No professionalism at all I would never go back there again and said no customers are ever the lady told me the reason why she wasn't going to do my hair is because I said I would think about a blood of Jesus and she didn't do it I would never go there again ever and would recommend nobody else is over there to see her and she know who she is

In an out full detail car wash that's not pricey like some other places where they charge ten dollars just for the exterior here for 13 dollars your getting your interior an exterior an I've been coming their before it was vans under a different owner he sold it to good people an if it's not up to my standards my guy Danny who washes my 2017 Malibu has no problem going over anything an is not cheap with the scents or doesn't have an attitude if you ask him to do something you feel he may of missed without an argument an they got specials real specials.

I don’t to much know about the car wash but it’s the people running the Uhaul business for me🤦🏾♀️🙁made a reservation 2 days prior on the day of the rental my reservation was not there they just gave me whatever was available secondly paperwork was not accurate never got my deposit back and don’t even think about calling you got a better chance with someone at the aid office answering the phone 🙁

Staff is friendly and the cleaning is good but today the time it took to clean the car was excessive I never spend my more than 30min today I spent almost 1hr and my car was the only car to clean the lady that was cleaning my car spend most of the time talking that cleaning my car. I come here every week because I like the way my car is clean but if it’s gonna take forever I might as well go somewhere else where it’s fast and workers actually work and not goof around...

I am a regular customer. There's too much playing going on. Today my rear mats were left out of my car. I am a uber driver, customer called in and said no one had vacuumed under my seats for quite some time. When I entered the garage door, I told the older gentleman about what uber customer. He told me would take care of it. The person washing my car told me he didn't tell him anything. You had one vacuum working, and one container of tire shine. I informed the young lady at the desk about the report about under the seats. She was very busy with u haul. I get a free wash next time. But I am not coming back. K a. Sick and tired of the old man in the red baseball cap harassing. The one that told me the two dollar tip wouldn't buy him a 40 ounce. The heavy set man washed my car today. I gave him a two dollar tip. He put tire shine on half of the bra on my ot cruiser, and he said the man in charge told him to stop. I will pick up my floor mats tomorrow afternoon.

Good to see the improvement of the facility however when dealing with John Q public it is imperative in my mind that some type of procedures be shown or explained. It is also welcoming to see that expression of Thanksgiving that out of all of the businesses like ours you decided to spend your money with us (smiles and greetings). Your money is in our pockets and you should seriously try to get as much of it to be part of your daily tab.

My first time here was waiting for the guy to come back so I could get my oil changed so I went across the street to get my car wash. I pulled in he started on my car right away and did a great job! I definitely will be coming back.

Very disappointed in the service I received yesterday. Asked for the deluxe, felt like it was a basic wash. Interior door jam, mats, looked halfed clean. I shouldn't have to tell the guy to wipe it down. Overall, not worth the money I spent. Also, I believe this had to do with the initial tip I gave at the register. I normally tip extra after service is rendered. To hear the manager tell the guy I gave him $× at the beginning, made me to believe this was the cause. Yeah this will be my last time here.

Yesterday was my first experience at this car wash. I am highly impressed. It did sprinkle a little bit when I left however when I woke up this morning my car was "glistening". The shine was so bright I had to put my sunglasses on!!! Please pay them a visit.....see you soon

This is really only the hand car wash I come to & in the past they did good work, however I disliked how I pulled up yesterday & sat there for at least 6/7 minutes before the heavy set guy with his underwear showing walked up to my car & spoke. Then it was literally 1 car he was done washing but wiping down & it took a long time for another guy to begin vacuuming it out. My seats weren’t vacuumed along wit other other minor things. I guess yesterday wasn’t there best day. Other than that they do good work & I ALWAYS tip when I’m satisfied.

The guys that washed my vehicle did a great job both inside and outside, and they offer fragrance. The waiting area could be updated, and vending machines would be nice so that customers could snack while waiting for their vehicle.

So my first time going .. I was charged $25 for in & out service. Later on that day I realized neither front or back passenger side was vacuumed. The next day I noticed also the passenger side on the outside wasn’t even touched as well. I brought my car back the manager promised a free wash inside and out. I returned on a sunny day. Amongst them washing my car they lose my keys .. give them to another car just like mine so that car has 2sets & had left the facility. The owner was rude. Told me to leave my car there over the weekend wait until the following week on a Tuesday because Monday was a holiday that a lock smith would be available very nonchalantly. Long story short I was able to get a locksmith to come the same day. He had to pay $450 to get me another key made. I went around 1pm didn’t leave until 8pm with my car. I wouldn’t recommend!! That’s 2x in a row I was disappointed. The second was just terrible

Been here in the past and they have did good work, but don’t go when they’re about to close keep in mind the signage say open till 7pm went in bout 4pm. They rushed on my truck didn’t wash my rims good left salt on them, didn’t wipe anything down in the inside and I got the deluxe. My whole purpose was to have the salt removed off the truck period! I won’t be back $30 wasted…

My husband has been up to this car wash twice in the past 2 months. Van was paid 220 dollars to do an auto detail on a 2021 Cadillac in which did not happen. He kept the vehicle all day (8+hours) on a Sunday for my husband to come pick it up and it still had the same mildew small in the car. Just so happened, my husband did a thorough inspection of the car and there were still crumbs on the interior of the car. No vacuum no nothing! Once my husband connected with Van about the terrible job they did, he mentioned the detail person was not at the car wash at the time I brought my vehicle. My question is, why would you have me to bring my car in for detail knowing the person wouldn’t be available to do the job!? We established a date months later to tidy up the terrible detailed job and redo the detail for the money already spent. The detail still wasn’t completed the right way! Such a waste of money, bad customer service (lying to clients), and a waste of time! - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
