The best! They cleaned up film from outside of my car from another car wash establishment and really saved the day! The "other" car wash company had me go through their wash 3 times and couldn't get the film off that their machine created. Pro car wash fixed it with one wash. They truly wanted to help me with my situation. Thank you!

I don't like the way this car wash is set. The pay booth is way off to the side as you drive in. When you arrive at the wash entrance after forgetting to stop at the out of the way pay booth the attendants will get upset, go on a long walk to the pay booth with your payment, and return with your change. I always feel bad for them, having to put up with a crummy car wash design and forgetful customers. The wash you get is pretty good though.

Car wash is in some serious need of maintenance. A lot of brushes not spraying chemicals on them just running dry. Timing of certain features are off and only used on half you’re car missing the back. Bubbler on the start you are lucky to see one maybe two hit you’re car. Would not recommend bringing a truck through just went through on 11/2/22 with a brand new GMC 1500 brushes missed back of truck. Wheels didn’t even look like they where touched running board and bottom of car where filthy coming out. Very disappointed as this car wash is maybe 6 years old now with premium pricing I expect premium care at least a clean car being a current employee of pro car wash this is just sad to see. Hoping this will change and some maintenance will be done.

I have always gone to them for a wonderful job on a car wash. Today, not sure what happened. The entire top, hood and windshield of my car was not touched. A rubber strip from my roof rack came undone because the blower was strong, I get that it happens, but the kid just looked at it and left it alone. So, I told him not to bother drying my car if that’s the attitude. I’m really upset and have to spend more money at another shop to get my car cleaned the way Pro used to clean it.

I bought the works which is their highest wash rank and it sucked no soup was used at all from the wash and half of the roller brushes weren’t working the complete right side of my car just got blast with water while the left was half water and half soup. To get this kind of service in Troy is ridiculous I would’ve never expected this. Needless to say this is the worst car wash in Troy.

Mentioned hardly any of the brushes were spinning. Towel dryers said everything looked ok. Apparently they just didn't want to mention how dirty the back still was.

SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE I have tired this car wash twice spread out over a year and got a terrible wash both times. I went the second time because its in a convenient spot but I will not ever go back. Both times I paid for the highest tier wash costing $15. To start: The brushes in the wash are stiff rubber or something and they don't wash the car properly. The water/sprayers didn't even start spraying until my car was half way through. The back side of my car looks like it was wiped by a muddy cloth. The second time I went, 2 of the spinner/bushes were clearly broken and didn't even touch my car as it went through. They were not spinning at all nor did then move towards the car. One of them was even held to the side/out of the way with a strap.

4:30 PM on a Tuesday. Went to West location and the sign said "Closed". Went across the street to the East location and the sign said "Open". Drove up and was looking to pay. Saw 2 employees and asked if they were open. First rude kid said while laughing that the machines were broke. 2nd kid at least had the awareness of knowing his buddy acted like a bafoon to wish me a nice day. Was looking forward to washing my truck there.

I went there today and spent about $20 and I was surprised that my car didn’t get cleaned as expected. I requested the Works for $15.45 and tipped $4 but wasn’t satisfied at all. This “Works” deal was supposed to come with tire shine but the tires looked so dirty when I got home. They also charged me $0.45 fee because I paid with a credit card. This shouldn’t be more than $3.99 or $5 car wash at the max not $15.45. Extremely disappointed.

I went there today and there was a handwritten sign saying wash was under maintenance. The gas station portion had several employees just sitting inside and the car wash was all lit up but no maintenance was to be seen. They still had the light green traffic cones out directing cars to the payment window. What is more odd is why they wouldn’t simply open their other location across the street. It seemed suspicious like maybe the team there didn’t want to do washes. It was weird enough trying to determine which location would be open on which day. I guess I will rely on Jax from now on.

I bought a book of car washes (didn’t get the lottery ticket advertised) hoping to get a good car wash. I have never been so disappointed! I realize my car is very dirty from traveling dirt roads but for the price I expected a clean car. So far that hasn’t happened. Not once have I been happy or satisfied. Once my book is done I will not be back!

Paid $15 for a car wash that was $5 car wash quality. Paid for tires to be cleaned their top car wash. Came out- windows were still dirty and they didn’t touch the tires. Just got home and had to clean the car ourselves. Terrible quality for way to high a price.

Car was soaped up but never rinsed off. Guy at the end wiped it off, or at least made an effort. In the process he also decided to get a little rough with the side mirrors which are automated. Fortunately nothing was broken. However, now my car is covered in a soap film. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

UPDATE 2025: The quality at this location has dropped massively. The state-of-the-art design when this wash was updated years ago has not been maintained properly at all by the owner. Many portions of the wash just drop a line of water rather than spray and the soaps and waxes have similar issues. The workers doing the towel drying are good still, but the wash itself is not even close to worth the high price per wash anymore. Too many washes turning up with competitive prices and perks for this wash to not update with the times. Original Post: I use the car wash here regularly throughout the year. You can get wash books and save money. The gas pumps are a plus and staff usually helpful. My car stays nice and clean from the washes here.

NOT WORTH $15. First of all, the top level car washes a whopping $15. I received a lottery ticket with that, but they charge me 3% because I used a card. $.45 is no big deal, it’s just the principal. Secondly, they use some really weird brushes, made out of some kind of thick rubber Or foam rubber material, a squeaks when it hits the car. Third of all my car wash was supposed to include tire shine. When I got to the end, in addition to the fact that the guy barely dried my car, I had to ask him about the tire shine. He pointed out that a machine applies the tire shine. It’s just a cheap way of doing it, I used to work at a car wash, and, the right way to do it is to put it on manually. The next day, I have dirt all over the bottom of my car, and there is what appears to be zero tire shine. This should be a five dollar car wash, not $15

Thank you for a great wash! My car looks great. I haven’t washed my car in months and was shocked to see how clean it came with just the basic wash. The prepper did a fantastic job getting the concrete dust off my car too! Very satisfied!
