Was passing through on my way back to Florida and stopped for a wash, staff was friendly while also professional. The location manager was extremely nice and took a minute to check in at end of service to make sure everything was done right, it was so memorable I just had to swing by and leave a review. If I lived here, I'd definitely take them up on the subscription package!

Paid $29 and car was still not clean. It was not terribly dirt. I asked the attendant if there was a problem with wash. Said that the chemicals had just been changed. Asked me if car was clean. I said not really. He said thanks for my input. Really?!

My experience here has been pretty awesome.They're very detailed by look in the back of your truck to make sure that you don't have anything that will teacher up your vehicle, they'll throw it away for you.And they will help you with anything you need if you want.A good car wash with good personal people.Come to marc1 in northport

We have been to other car washes in town and we like this one the BEST. Staff is kind and helpful and the manager is super nice. He has changed a lot since we first came in contact with Marc1. The vacuums are great and strong and be careful it will suck your phone charger up if not careful.

Stopped at Walmart to pick up a few things, figured I would run get my car wash while I was in the area. I did not expect the best customer experience I have had in a long time. Overall, a very great experience with good customer service. When I was there and vacuuming out my car, I watched a raccoon pull out a piece of bread out of a trashcan in the parking lot in front of subway, try to bite into it, the fell off the trashcan and ran behind the subway. I asked the workers if that was mid-car wash entertainment, because if so I was very entertained. They looked at me weird and told me repeatedly that the car wash has “no pet raccoons”, which I imagine is good for sanitary reasons (probably also good it was in the other parking lot, not in the car wash lot). Overall, would go back, though I hold some hope inside my heart that one day I’ll get to see the raccoon again.

I recently became a monthly member at Marc 1 Car Wash and couldn't be happier. It is a clean, well-managed establishment with some of the best prices and value in town. I love the extra effort they put into the customer experience, from providing air fresheners to making my daughter smile with a soap heart on her window. It’s rare to find an automatic car wash that cares this much about the details.

I stopped in today to wash my dirty car and was greeted by a friendly, smiling face. If I recall correctly, her name was Michelle. She was knowledgeable on what each wash offered and what the prices were. I was nervous on my ability to be able to take my car through the establishment. Not only did she calm my nerves she explained to me the process and pointed out the gentleman that would help me with what I needed to do next. I normally hand wash my vehicles but, from now on I will be going here.

Went to wash my car today and met Michelle and Maddie?? Michelle was super friendly. She explained to me the different packages and what each one consisted of. She was very knowledgeable on what each package provided and which would be better for my BMW. I would recommend them to ANYBODY who wants to keep their car clean and not have to wash it yourself.

We love this car wash so much we have the membership so we can come any time! Sometimes we even go through twice just to entertain my toddler. Shoutout to Winslow, he has fantastic customer service and is always giving 10/10 service every time we see him.
