Do NOT under any circumstances waste your money here, you will regret it!! I am turning in my lease and needed to get it cleaned thoroughly both inside and out, so I paid $60 and left feeling like an idiot. This place has obviously changed ownership because the professionalism that once existed here is gone. My mini van was ready within 20mins, lol. I didn't even have to get close to it to see there was still bird droppings on my WHITE vehicle. The guy said to me it is done. When I started pointing out all of the places where the car was still filthy the guy clearly didn't give a damn. When I looked inside the car there was still dust and grime in the cup holders, the carpets had not been vacuumed, whatever leather cleaner he tried to use was still dripping down the seats. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy told me that was my problem. I had to bring my car home and clean it myself. DON'T DO IT!!!!

I am sorry to have to write a bad review, I have been going here for many years - but lately, things have gone down hill here. I took my car in yesterday to get a decent cleaning so I chose their VIP wash which cost $40. I know I am not getting my car detailed, but I expected a bit more than a basic car wash. I have noticed depending on who you get taking care of your car you can either get a person who really cleans it great or a person who does a quick once over and that is it. I figured with all the things this was was supposed to include, it would take the person longer than 10 minutes or so to work on my car (plus there was hardly anyone there at the time so they were not busy getting cars in and out). Unfortunately, the guy honks my horn 15 minutes in and I wonder how could he have done everything on that list in that short amount of time. I have paid for less to be done on my car and had it take longer- he did not clean the cup holders like they said was included, there was still dirt and dust on my car, the dash was still dirty etc... I also noticed more stuff when I got home. I feel like a jerk having to super inspect my car and ask them to redo stuff, I hate being that person. I feel they should do at minimum what is included in the wash you pay for without having to ask them. I don't know if this is a communication problem with the people who take your order to the person who works on your car. Do they not tell them which wash you purchased? Either way, this is the last time for me. I don't want to be a task master, it makes me uncomfortable, but at the same time I don't want to pay money for a service that is sub par. This place used to be great, but it is just not the same and unfortunately with the increasing cost of things these days and my budget, I can't pay $40 for a car wash that could have been $10/15 at best.

Used to love this place. Fair price and convenient. Two issues though. One, I got scolded for vacuuming before going through the wash by the neglectful owner. I’ve had a monthly pass for 10 years. He aggressively approached me and said not to do it again, even though I showed him my pass? Still confused by that. Even worse, recently it has an awful smell as you approach the actual wash. Kind of like a sewer odor. This will be my last month being a member.

Poor customer service, 1 hour to wash my car. On 2020 honda only dirt from outside and little dust. -Not well clean -1 hour to give back my car Windows with water stains -No perfume. -they attend customers as if they're making us a favor. Place is GARBAGE... Will not come back. Don't waist your money here.

This is the second time I have taken my SUV through their VIP wash. There were new spots on the paint that were not there before. The windows were not even cleaned properly. I don't think I will be back.

This is one of the top car wash stations in the SGV. We live about 15 miles from here but we make the drive twice a month to get our cars washed here. The prices are pretty standard but what sets them apart from other car washes is the quality of work they put into every car, no matter how busy they are.

Unsatisfied. For a $60 interior clean there was no vacuuming under rugs, center console, or trunk. White glob of cleaning gel left on my front passenger seat left a faint white stain after removed by an employee. Oily residue from using Armorall like substance on all electronics and interior windows. Exterior windows covered in water spots. Had to re clean my vehicle. When I told an employee about the poor job done he stated the manager was not in but that he would tell him and I could come back for a discounted cleaning.

Monthly member- they haven't swapped new brushes in a very long time and it scraped my mirror. They also need to empty and clean the clarifier cause that car wash water smells HORRIBLE. noticed the smell over the last month or so. It was maintained better the last couple years.

Did a very poor job vacuuming... i said you missed some spots can you vacuum here there is debris here etc... he said "you didnt pay enough for me to do a better job", then he proceeded to get his boss. I just left if im going to vacuum my car ill wash it myself now too. My response to the owner (bc i know who you are). You read the review it is what it is. I paid for a wash and VACUUM. If he cant do it (the car was brand new and already clean but the few debris little rocks from my feet on the driver side that i used my small portable vacuum took 10s) why did i pay for it.

Yesterday my fiance came and the car wash accidentally broke off the tire valves. The manager Sam made up for this incident and has been very helpful trying to makeup for the emergency shutdown. He has gone above and beyond just to make up for this unfortunate mechanical malfunction. He has truly been amazing even gave me his personal phone number to ensure if we ever need anything to give him personally a call. Truly appreciate his dedication in taking on responsibility will definitely come back again.

Sam went above and beyond to take care of me. I came in and explained the water spots on my car have never been removed and I've even gone to other car washes to fix this issue. But no one has been able to remove the spots. He explained why it happened and then personally made sure the car had 0 water spots. I'm so impressed with this service.

This is a great car wash with reasonable prices and excellent service. There is a nice place to wait (in shade) and a little store to purchase snacks and other miscellaneous items. You can either vacuum your own car or have the car wash personnel vaccum for you. There are multiple packages to choose from ( We usually choose the Silver Package for $20.00) which is a real bargain in my opinion. We have always been happy with how clean our car is upon completion. Highly recommend the Route 66 Car Wash

Wow original response from the owner before he changed it. Whoever owns this business is RUDE and unprofessional And just note i clean my car on the regular so it wasnt old crusty poop. It was probably a few days old.

Would've expected a better carwash after purchasing their most expensive wash. Don't know if I actually got everything I paid for because none of the station lights work. So, for all I know, I got the bare minimum. One side of my truck was completely wet, even after the blower and the dry rollers. Vacuums have very low suction pressure, and I really don't want to use dirty towels to wipe off the remaining water that the blower should've got. At least at Raceway, when you get the best wash, you get a car freshener and a clean towel to wipe off your vehicle.

Nasty car wash leaves a film they raised the price from $5 to $6. Free vacume but it should leave your window firme, I does not. Disappointed, if ur the owner fix ur equipment and keep it better price. Smh

Paid for $34.99 specifically for all the cup holders to be cleaned and they looked like they weren’t even touched in the back seat. Debris all over the floor, smeared dirty marks all over interior and exterior of the car. When complained to manager, not only did he not offer any apology, he seemed irritated. Then the car washer had the audacity to tell me $34.99 won’t get my car cleaned enough to not have very obvious and visible debris all over the front floor and center console area.

I been a customer for about a year and a half, i mean for the price it's good enough, yeah sometimes it doesn't come out the best, that's what unlimited is for. Vacuums are ok sometimes they are broken just hold it together yourself it's not a big deal. I've yet to find a better deal til then I'm sticking here. Update. Bought a new car and the switch over was easy and fast. Still the best spot to come to in glendora

Got the most expensive car wash and didnt even take off bird poop or other dirt spots on the car. We spoke to manager for refund said he couldn't get us a refund but could let us go through the wash again. Even after the second time there was still dirt and bird poop. Pictures are from AFTER the second wash
