I came yesterday to get a VIP car wash which is $30 after tax. First off they left my car just sitting there after being “finished” I had to go ask if my car was done. Second the car was still dirty? Crumbs in the middle console, seats were still dirty. I had to literally ask to wipe all the doors down because they didn’t. I was considering using their detail services but they can’t even wash a car so I’ll be passing on that as well. Literally terrible, waste of my time and money I could’ve just done it myself won’t be back.

My wife and I do our best to support local businesses and we decided to come to this local car wash despite the 2 and 1/2 star rating. We should have known better. We took it upon ourselves to empty the trash in our car prior to having it washed so that the attendant could clean it without anything in the way. We had just come from the gym so my protein shake was in the cup holder. It was the only item left in the car. After they signaled that it was ready, we noticed that the cup was emptied and there were now wet splotches on the seats where they attempted to barely clean up and drop of my shake on the center console and shifter in addition; The front of the car was soaking wet as if it hadnt been dried at all. When we asked what happened to the inside, the manager Gabriel stated that he didnt know whether or not it was like that prior or after they had washed it, insinuating that we had spilled it! We understand that accidents happen, but to blame a customer for something that they blatantly did is extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately we cannot recommend that anyone go here if they care about customer service and quality. You're better off washing it yourself or at a drive through car wash.

After I paid 50 bucks for a wash and wax. I was charged additional $100.00 for a ceramic wax job to remove tree sap. This is how I got it back. Manager and employees to busy to care is the impressions I got.

Being from Missouri, we dont have car washes like they have in California! That being said this place is amazing! Ive never seen a car wash that had a barbershop and a jewelry store in it! But the real deal is they do an amazing job! Definitely the place to go!!

$21 to wash, vacuum and polish my SUV. Pricing is good, busy but service was quick. There's also a mini barber/salon, jewelry and insurance agent inside. Very unique.

Their machine took a big chunk of paint off our car and they refused to take responsibility. The manager Juan came in hot on me right out the gate. Completely unprofessional and small claims will be filed for repairs.

They get VERY busy on the weekends, especially this Thanksgiving Day Holiday weekend. Seems like the staff cares a lot about the quality of service, skill and workmanship they put into cleaning, detailing and drying each and every car, truck and SUV that tools through = Bravo!

Bugs still on the front bumper area & I have only driven locally since my last wash at the dealership! Not worth the $20+ senior wash for Tuesday 04/25/2023. For 9 years I've been coming there since I moved to San Dimas and I never had a problem but today because I asked for a refund the manager of the outside people didn't want to give me any refund cuz I had a wet rag left in my trunk I didn't discover for 2 weeks and he said I should have brought it over when I discovered it and the owner came out and gave me 50% off on my wash which is amounted to $10 off which I thought was fair but when I got my car keys back I only had two keys on the key ring for 7 years I've had three keys on that key ring so I don't know what happened to my third key One was the house key one was for a back storage building and one was for a side storage building so now I have to go somewhere and get another key made! I saw the outside manager and I said you know hey I had a bad day and shook hands with him after he got all riled up and I got riled up but apparently my key was already missing first they tried to give me the wrong keys and they tried to give me one Toyota key that had no keys on it just a remote and then finally they found mine I told him it was missing a key that they didn't do anything about it! You don't have three keys on your key ring and the key ring is kind of difficult to open up unless you have a little longer fingernails and can get it in the thing and spring it open but you don't have three keys on your key ring for 7 years and all of a sudden one disappears! My receipt says order 29 in Roger signed it so I could get a free exterior wash next time. 6/19/2024

This location has gone downhill ever since Covid! Prices increased quality of car wash went down. Then all the good employees no longer work at this location. Now they have a bunch of amateurs that don’t have a clue how to clean a vehicle!!!!! I give it a two star because at least the car got wet with some sort of wash job… I suggest go with a mobile outfit you get better quality for a similar price.

I love bonita car wash! I try and come once a week to get my car washed, the service is always amazing! The guys outside always work hard to make sure my car is clean. I also see the manager Juan making sure that every customer is taken care of.

I've been to this place well over 20 times being that I moved to the area 18 months ago. First multiple car washes were good. Lately, they've been really below mediocre. The interior is not vacuum well, the vehicle is not dried well, you can't smell any scent unless you choose something strong and you don't get what you paid for. Overall, the quality is below average and definitely need to find another car wash to take both my vehicles to...

When I went to get my car washed there and I showed the coupon to the girl behind the counter. She she informed me that that coupon was only good yesterday and I told her nowhere is there an expiration or valid through date stated in the email. .Long story short, she was not willing to honor the coupon that had no expiration date.

Came in because I had a coupon, I failed to present it when I paid that’s on me. Before my car came out of the wash I went back to the cashier and presented my coupon and asked if this could still be honored. I was told no because the transaction went through but I could bring another car… Extremely annoyed but they do good work been coming here for years. Please step up your customer service and or POS so this is more seamless at checkout.

After a month on the road, this white PHEV was a dingy gray shadow of its best self shellacked in various kinds of bug guts along the nose and grill. For shame! Luckily Bonita Car Wash is right off the 57 Fwy and it was so easy to pop in and get the sullied vehicle clean in no time. There’s a great indoor area to wait and watch your vehicle getting cleaned - there are snacks and goodies to buy while you wait. The guys hand-cleaning the interior and waxing the exterior do an impeccable job. Such a fan!

I’ve always passed by this car wash whenever going to Glendora and I wish I had came here sooner! The car wash had a cool seating area and mini shop where you can buy air freshener and stuff for your car. Jose detailed my car really well. I came with pretty dirty tires, I haven’t cleaned the inside of them for two years so they were dirty. Jose and whoever hand washed them did a great job and cleaned these tires where I probably wouldn’t want to reach myself. Thank you guys for amazing job! Will be coming back again to keep my exterior and wheels clean!
