Nice features like vacuums, glass cleaners and clothes...but I went through the wash twice. The second time because the dried coffee outside drivers side door was still there after the first wash. It was, again, still there after the second wash. So, I just rubbed it out myself with the cleaning clothes they provide for washing windows. I just think it should have come out with two washes but I didn't want to go through the hassle of asking them to take care of it again since they were so busy.

Decent facility, vacuums the day I went half of them were laying on the ground and not working. Two attendants are not very interested in assisting. One gentleman older with a lot of rings was on his phone the whole time he was brushing down the vehicle prewash.

So, unfortunately like everything else, service has declined. The workers are not doing a great job scrubbing the windshields. Today, they didn’t even scrub my windshields. Barely sprayed the sides and tires. I almost went for a second time. Towels are never dried well. They smell. Probably not being washed with detergent. 🤷🏽♀️ Vacuum is not working good. I told them 3 times and still. Something is probably stuck in the hose. Management needs to step up and train everyone appropriately. Stop trying to rush cars in. Disappointed.

I recently had a “redo” car wash at the Salem,VA location. I’ve had issues in the past of buying a premium car wash and my car not getting clean so I called to complain. They were kind enough to allow me to come back at no charge. However on my “redo” a young man knocked off my shark fin antenna cover with a long handle wooden brush that was being used to wash my back windshield prior to my car going in the wash. After calling the corporate office for days and not getting a response I was able to speak with a local district manger. A settlement was made and I was appreciative of the his fast response. My three star review is only because when the young man knocked off my antenna cover - his response was “it just fell off”. No sir, you knocked it off with your brush. I hope this experience will bring more training to your staff and how to handle situations like this better in the future.

This branch in particular is a joke. The guys stand around and skip most of the prep they are supposed to do before your car enters the wash..I mean you can’t get an easier job so at least do it well. There is always trash everywhere, all the vacuums are always clogged and the rags smell awful and are always full of debris . The rags leave your hands and car smelling terrible.

This car wash has went down hill bad. Spray bottles has only water in them and the rags are so mildew you can't stand to use them. The parking lot is filthy when you vaccum your car you have to wipe off your shoes with a towel or you will have dirt back in your car. It definitely needs help and I go there once week hoping it will improve. Plus the vaccums are broke a lot.

Visited during a busy period. The machinery knocked off a piece of my roof rack. The employee, though nice enough, said they couldn't shut down the line to check but for me to check later and if they found it they would put it aside. Tried calling the number listed for the location. Clearly an answering service. "Cathy" said she didn't have a direct number for the location so I would either have to go back in person, or she could send a message to them and I should expect a response in two business days. Employee at location was nice enough but not thrilled 1) my car is still damaged 2) I have to make another trip out of my way to follow up and 3)there is no way to contact the location outside of an in-person visit.

There is no pre rinse before the side brushes begin. If your vehicle has any dirt on it assume it will be brushed down the side and scratch your vehicle intensely. I do not recommend this establishment. I paid to have my truck scratched.

Had monthly pass. Went this morning 5/19 and shark fin cover for antenna got knocked off at end of line. Ask person to see if they could find. He couldn't shut down to check. He said he would call me if found. Have not heard from him. Tried calling but got someone out of town. Canceled my monthly pass. Cost too much to fix vehicle to take back again. Update 5/20 went back by car wash. They had found my car part, just had not called me. But since the part was knocked off it could not be reused due to clips being broken. Went to dealer, new part cost 167.00, not counting them installing.

For the past 6-8 weeks, the car wash has significantly declined in quality. Previously, it was excellent, but recent brush adjustments have caused issues with both of our SUVs enrolled in the account. Specifically, the last two round brushes in the wash cycle now forcefully hit the driver and passenger sides of our vehicles. This has resulted in a harsh, banging sensation during the wash, and the problem has progressively worsened over time. A staff member was informed of the issue several weeks ago. The staff member acknowledged the problem and assured adjustments were in progress. However, the issue remains unresolved. The cancellation process was also unsatisfactory. There was no inquiry into the reasons for leaving upon canceling the accounts. This suggests a lack of concern for customer feedback and highlights a potential issue with customer retention. An email confirmation of the cancellation was promised but never received. A follow-up call was required to confirm the cancellation. Monthly fees are non-refundable, even if the vehicle associated with the account is no longer owned. Service remained active through August 7th due to a prior payment. This is not useful if the vehicles are no longer available. 🤦♀️ and no, I would not add my new car to the account to use the remaining credits if they even offered (which they didn’t )because of the potential damage concern. So if anyone has experienced damage, they were put on notice weeks ago of a potential issue and acknowledged their awareness to the issue.

I didn’t catch her name, but the girl with red hair and glasses worked extra hard cleaning my car and even hand picked and scraped off berries that were stuck to my car. Very sweet

Unfortunately this is the closest car wash that my truck fits through. Seems like every time I go through, the rear and lower sides of my truck never get cleaned with simple dirt and it definitely doesn't get anything difficult off. Tires and wheels never get cleaned and to top it off little black balls seem to be melted to my truck which smear across the windshield

I had heard this place is good but I didn't expect it to be great! Many car washes where you start off They don't really give you a pre-service. I like these washes only one that's available even to myself. They have a lot of pride and there was more than one that was washing the front and the back to make sure that I hadn't gone through the wash and had an unsatisfactory result. I have some video clips of not only going through the wash but also after the fact. My car was fairly clean and I did have some bug guts left over. But far less than I usually have. The big area underneath the lower part of the car barely ever tends to get truly washed. The tires typically don't come out as clean either. I was really excited and happy to find this car wash. The services after, like the vacuum and air compressor, plus the window cleaner and chamois all were great additions! You know it's good when there are really nice cars that are pulling through. I had a great result and I know that you will too. Make sure you go into their web page.
