Do not bring your vehicle here. I just moved in the area so I thought I would use this as my weekly car wash spot. Today I tried it out for the first time. The "high pressure" is as good as a garden hose with a nozzle. The soap leaves streaks and the brush scratched my paint all around my truck as well as even scratching my headlights. I used a towel to dry my truck and it is full of scratches that were not that for sure! I will never take any of my vehicles here again! I can't believe the owners can get away with this!

I love this car wash. I travel all the way from chino hills just to come here. They accept credit cards for payment and use warm water to wash. I love the added blow dry for streak free windows.

GREAT self serve car wash!! CLEAN, well lit, large bays that we love to use to wash our travel trailer and also great for lifted trucks. Nice variety of air fresheners and product in the vending machines. I’ve been to MANY self serve car washes in surrounding area and MOST are dirty, have a lack of vending options, and feel uninviting. THIS WASH is superior. I’ve emailed the owners and they responded the same day! Great customer service for not being on site. Great wash 🙌🏼

Been here twice. First time everything was good enough we used the truck bays because they have stairs so you can reach the tops of tall vehicles. Very nice!!! only issue I had was I wasn’t able to add time so I had to swipe my card more than once. Second time we did not use the truck bays we used the last regular bay and idk what the brush had In it but it totally scratched up our black truck so no we have to have it detailed to try and make it shine again and the air dryer did not work at all!

3.75. for a wash 3-4 sec delay to start. Prices are up.... careful make sure machine works watching people before you. It's convenient, but not a first choice. Car wash in Upland 2.75 & owner friendly, passes out air freshener, glass cleaner & even will pay for a vacuum not here! If you lose $ on a machine or no product you won't get reimbursed. Fact! Owner will chase you off the property if you try & detail your vehicle, especially women.

Waste of money DON'T GO HERE . Bill change machine to $20 bucks didn't give a single coin. Then .50 on a dollar. No phone number for help just an email address that says they'll get back to you in 5 days.

This is a self service car wash. Good area, business was well maintained and everything in the station we used worked well. I ended up using my debit card in order to complete the last part of the wash. after leaving I noticed a transaction for $10.00 went through. I only used $3.75 because that was the minimum to start the service again. I decided to reach out to management via the email they provided. Lets just say instead on a simple explanation that some cards hold $10.00 and that the remaining used held amount will be returned to your card they went on... I was apologized to for not knowing how my own credit card worked. " Sorry you were not aware about how your credit card works" They also informed me that they have posted signage everywhere stating that... and that some people assume they are being charged and additional $10.00. In my observation there was not visible signage near where the actual transaction takes place, so not actually not everywhere. Anyhow, it's actually the business's merchant service provider that allocate the amount that will be held. It's always a benefit when good practice is received from management. Be kind.

Been using this car wash for years. Love the upgrades. Took my time cleaning because it's been way way too long. Took me longer than usual but still cost me under 10 bucks! My car needed it. Loved the dryer I used it to also get leaves out of my windshield. I tried to use the spot free rinse but a ton of I beleive wax coating came out instead. That normally doesn't happen. I'll have to go back again for another wash I didn't realize until my car was all the way dry that the wax left a really thick layer on my car that's making it look pasty.

This place is great, there is a lot of shade to dry your car. Also I’ve never had an issue with using my own stuff to wash my car here. I always bring my wheel & tire cleaner, and use them while washing my car and there is never an issue like other places give you. If you don’t want to be told through a speaker com to get out of the wash bay for drying your car in it because the place doesn’t have shade or to not use any of your own products than I’d definitely go here to wash your car.

overall rating 4 cleanliness- 5/5 tools functional: 5/5 price: fair for how well the facility is maintained, the price of $3.75 per 5 minute is fair. my only recommendation would be to bump out of 28 minutes. Five minutes feels rushed even with a compact car. I couldn't imagine with an SUV. overall, nice maintain car wash. hopefully in the future they increase the 5 min standard time.

The first time here, this car wash was pretty clean. Cash, debit, and credit cards taken here. This place even has an air blower hose in case you forget a towel to dry off your car. The cost when I went was 3.75 for 5 minutes.

