That star rating is actually a negative number one! Worst Walgreen's ever. I gave them a second chance and learned a second time not to go here. They have never had any of my prescriptions in stock EVER! What good is a pharmacy that when you get out of a hospital and need it they tell you they can have it in a couple of days? Especially if your life depends on it. Worst part is, they don't call and tell you so you do t have to be inconvenienced by driving there for nothing when you are ill. Go across the street to CVS. They care about their customers and are very friendly. Shame on you Walgreen's!

I gave one star because they didn’t have an option for Zero!!! These people at the Carter Hill store are the most RUDE, unprofessional “employees” I have ever encountered anywhere. I fail to see how any of them keep a job. Today will most definitely be my last visit to this Walgreens. I guess I should say shame on me... cause I gave them a second chance too. There won’t be a third.

This store on Carter Hill Rd has gone wayyyy down. They're not friendly as the old staff and that's ok I guess. They left a whole bottle of meds out of my bag that she'd just filled and called me saying, you just left and shouldn't be that far...as of I didn't have any other place to be. I've been calling every since I received the message,no answer and it's still 3 or more callers ahead of me.

I've tried calling the pharmacy for several hours, cell phone and house phone both at the same time. It goes from there is more that three calls ahead of you to one call and then disconnect. This can't be alright. The service I thought was to help speed up service and cut down on some of the wait time. Please! Can someone help in resolving the issue????!

This place doesn't even deserve a one-star. One of the technicians here stole half of my prescriptions. Now, I'm from out of town and this was my first and last time using this Walgreens. I went on a Thursday evening, and dropped off my prescriptions, then I went out to dinner. Afterwards I came back to Walgreens, there was a brunette at the register who was rude. I thought, she must be tired because she didn't look too good. I paid for my medication and walked out of the pharmacy. I went back to my place and noticed half the prescription was missing! I thought that's strange half my medication is missing and I just left the pharmacy that's never happened before, so I assumed it was probably a mistake. When I finally got in contact with the pharmacy, I explained what happened and a woman responded saying she needed to check their records. After a few seconds she comes back on the line to tell me their counts for the prescriptions were accurate and she couldn't do anything about it. I said, I will come up there with the prescription bottles to discuss this! Then she proceeds to tell me she's the Pharmacy's Manager. At this point, I was getting upset! I told her this pharmacy charged me FULL price for a months supply of prescriptions then only gave me half of it. I told her, I had to pay out of pocket for this and I want to be reimbursed. She continued to say there's nothing she could do. Well, that's just too bad, because for a "Manager" not to even attempt to investigate problems when a customer is genuinely upset and telling the truth about a bad experience just baffles me. Why isn't this manager more concerned that a technician took someone elses medicine from the pharmacy's safe and then falsifed records to get away with it?! She's kept saying there's nothing she could do. Really?! Why don't you fire the employee, so this doesn't happen again. Stealing medicine is illegal, but it's ok I know EXACTLY what to do and I will be making a police report about that employee and this Pharmacy.

Called before pharmacy closed. Waited patiently for someone to answer one simple question. They allowed phone to ring ring and ring? I understand you’re busy but I also know you have to turn the phone line over to let people know you’re closed. Which means you know I was calling and chose to not answer the phone. Customer service is HORRIFYING.

They are almost always extremely busy which explains the errors I have experienced and the long wait times. It's probably why they don't take the time to give you the best price based on what's available based on insurance requirements.

If I could give negative stars I would! I stood there waiting for 20 minutes for some perfume they have on sell. I get it is Christmas and busy, but good lord don't walk up from the back and bypass me. I had to leave without it, and I am extremely disappointed.

I sat on hold for 42 mins listening to to the robo tell me there was one caller ahead of me & they’re sorry for keeping me waiting every 20 seconds. Obviously they’re simply not answering the phone & ignoring sick ppl who are checking to see why their meds haven’t been filled after sitting there for HOURS!! I would pay to have Adams drugs train you guys. Why is it that a mom & pop pharmacy can fill prescriptions in minutes & it takes your staff DAYS despite ignoring phone calls & having corporate backing?!??

They send you a text msg to state your maintenance daily meds are out of stock on 🔙 order, but make ZERO attempts at locating the med at the other 550 local Walgreens... Just no customer service! Now I have to make dozens of calls to hunt down my diabetes med myself. Prayerfully, I won't end up sick in the 🏥

This store doesn't answer the phone. Customer service at the pharmacy is substandard. Prescription sent to them 5 days ago still not filled after coming here 3 times to pick up.

