybe this one is not so brightly lit. Never had a problem with staff or not finding things or things being expired. Love that they have Bubly water...better than La Croix. Do wish they sold "Milo" though.

Purchased Pink Tree by Best Choice Products. This is the only pink tree I could find that had the lights I wanted. It has the warm lights just like all the other (less expensive) pink trees. When you put warm white against the pink you get an orange ish color, not what I wanted!! I added a lot of pink lights to get the effect I wanted.I gave this 3 stars because it does fluff out so nicely.

Gotta love white racism following me around the store for being black why do you think 🤔 because you don't have a vest on that I don't know its you especially when same person with no basket appears 3 to 5 times in front of me and random employees doing nothing keep walking past aisle starring at me but hold this 1 ⭐

I have a very low bar when it comes to Walmart and this store doesn't even meet that. Everything is behind lock and key, it takes over 2 hours to do a pick up order, clothes are dirty, milk is out of date on the shelves. There was a fight in the self checkout line while I was there! I get the staff is underpaid, I get management probably sucks, but I'm going to have to go elsewhere.

I placed an order online for curbside pickup for a single item. I got there later in the day and an employee asked for my order number immediately upon parking. Then... nothing. I waited for 10 minutes, nothing. I tried calling the curbside phone number listed on the parking spot number, but it's disconnected. I waited for over 20 minutes as other customers came and left with their orders. I finally ran out of patience, exited my car, and trespassed through the door the employees were streaming in and out of, and started asking for my order directly. I highly advise anyone waiting more than 10 minutes to do the same because my service was impeccably fast the moment I actually had someone in front of me. I would have rather avoided this altogether, but Walmart won't honor the online price if you just walk into the store and try to buy the item. My item was 50% off online, but listed at full price in-store. To get that price, you must order it online and have it shipped or delivered via curbside. It's a terrible, greedy, anti-consumer policy deserving of 1-stars in and of itself, regardless of service quality.

This Walmart is awful. I would much rather drive a few more miles to the Bryant store instead. Everyone who works in here is very rude, has an attitude, and will not help you at all. Everytime I am in here, the employees have dirty looks on their faces, horrible, stuck up attitudes, on their phones, and are extremely rude; especially, in customer service. Many of them will be on their phones, even at self checkout, not paying any attention whatsoever when a register goes off for assistance or when someone asks for help. They need to clean up their act and hire better employees.

Order for pick up delayed on Friday. Ready for pick up Saturday at 10:50am. Waiting 30 minutes and counting. Employees sitting outside on bench on their phones and packing every car but mine. Then brought me one cart and said other employees are trying to find my other two carts. Have to wait another 10 minutes. Arrived home missing half my items.

All I wanted was to buy a $9 item. It was locked away like gold in Fort Knox. I had to find an associate, who found another associate, to open the display using a phone app that did not work. Eventually he retrieved the item and gave it to me. Remember this is a secured $9 item. Was stood over like I was a thief and shoplifter. It was a very uncomfortable feeling. Damn don't treat me like a thief. I had to pay immediately and was told its due to theft and basically "Get over it." I was fuming. I spoke with a pair of, supposedly, managers about the situation with no avail. I will NEVER set foot in Wal-mart again. I give a 0 star rating. Im sure the managers did not escalate the issue because they are scared of the feed-back from senior management. The old adage applies: Don't escalate an issue then there is no problem. Walmart: You need to listen to the song" Walmart today. It sums up the experience totally. Goodby forever.

The store's interior is spacious, with products neatly arranged. There are plenty of self-checkouts, allowing for a quicker payment experience.

I wish they could be more straight forward with their hours and there was a better way of knowing if they will close early, but it's understandable with the ice... just a little shocking that such a large store many people shop at for essentials closes but entertainment and dining surrounding the store in the shopping center are all still operating normal business hours. BRING BACK THE 24 HOUR WALMARTS PLEASE!

Great options for quick "grabs" when on the go or regular everyday needs for the family and home. This is my first time here and I wouldn't be against going back next time I'm local and in need of supplies.
