I grabbed the 10 dollar membership for three months and had great experience aside from one minor thing. Roughly half the time my trunk lid would still have stuff on it after the wash. Never had an issue anywhere else on the car, so maybe it was just something funky about my Miata. Tried the hand dry and interior clean once and was pleased with it.

tried this car wash yesterday and was not at all impressed. i bought the basic wash for $10 and the $25 interior package. vehicle is a vw atlas. when they presented the car back to me i had the following items for their rework: -the tailgate exterior had dirt on it -tailgate jamb/threshold dirty -all 4 door jambs/thresholds dirty not impressed, will not return

Charlie's is one of the few car washes I've found that also offers interior cleaning, which is why I go there. I do find that their interior cleaning though is a bit pricey for the quality of work that is done. If I'm paying $53 to have my interior and exterior cleaned I expect a better quality of work than they do. The staff is always very friendly and cheerful.

Out of the different Charlie's Car Wash locations I've been to, this has been my least favorite spot. The customer service I've received has been decent. However, on different occasions, the arm bar and automatic machine for members has not worked. So waiting there for a bit is a let down and defeats the purpose for a quick in/out experience. The entrance/exit when turning into/out of this location is not the greatest. In my perspective, the layout is somewhat dangerous if you're not paying close attention. Almost got hit by another vehicle at no fault to my own one time. Would maybe recommend and maybe return.

Disappointed. I stopped in to get my interior cleaned out before embarking on a cross-country trip where I will be away from home for 6 months. Normally, I have young kids traveling in my truck, so it gets messy. Before going to Charlies, I cleaned out all the trash from my vehicle so that it would make it easy for them to get a deep clean on the interior. Well, after the cleaning, I got home and started packing for my trip and simply lifted up the booster seat to see all the cheerios and cheez-its etc that were not cleaned up. They didn't even move the booster seat to clean the simple stuff underneath it. I also found a plastic coffee lid and spots on my leather that could have been cleaned with a bit of elbow grease and cleaning product. Did I expect too much? I wasn't asking for a "Detail" - I just wanted a clean vehicle to travel cross-country with because I know I will likely have passengers at my destination, and I wanted them to have a clean space. Very disappointed. I will now have to do the cleaning myself.

Very fast. Unfortunately, the rocker panels were still dirty, even after requesting their rewiping. There is still sand in my car around the gear shifter and in the cup holders. The ashtray is completely dirty. Dash dusty, trash left in the car in the door and under the seats. Visors haven't been wiped the last 4 times I've been there. I think it's time to find a new car wash.

I've been a loyal customer at Charlie's Car Wash for the past five years with three vehicles on their Monthly Quick Pass program. Unfortunately, after a recent incident, I've decided to cancel all of my memberships and will be switching to Club Car Wash. While going through the automatic wash, my vehicle jumped off the track. Following the attendants' instructions to reverse, the front bumper was damaged after catching on part of the car wash machinery. Despite the fact that the damage occurred while following employee directions, the General Manager, Bob Emerich, later informed me that Charlie's Car Wash would not be accepting responsibility. He cited low tire pressure as the cause, even though no tire pressure readings were taken, and no warnings were present on my vehicle's monitoring system. I'm disappointed in how this situation was handled. I expected better accountability and customer service from a business I supported for years. I'll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward

I like this car wash, but last year I had the membership that costs like $43 / month and they charged me an extra $20 something for a time I went through the car wash. So I canceled it and dont go there that much anymore.

Avoid this place at all costs. Their car wash damaged the clear coat and paint on two different wheels on my 6 month old car. I filed an incident report with management and claimed it wasn't their fault. I made the general manager look up the surveillance footage of my car going in before the wash and he could not show me any damage on the wheels prior to going into the car wash but he still refused take any blame because "he couldn't tell for sure" if their was damage prior to the wash when it was clearly evident. He claimed that the paint was probably already chipped or worn despite the HD footage and the fact that the car is 6 months old. See the pictures attached. The paint is gone in the corners exposing the bare metal wheel.

This was the last straw. I paid for an interior cleaning and it was awful. I could still see dust and dirt spots all over dashboard, doors and seats. They should just stop offering this service or have a manger oversee the kids cleaning the cars. I spend another 20 mins cleaning when I get home. Skip the interior cleaning!

I paid them $25 to clean the inside. A girl did a good job on my windows. Besides that they essentially did nothing. It was such a lazy job. My mind is blown that they are in business still. They didnt even vacuum under my seats.
