I saw this companies ad on Facebook and decided to give it a try. Not only did he reach out immediately following my inquiry but when he noticed we had rain in the forecast he asked if I wanted to push my appointment out, I very much appreciate someone looking out for my best interest. When he showed up today to detail my car, I was met by a friendly young man who went straight to work. He did a fantastic job detailing inside and outside of my Honda CRV. I had spilled coffee that was a couple weeks old all over my seat and down the side did the best I could to clean it but after he got done you could not even tell there was a spill! My 8 year old car looks new again! I was so impressed that I have opted for the monthly maintenance deal to keep my car looking great. I highly recommend Mason and I know you will not be dissatisfied with his work!

The team at Fortitude Auto Detailing does a stellar job I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re even thinking of getting your vehicle detailed these are the people. My grandmother passed away and we needed to sell her car to cover funeral expenses. Mason came over and put in house of gruesome work to remove stains and rotten food that had been left you years!!! His job was so amazing that we sold the car less than a week later. They truly are the best in the business.

Had these guys come and wash my work van and they did an amazing fast job. Besides the work that they do they’re great people and Mason has personally came up and introduced himself to me at our local detail shop which I really liked since a lot of these other guys will just look at you crazy since they see you as “competition”. Contacted Mason at Fortitude to detail 3 vehicles, a 2004 Galant, 2005 Ram, and 2011 Camry. All 3 cars have never been detailed before. The Ram has nearly 200K miles of dogs, young children, and road trips on it. Mason spent nearly 13 hours at my house working on all 3 cars. He worked his butt off and got all 3 done in one day. In this day of business it’s difficult to find someone who puts their heart and soul into their work. It’s nice to see that quality and commitment to excellence still exists. You will not regret giving Mason a call!

Having Mason work on my 04 Subaru wrx sti was absolutely the correct choice! I am hyper particular about who or what touches my car, but he was not only professional but passionate about properly caring for my car. We went over what I wanted to have done for the car and he spent time looking and giving me a fair quote on the type of work necessary. He gave it the refresh it desperately needed and I couldn't be happier. Great guy, passionate about his grind, realistic on his own value provided. No he is not your $40 car wash guy, he is a professional detailer with value and expertise that is commensurate of his costs! I'm excited to continue having my car be taken care of by him. He was able to clean the engine bay, refresh my headlights and give the 20 year old paint job a nice scrubbing. I will independently get the roof resprayed as the paint is old and once it's done, I will have Mason do his ceramic coating service. Thanks Mason!

Mason is awesome!!! I loved his positive, upbeat, and all around great attitude. A real pleasure to communicate with and was very helpful fitting us into his schedule. He kept in touch and was very punctual which is important nowadays since we're all so busy. He did a wonderful job washing and getting my Pops' baby all shined up! Mic drop!!! Wow!!! These guys killed it. First I'd love to share how I came to meet this incredible person, the owner, Mason. Who I highly respect (me 42 yrs old). I met Mason 3 years ago when he was only 18/19 years of age. Right from the beginning I could tell how educated, hard working, humble, polite, honest this man is, but also very talented. Recently, I got rear ended but that wasn't the worst part about this situation. Well, when I got hit from behind I was just about to take a sip of my coffee, freshly brewed with only a few sips before that moment. BAM!!! Coffee goes up my both nostrils, I was sandwiched between both cars rear-ended and front-ended geez then as I'm opening my eyes all I see is coffee EVERYWHERE!!! Coughing because coffee went up my nose, eyes burning, etc... I'm so confused. I come jumping out of my truck super hot mess... Anyways, coffee everywhere and I mean everywhere... BUT I knew the company to contact and it was Fortitude to the rescue. They do not disappoint. Mason and his tech Kai absolutely killed it, made my trucks interior looking brand new, smelling fresh after a week or so from baking and marinating. What an amazing company, amazing owner. I been having detailing service by this company for I don't maybe a year or almost two. They have left me speechless every single time. I’m very picky when it comes to having other people clean my car out because any little dirty and smudge on the car I get annoyed. This company always makes sure they are on top of that so I don’t have to worry about checking to see if they cleaned it right. Mason and Kai are amazing people as well if you don’t know what you need done on your car they will surely help you out.
