This is my hometown Sheetz. I never mind stopping by for quick, daily needs. The store is satisfactory. I understand the bathrooms are great, which is no surprise with the company's reputation. I don't often buy the Made-to-Order food, but don't mind if I'm in a time crunch. I wish gas prices reflected trends that you find nearby in the city, but that's literally the price you pay for interstate proximity. I'm happy to keep supporting this store.

Ordered through DoorDash while under the weather and they either didn’t make or didn’t pack a major item. This isn’t rocket science. Between two entities, you’d think someone could have executed this easy task properly.

2nd time I've ordered food here. First time hotdogs tasted like mold. This time I ordered tacos and they didn't have any prepped so when I got there I was told they was out. Ok fine. The. Dude behind register told me manager was busy and would be awhile to help me. I'm sorry but I'm on my lunch and in a hurry to get back to work. They gave me cash back, but after they made me go. Ack out in a thunderstorm pouring rain to get my phone. So they could see I purchased it. Not a one time did manger turn around and say sorry to me. I was right in front of her. Never go back to this place. Felt sorry for the kids. I was grumpy. Get new management.

James acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about when I came back into get the food that was left out of my order an I don’t think he actually knew the menu deals that good either an when I got my replacement food it still didn’t have cheese on it

I went to this Sheetz at 1:30 on Sunday afternoon wanting to get lunch and gas. They were so understaffed that weren't taking any food orders at all. No lunch, and therefore no gas, for me. Ridiculous !!!

I’m done ordering food from Sheetz, I normally order the steak burrito and normally the thing was like the one from chipotle but not anymore, they will give you a taquito instead, not even half of the size of the one before, I pay $8.00 bucks for and what I got it doesn’t cut it, my co worker have the same experience last week so it wasn’t just me, don’t order the burrito 🌯 because you will be disappointed, I will not buy any food from Sheetz anymore 🌯🌯🌯

This is just sad, as a manager at my restaurant I would be ashamed to put out food like this. small almost burnt top bun, missing the fries, and the bacon. All of which I had to pay extra for.

If I could give zero stars I would, this place is a filthy freaking mess. Sheets should be ashamed of themselves. Rest assured, I will not be at the sheets ever again. And by the way, their fuel price was higher than anybody else on the strip.

Three stars is on the heavy side. I get my ethanol free gas at the Salem Virginia Sheetz and for the last several months of buying ethanol free gas there I “”never”” get a receipt at the pump!!! And I cannot leave my equipment sitting at the pump unguarded to go inside, wait in a line and get a receipt! I have gone into the store to let them know of the situation but so far several months later I still don’t get a receipt at the pump!!

I left a review 5 months ago and today was pretty much the same today as it was then. Bathrooms (men's and women's) are completely disgusting! Inside wasn't as bad as it usually is but the outside of the store is so bad! All the trash cans are overflowing with trash, as is everything else outside. Two cashiers working and both just standing around. I'm guessing just crappy management is the biggest problem.

Dirty store, the staff appeared to be taking a break and nothing in the coffee section was filled up. When I went to get my order which was wrong to top it off I waited for the three people working at the MTO counter to hand the only order which was done already across the counter. Very poorly done Sheetz. Ohh and the manager was sitting in the MTO area doing paperwork completely oblivious to what was going on around her.

I ordered some tacos, which I've ordered before without issue. Today they were virtually empty. When I showed the manager, her response was "Corporate has the meat premade in the shells. I can't control it, but I can give you a refund." She didn't even acknowledge the lack of other ingredients. Screw the refund, lose my business. On the West Coast I can get 2 for $1 cheap tacos at Jack in the Box with as much meat on one taco as all ingredients on three of Sheetz' tacos...

First off, the shelves in the store always look like a Walmart after black Friday. Door dash orders from this location are wrong 95% of the time; usually missing an item. Avoid this location as much as possible. I usually only go to any Sheets as a last resort or if I'm rushed and they are close by. Sheets is already a poor substitute for Wawa, Quik Trip, & Come & Go, so the least they could do is get the orders correct more often than not. Would rather go to the Salem 7-11 or the 24 hour gas station further west on 460 then set foot inside this Sheets. I will have to check out the 7 Brew across the street for iced coffee so I will literally no reason to go to Sheets again.

This Sheetz and all the Sheetz in the Roanoke area have really gone downhill. Yes they have good selection. Yes their food choices are decent but they are an absolute filthy mess. Completely unkempt. Trash cans overflowing, creamer all over the counter etc... Also, they never seem to be able to keep the good flavors of creamer in stock.

Food's amazing, people there are amazing. Cleanest it's been to be honest and I love customer service... HOWEVER there's one employee/"manager" that goes by James that absolutely sould never work there. He has some of the worst customer service I've ever received in 10 years! And just yells at random people for no reason ¯\_(⊙-⊙)_/¯ would give 5 stars but James forced me to put 1 star.... Everyone else and the quality are amazing

Absolutely one of the few best places to eat genuinely. I love to take me and my friends there alot. We love going to this Sheetz... However there's a certain Hospitality manager named James that likes to be extremely rude to customers and staff, treat employees like slaves, spit on people's food and flirt with customers as young as 16. I would give this place a 5 star only and only if James was not here
