Found this shop a few years ago with the help from Yelp. Since then, I've been back with different cars with different issues, and Alfred really took care of every one. Never had a problem, plus his pricing is definitely reasonable. I recommend this shop if you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic for your ride.

Hilo Auto Service is without a doubt the best auto shop I've been to in the Inland Empire. Alfred is professional, helpful, honest, and extremely knowledgable. Angelica was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly—she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Drove from hesperia to location for a 10 min light and signal inspection. Just to be told were closed going to lunch. Found another location, in-n-out in 10 min. Easy money for them....

Careful with your uber inspections here. I recently had service done at a dealership but they couldn’t do my uber inspection. Uber recommended this location and the front desk person was very nice, but the tech who reviewed my vehicle stated I had a drivers side brake light out, and no tread on one tire. I let the technician know I just drove my vehicle last night and my tail lights work. He just goes yeah and gives me a smug look. As I leave I decide to check what he stated, and I have tread on my tire which Toyota also showed my tread on paperwork and can be seen if you walk up to it, and my drivers side brake light works. I even showed the front desk that my lights work. Becareful of the technicians here. Photo shows me with my foot on and off the brake and my light turns on.

I tried to gain my inspection thru Firestone first and got informed I needed tires alignment several things that needed to be done on a car I just purchased, after that nonsense inspection. I tried once more with Hilo auto repair and finally was able to obtain an actual inspection from a qualified technician without having to purchase products that weren't in need of repair. Both places are Uber inspection stations but in the future I am sticking with Hilo for my repairs and inspections