I don't know WHAT they are doing. But I never get notified about my medicine and every time I go in they say "oh we didn't revive anything" but when I call all my Drs they all say the same thing. They sent it in or Walgreens sent in a refill request but yet this place can't give me my medicine? Idk WHAT they are doing with their drugs but this is suspicious and just horrible. I am fortunate where I've made sure to check early before I run out so my quality of life is not disrupted but I'd hate for those who do not have that foresight to struggle and panic that life changing medicine is constantly out of reach without having to jump threw many hoops.

I just called to talk with the pharmacist about my mom’s heart pill and a tech was assisting me. I understood what was being said about the prescription being expired and they couldn’t give out any emergency pills. I asked the tech to speak with the pharmacist and Before I could ask a question about the life, extension release, and hours of the last pill my mom took the pharmacist gets on the phone and immediately dives in. Saying to me we can’t give you an emergency supply, I over heard the conversation so I’m just answering your question again. Your mom needs a new prescription. I over heard your conversation with the tech. I said, wow hold on. I wasn’t asking you about an emergency supply. I was gonna ask about the life of the pill. Wow. So then says, I’m sorry I shouldn’t have jumped so fast . I thought… I just said wow again as she was speaking and couldn’t believe that she jumped the gun. Clearly she shouldn’t be a pharmacist or working with the public IF SHE IS NOT CONCERNED WITH HER PATIENTS AND THEIR HEALTH. She could have gotten on the phone and gave a recommendation as what to do being that it’s Christmas and everything will be closed tomorrow. I will report this to the medical board. Nice job Carter Hill Road

Was just here, (inside Walgreens), because FedEx customer service online and the phone number instructed me to come to this location, for the qr scan drop off return. It should be updated to note that they informed me that they don't help you with anything, they only accept ready to ship packages, & they don't scan the front code to print as well as tape the paperwork to your box, very unhelpful, made me feel unwelcomed, and literally looked at my box with paperwork, asking me: "what are you doing with all of that?"! It should also be noted, that I'm a big time lover of Walgreens, but definitely not this particular location anymore!!

I kept getting a text message stating I had till the 25th to pick up my meds. I get here and sat at the window for 6 minutes with no one to help me but when she did she was not nice. Her attitude and demeanor was wrong from the jump. She tried to tell me I did not have no refills. After I told her I got a message stating I did then she said that it had been put back. I tried to ask of they wanted me to pull around so another customer could go and she hung up the phone. Then I called trying to talk to a manager and the manager that picked up was not nice either. I see why the average is 2.7. That is low. My managers or owner would not let us talk to people like I was today. No worries Der most of walgreens is shutting down. Not very nice and professional workers and nasty attitudes that's why. No business will last with workers handling people like this. You don't like your damn job quit and go find something else. I work with people and we are not like that where I work. Everyone has thi gs going on leave your problems put side your job don't bring them in to take out on the customers. And please fix your text message thing that has to do with meds being ready or not don't take it put on the customer if they are told one thing and another thing happening.

I like the fact that I had a pharmacist to call me and she asked me did I have questions concerning any of the medicines I was taking. This has never happened before. Thank you so much for the personal attention that you’ve given me concerning my various types of medicines. Thank you for listening to and assisting me when I had to transfer a prescription from one out-of-state mail order pharmacy to your pharmacy. appreciate that. you all are doing a great job👏🏽👏🏽.

I dont usually post on businesses but this one got to me. My wife had purchased some photo cards and return tables but when I went to pick them up we found they had only given us the photo cards. No biggie everyone makes mistakes. So I go back to get the return lables and I inquire about them to one of the younger ladies a the photobooth . She rolls her eyes but I dont care I'm used to this location being unprofessional so I ignore her and continue to go about my business. Her coworker or manager steps in to help and I tell her my wife's information and she can't find it so I call my wife to find out she put it under my name. Simple mix up nothing major. Everything is going OK until this coworker or manager mumbles that "it's simple when you give the right name."/ Not once, not twice but three times in my face. Unprofessional and unnecessary. After the third time I tell her she needs to work on her attitude and she takes offense to it. Well lady if yall would have not messed up the order to begin with I would not have even been in here. This Walgreens needs to have a team meeting about how they treat their customers. I hope the store manager sees this and does something about it.
