I had an outstanding experience at SudStop, largely thanks to Assistant Manager Alexander. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a friendly and professional attitude that immediately stood out. His customer service is truly exceptional — he made sure I understood all the available wash packages without being pushy, and his product knowledge and sales skills helped me choose the best option for my vehicle. The quality of the car wash itself was also excellent. My car looked spotless, and even the finer details like the tires and windows were cleaned with care. Alexander checked in afterward to ensure I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. It's clear he takes pride in both his work and the customer experience. His helpfulness, professionalism, and genuine positivity turned what could have been a routine car wash into a standout service experience. I experience good experience, but when I went through the washer to wash my car, one of the equipment, pull my right rearview mirror and damaged it but the clerk that’s on duty said that it did not happen so y’all going to lose my business because I know that thatequipment pull my mirror out on my car but otherwise good experience good business close by home thank you. I hope you hear my voice about your business.

I initially thought it would be more work performing the bug/road-yuck pretreatment, but I enjoyed taking the time to do this and getting between each of the many spokes in my tire rims. It was a new experience for me, great concept guys 👍👍

Everything was pretty good but the two workers took a picture of my tag which was pretty odd and very weird to me. The first guy asked but the person at the start of the car wash did it in a discreet way.

When I first got there, the prewash didn’t have any brushes for me to hit my car prior to going through the wash. Went through the car wash twice and my car was still dirty. I had a 3 pass wash and used my last one today. When I got out to vacuum my car, I saw that the trunk area of my car and my tires were still dirty and had red mud on them. So I went through again and paid for the 29 dollar wash. Got out again and saw it was still red mud on my tires. Will not be going back!

SudStop is my fav place to wash my Audi by far. Equipment always works great and each cleaning station has its own cleaning solution guns, air hose, two different vacuum heads, trash cans and clean rags. I have a membership and can wash my car everyday if I wanted to. Super friendly staff!

Just my luck it was free today clockit.. pulled inn ready to pay Honestly da best carwash IV been too .. I loved the do it yourself perp area.. the vacuum was on point, Air pressure gun was on point, I could go on and on but I think y'all get da points lol.... I suggest you clean out your inside 😉 before you get there . Each is own tho... Thank you. SUD STOP!!

I have had nothing but a great experience at Sud Stop. Friendly staff great rates and I love the car wash outcome. The blower is definitely a plus and the water hose as well. The vacuums sucks up the dirt the carpet in my car very well. And they have a great supply of towels and plenty of parking space to clean your car.
