I waited for an associate at the fitting room for over thirty minutes. No one ever came. Then get to the check register and the cashier moves slower than molasses ππ. Came back to this Walmart and again very disappointed with these people. The cashier didn't give me all my items and they are sending me through hell to get my money back after returning. I really hate this Walmart ππΏππΏ

π€¦ββοΈ please update your hours to say that you close at 10 so that I don't waste my time coming in after my shift ends. It's...a walmart I guess. Every time I come here it's a bit annoying to keep finding carts all over the place. They need a few more cart returns towards the ends of the parking area to discourage left behind carts. I can't park over a cart lol glad the parking lot was empty

Just walked out because I spoke with a Mgr and 3 associates to purchase ammo and all 4 played the pass the buck game. So unhelpful!! What happened to customer service

At this point something needs to be done! I'm a community shopper but I am deeply disappointed in the way my local Wal-Mart is being managed. I went shopping this morning. At 7:19am on a Saturday morning, they only had 1 register open, with a line that stretched to the produce section... WHICH INCLUDED AN EMPLOYEE!!! A young lady walked out with a till to a second register and a shopper in front in front of me asked if she was about to open and she ignored him! So I approached her at the register, asked if she was about to open, and she replied "No." So I asked I why was she putting cash in the register? She replied, "we have to put out all the tills first." That was it. I returned to the line and relayed the message to everyone who had inquired. However, I became so disgusted with that reply, I just abandoned my buggy and left the store. My last few shopping experiences have been less than pleasing, even my last pick up there (NEVER AGAIN!) Which is why travel a little further to Ann St. or Atl Hwy for my shopping. This store needs a makeover. It's the only store in the tri-county area that doesn't have self-checkout and is still doing 1 way in, 1 way out. Management retraining customer service training something.

This particular location is horrible when it come to pickup orders! The whole point of pickup is a more convenient solution to having to walk in. If a pickup takes over 45 minutes where the convenience?!

I usually enjoy shopping at this Walmart β the store is overall a good place to shop, and I rarely ever have problems. The only consistent issue Iβve had is with an associate named Alissa who works at self-checkout. Every time Iβve needed assistance, sheβs rude, makes smart remarks, and carries an attitude. Iβve even noticed her acting the same way with other customers who need help. She always seems unprofessional and gives off the impression that she doesnβt want to be there. Honestly, someone with that kind of behavior shouldnβt be working in customer service, and I will be reaching out to corporate about her. She acts exactly how she looks a HOT mess. This review is long overdue, but it needed to be said. Other than that, this Walmart is a good place to shop, though the lines can get long at times.

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING IMPORTANT FROM THERE BAKERY!! My son's Birthday is TODAY I ordered him a cake about a week ago and they cancelled his order the morning and when I called whoever "Shante"Chante" how ever you spell it told me "I'm the baker I cancelled because we're out of cupcakes she didn't call ask did I want a substitution or anything just cancelled it the morning of my child's birthday VERY UNPROFESSIONAL 0/10 I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO A DOG

If you're looking for low prices not many vendors can beat Walmart. However, I do not recommend Walmart Money Transfer Services. I recently attempted to pick up a $132.09 Money Gram transfer at Walmart, only to be denied despite presenting valid ID and all transaction details. The clerk and manager could not explain why, other than claiming the funds were βflagged.β My nephew, who sent the money, later discovered that Walmart uses multiple providers (Western Union, MoneyGram, and Ria), and in this case, Ria had arbitrarily refused to release the fundsβwithout justification. This incident underscores a serious flaw in Walmartβs financial services: Β· Customers are not told which provider issues their the money gram unless there's a refund authorized. Β· Even with proper documentation, money wire transfers can be denied with no explanation. Walmart staff were not customer-oriented and were unwilling to resolve the issues. Given Walmartβs scale 255 million weekly visits and 90% of Americans living within 10 miles of a store the impact of such failures is significant. For families depending on these transfers, a denial at the counter can mean missed rent, groceries, or urgent bills. Research shows that money transfer services are disproportionately used by lower-income households who rely on them for essential support, making arbitrary denials especially harmful. In my case, Riaβs denial to issue me the funds was just an inconvenient. For others, this broken process could be catastrophic when you consider Walmartβs core customers. Walmartβs expansion in financial services has not been matched by accountability or customer care. Until transparency and reliability improve, Walmartβs money transfer counters remain a risk rather than a resource.

My wife just waited over an hour and a half for a curbside pickup. Went inside to get it and was told she was on the list. The app then said βcurbside pickupβ is closed. It is NOT rocket science to carry a bag out to a car. They should be able to serve 200 people in an hour and a half much less 10-12. Never again.

Anyone that's been to Walmart to shop,people know exactly why I rated then like that! It would be some what more convenient if they would go back to stocking at night,clean up some of the traffic for customer's to actually shop! And for the ones that's doing the online shopping PAY ATTENTION WHERE YOUR GOING,no reason why yall are in such a hurry that your cutting in front of a customer that is also shopping! Pile stuff up on those carts where you can't see and run right into the back of me almost knocking me all the way to the ground so I didn't completely fall i probably would have to have someone help me get up at that point due to I'm handicapped from a massive stroke 8 years ago!! How about let's make Walmart 24hrs again to eliminate some of these issues!!

What an embarrassment this store should be to EVERY employee working there!!! I am from Southeast Huntsville and visited this Walmart to get some things we needed while doing some work in the area and I can't believe that a manager OF ANY KIND could be proud of themselves. That store was completely disgusting, from the time you step out of your car. The filth that is just in the parking lot alone is an utter disgrace!!! The filth just continues as you walk inside!!! Shame on EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE THERE! More so to the leadership or lack there of!!!! Ewwww y'all WHERE IS YOUR SELF DIGNITY???
