Today”s car wash was anything but. Did the $16.00 and came out with dirt still all over vehicle and white spots everywhere. Not sure why it didn’t wash my vehicle today. The printer was out of ink so even the receipt didn’t come out.

Paid cash. The machine did not dispense change, just a receipt that says "show this to the cashier for your refund." There is no cashier. The wash was good, but the money situation is bad business. Edit: The manager got in touch with me about resolving the situation, and I am satisfied with the results.

Attempted to wash my truck after having a good experience with my motorcycle a few weeks ago using cash. The card swipe wouldn’t read. The tap to pay worked but only turned on for 2 seconds tried again same thing. Unsure if it actually charged my card. Probably won’t go out of my way to return.

Looks nice and the manual ones are okay. The automatic is awful. I have used it 3 times and each time my car is not clean. Contacted them once about it becuase its not cheap... customer service is not great.

First time using and I think I found my new go to. Nothing bad to say. Did not use the automated wash yet. We'll lit at night, everything worked perfectly, water is heated, everything is newer, no film after wash. Used the pre-soak, bug-off, soap wash, brush and rinse.

Some of their stalls were down for maintenance so they gave me a free high end wash through their automated stall, which I was trying to avoid because it never gets the back very well. This actually comes around back and did a very good job so I was really pleased! Definitely my new preferred wash from now on!

Used this car wash in late Oct for the first time since Wash ICT took it over and remodeled the 119th west/21st car wash. I used the self service and it was GREAT. Wow...a self service that actually puts out....SOAP instead of some lame soap "film". Got my car clean,rinsed clean for about $3.00! With cold weather here I'll be giving the automatic a shot too. The place was clean and the self service stalls weren't a muddy/greasy mess like they were in the past. GO!!

I'm not excited after trying this car wash for the first time. It kicked me out after 1 pass of prewash, and I was very confused. I ended up spending 10 bucks washing it myself after already spending 30 bucks on a membership. I have emailed the company and am waiting for Update June 12th, I see the wash ICT's reply to my review but I just searched my email however I have not received ANY response from Wash ICT except what was stated in the reply the put on my review below.....I will cancel my membership and write it off as a loss...too bad I was hoping to have found a good car wash, I was wrong. 😒

My new favorite carwash in town besides the one in maize. This one just opened not long ago and I hope it stays as nice as it is right now. No shortage of chemicals when washing your vehicle. The vacuums are great as well!!!! It's worth the drive to the far west edge of town to clean your car for a good price

We just went through the touchless car wash, and it left soap all over the Jeep. It didn't even rinse the soap off. We left to go find another car wash to spray it off. Not happy at all!

Just moved back to Kansas, and I've found myself a new go-to carwash. Bays are clean, pressure washer has more than enough pressure as well as whatever product (soap, bug off, rain-x) and the air dryer actually works fantastic. Dude there running the show, Jayden, helped me out with a couple very small issues I had. Handled it with professionalism as well as a friendly attitude. Would give more stars if I could.
