Their belt did not work so they made me drive slowly through the wash myself! Needless to say my car was not cleaned and there are soap trails all over it still. Not only that but their machines almost took out both of my mirrors. They didn't even try to apologize for anything either.

I had a horrible experience at this place being a first time customer. The Man who collects the money who also gives us instructions to go through the car wash was beyond disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. He informed me if I wanted the $3 wash it can only be paid in cash or else $5 and up with a credit card.. I politely told him I don’t have cash but I’ll pay with my credit card. He takes my card tells me to go through. Two men proceeded to wash my car. A few minutes later the guy who took my card tells them to stop washing my car and he informs me that his credit card machine is down. He asked me again if I have cash I told him from the beginning I do not. He rudely tells me back up and asks the few cars behind me to reverse so I can get out. I was very displeased by his actions. As he is telling me to back up my car, the person behind me offered to pay for my car wash and I appreciate the person that offered but at that time I was very upset and just wanted to get out of there. I will never come back to this place.

The guy at the entrance gotta learn how to talk and treat customers. He is disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. My car has the automatic brake hold and I forgot to turn it off before entering. He screamed at me as I did it on purpose. He has to learn the way how he talks to customers. It was my first time also the last time.

Tried washing my car here before and they denied me saying my car had “oil” on it, it was dirt but they kept saying it’s “oil” and they don’t want to clean it cause it was too dirty 🤣, stay away from this car wash get your car washed elsewhere

It's still the best car wash in town! I was a bit shocked by the new $19.99 per month membership, but with so much salt and dirt in the area, it's worth it! I get the car washed every week, it needs it, and so I still pay about the same as before ($5) or less because it includes underbody wash! Hand wipe is still included, tip is customary! As a member, getting thru is a breeze, the gate opens automatically! Drawback is if you need to cancel the membership, is in person only at the facility.

Advertised $3 car wash. Told my mum that since her car is dirty that it’s an extra $2 (every day dirty. Not as if she went mudding. Just wanted to take advantage of her) isn’t that why we go to car washes? To clean our dirty cars? Wouldn’t give her $3 cash back and told her to go ahead as if they’re doing her a favor. Rude. This is the only place I take my truck to for an excellent and thorough wash. Includes a manual prewash with hand brushes and they do a great job with towel drying when you exit. They use an excellent product for their tire shine. I'm always very satisfied with the results. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Decided to try for a quick wash. Will never go back. Didn't even let them touch the vehicle. Staff was rude and treats their customers like they are stupid and they try to pressure you into up-sales. 1st problem guy asks me if i know my car has mud in it. Duh.. He then tells me it's an extra 4 dollars because of the excess mud and they need to use a power washer. (Like most other car wash does automatically for no cost.) I went down 1 dirt road fir about a quarter mile at < 15mph. How much mud could it have kicked up? See pic. for "excess mud" When i turned him down he then tried to pressure me into paying extra because they charge more for large suv's. I drive one of the smaller on the market. A Buick Encore. Definitely not a large suv. Then acted upset when i said ill just go elsewhere. Complete rip off. Unless you like a sleazy used car dealership experience while trying to get a wash AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Base wash was $9 which seems high for the “cheapest” wash around Drove up to the self service check out and started going though the options till a guy ran over and wouldn’t let me continue had to give him my money to check out and he had to put it in the machine… tried to up sell me a wash…

Best car wash ever!!! highly recommend the "IMMSERSIVE EXPERIENCE" and ask for "Happy wheel" it includes popcorn, juice and a toy. It was quite an experience. So fun! My phone was conneced to my car and it took me a few minutes to find my FM to play the sound. And during all that time, the staff waited so patiently and make sure we were in tune. Amazing costumer service. Every month have different theme, i went in december and i saw Shark dive. I cant wait to go next month to see a different theme. Give a try!! i promissed it is a fun experince and totally worth it! 🙌✨️