Well, I had to edit my visit here to this car wash. I know many people read my post, which I'm glad, because this is NOT the place to go. I had an experience that should have been taken care of quickly, but unfortunately, someone who works there is making it difficult. I went on Sept 2nd, early morning, I was the only one there at first. I went and put my $10 to get my quarters, and the machine didn't give me $10 worth of quarters, I did nothing but take my cash. I was right in front of 2 or 3 cameras above me. I stood there and told the camera that the machine had taken my money. I asked if someone could come and help, not knowing if someone was watching. I didn't see a phone number, so I walked around to see if it was written down somewhere else. There was no number, just an email. Now, I have spent 2 days going back and forth with someone who wants so much info about me just so I can get my $10 back that the company stole from me. Before I left the car wash, another customer came by and told me that this car wash has done this before. They have machines that don't work right. It will take your money but not give you your quarters. It was only $10. I don't know why they can't look at the video camera and see I was not lying. I never got my car washed since it took my last $10. So, whoever reads this, don't go to this car wash. Stay away. There are better car wash places with better integrity and honest machines. I even hate that I had to give it 1 star. Worst service ever.

I had such high hopes for this car wash, I have several vehicles including a couple new ones with perfect paint. I only wash them myself and the place I had been using was small, crowded, and doesn't take credit cards. So after searching and I find this place, they take credit cards and there is plenty of room to navigate through the place in a larger vehicle, I am excited to think I finally have a good car wash I can use. I thought wrong. I didn't notice the first issue until after I had swiped my card. Their wands are bare metal with a sharp edged spray tip. EVERY other self serve car wash has a spray wand that is rubber coated and has a rubber guard at the end to protect your vehicle from when you bump into it with the wand. Fortunately I was washing an older beat up vehicle so I went with it, but if you have a nice car and you accidentally bump it with the spray want it will chip your paint. Then I looked at the foam brush. The handle was a piece of sprinkler pipe cobbled together to a stiff nylon brush. This type of brush will DESTROY YOUR PAINT. Other car washes use hog hair brushes. Yes they're $30 more expensive, but really? The spray pressure was ok, but could have been better. So little soap I wasn't even sure if there was soap present. Then when I tried to use the foam brush to scrub some stuff off the windshield, barely any foam came out and the PVC sprinkler pipe handle was bending so much I was afraid I was going to break it. I don't know whats wrong with the people who run this place, it would cost around $120 a bay and a couple hours to replace the foam brushes, spray wands, and tips with ones that won't damage customers vehicles. Completely irrational to have it like this. Looks like one of those situations where management is so cheap they destroy their business (and people's cars) just to save a couple bucks. So disappointed, this place has potential to be a great car wash. Maybe the owners can find someone new to operate it better.

I recently visited , and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The facility offers spacious bays that easily accommodate my work truck, giving me plenty of room to work without feeling cramped. My work truck was so filthy, I think it was starting to grow its own ecosystem—honestly, I half-expected to find a family of squirrels setting up camp in the bed! But after a visit to Vienna-Vienna, it’s cleaner than my kitchen counter after a deep clean. I swear, the truck winked at me as I drove away, grateful for the spa treatment. The hot water feature is a standout—it’s like a power washer from the future, cutting through dirt and road grime effortlessly, saving me time and effort during the wash. All the equipment, including the foam brushes, high-pressure sprayers, and spot-free rinse, is in excellent working condition, delivering a consistently thorough clean. The payment system is another highlight—accepting credit cards makes it incredibly convenient, no fumbling with quarters required. It’s so easy, even my dog could use it. Well, if he had thumbs and a credit card. Beyond the functionality, the place feels safe and well-kept, with bright lights and a spotless environment that enhances the overall experience. For anyone seeking a reliable, high-quality self-serve car wash, Vienna-Vienna is an outstanding choice. It’s become my preferred spot, and I’ll definitely be returning! In this version, I’ve replaced the SUV with a work truck and added a humorous twist about the truck being so dirty it might have its own ecosystem, complete with imaginary squirrels. I also kept an extra funny bit about the dog and the payment system for good measure!

This place is overpriced for what they offer. Only soap, foam brush and dryer. No pre soak, no tire scrubber, no wax, ect. I'd rather travel out of the city to have access to industry standard amenities. Please do better.

This place used to be good but they got money hungry bad. The increased their start price. Adding a quarter only gets you an extra 15 secs now. They decreased the strength in their air dry to get you to use more time drying it of you want it. They dont offer a tirer scrubber, their change machine takes awhile to even give you your change. Used to be good but probably changed ownership or the owner got greedy. Either way, last time i come here for a wash
