I had my truck washed at Loves in Wichita and it didn’t look much better when it came out than when it went in. They had two service attendants there that acted like they would rather be someplace else . I will never go back.

I'm at Loves truck wash in Wichita KS I never heard have to inspect trailer for chicken blood if it's too much they won't wash your trailer. This lady tell me I don't want you to pay the have to do a whole refund which is BS. This need to ne looked in.

Just a suggestion, when we get a trailer wash and wash out. Don't forget to wash the back doors. The machine didn't go over it as you ran the wash while doors open for a washout.

This review is around 2 weeks late, But id like to give a huge shout out to "Steph" i came in there for a truck and trailer wash approximately Two weeks ago, and Steph was the only one in the wash bay, She did phenomenal job, and cut zero corners, that's work ethic at it's best!!! In todays world that's very rare, most people make excuses or do sub par work when their short handed and use Labor shortages as an excuse for poor service. the Fact that I still remember this employee and the service she provided after two weeks passing, should attest to how impressed I am... Please give this employee some recognition.

If a zero review was an option I would pick it. Ive tried this place twice in about a year both times the job was terrible. Trucks not even close to clean. Children with a garden hose provide a better service. My fleet of trucks won't spend another dime with loves

If I had zero stars I would give it. NEVER in my life have I had to wait half an hour for a bobtail to be washed before I get my wash out. 4500 dollar load on the line. And truth be told I wouldn’t have had to wait if everyone had their information and communication on the same page. I had to leave out of line and come back due to being told the wrong thing. Not to mention everyone taking their sweet time as if we aren’t TRUCKERS ON A SCHEDULE! I never leave bad reviews but this place earned it!!

I would have to agree with the other reviews that I have seen on here.This is a truck rinse off, not a truck wash. The water has a terrible rotten mop bucket smell.The brushes are aggressive.We'll fold your mirrors in and knock stuff off your truck.And all it basically does is kind of rinse it off.It does not actually do a good wash.My recommendation is never again.This was my first and last time to ever use a love's truck wash.They have a long ways to go to have this figured out

Usually use the streakin beacon. They don’t have one in Wichita so I gave the loves a try. They did a great job on this dirty oil truck. Nevin had some great customer service for me too. Even threw in some air fresheners so the cab doesn’t stink so bad now. Definitely give them a try. $59 is way cheaper than the blue building too. I’ll be back!!!

Paid for ultimate with a lot of add ons to have truck and trailer washed after two times going through the truck was still horrible. They didn’t scrub the truck properly bugs all over stacks hand prints on hood…… pay the extra and go to blue beacon

I was skeptical about how good the wash would turn out with the automated wash system they have but it actually did a good job, I am satisfied with the wash and the price! The service attendant "Nevin" was extremely helpful with breaking down the different wash packages and which one was best suited for my truck. Nevin was very professional and helpful not to mention quick! One Bay was closed and I was waiting in line so Nevin opted to move the barricade to open up the 2nd bay so he could get me washed and back on the road!!!

Did a good job washing my pick-up and enclosed trailer after the crappy weather. I'm not a fan of having to wipe it down by hand so I thought I'd give this a shot to "at least get the salt off" and found it to be a very reasonable job. Not a full show detail or anything but the price doesn't break the bank either. Definitely worth it and will definitely be using it for "maintenance cleaning" in the future.

My first time using the truck wash! I have a 44 foot solitude RV And I was a little nervous about going through a Truck wash. But it was no different than going through a car wash even better. It was hand washed by a person. and an automated brushless rinse system, Very cool. I will definitely be back again. Great job and well worth it. It was not that expensive.

Don’t bring your truck here! I paid $145.10 for the ultimate tractor and trailer and acid wash,these people just spray water and use their automate brush. They didn’t clean anything there are bugs and dirt all over my truck and trailer, is like I never wash it. I would not recommend them it’s not worth it!

Terrible service. The washer only sprayed water on the truck and trailer. The brushes they have don't remove all the dirt. I think when you pay $91.36, the least you expect is a good clean. Terrible service. I won't return. Very careless staff.

I got the ultimate wash and you would think for 134.35 your truck would be clean. I told them NO ACID or CITRUS ACID since I had my tanks polished a week ago and they didn't listen. Truck was still covered in road grime from the recent rains. I will say they was fast friendly and did a good job on the trailer. Before and after pictures of my tanks.
