Horrible. I wouldn't even let them work on my bicycle! Said to me " women don't understand anything I tell them " basically saying they are stupid and easy to rip off, which is what he did but won't get away with it..... Told my gf he knew what the problem was, called said it was fixed . Well it wasn't fixed , then try to blame it all on her saying she just doesn't remember that I told her even after I put this new part in which cost 400! The car will still be just as bad as it was when we dropped it off. But now it's worse.

First and for most these people over charge at an extreme rate! Replaced brake light bulbs with the wrong type, then claim the control board needs replacing when they don't work!! Come on, this information is super easy even for the general public... So you either have highly incompetent mechanics or are aiming to straight up scam people!! Either way I strongly suggest everyone to stay clear. My daughter spent money, time, and mileage on her car making trips for parts that were never needed, the way I see it you owe her money! All because of a simple state inspection. Horrible, should be ashamed! Good day!

We have been taking our cars to M & S for years for routine maintenance and repairs when needed. Knowledgeable service at a reasonable cost (less than could be done at a dealership). They always explain the problem and what needs to be done. We have recommended them to friends many times.
