Heidi took care of me last week. Omg I’ve never had such a thorough car wash until we met Heidi. I rarely leave reviews so this means something. Sometimes I’ll run through The wash 2-3 times to get the bugs off the front but this time I only had to go through it once. She was friendly and had such positive vibes! I love her and hope to have her assist us every time! 10/10 Satisfied!

I love my member sticker!🤗 It makes coming in smooth and simple. I can even wash it twice in a day if need be. I live on a dirt road so I'm definitely getting a good deal! Kind and helpful employees as well! 👍

Their car wash destroyed my Nissan Skyline antenna, didn’t see anything posted approaching the car wash, employee didn’t say anything about lowering antenna as he commented on how he likes my car and tried to sell me a membership, there was nothing posted until you’re already locked in in on the track and even then it’s taped onto a window of the manager office, when I went to say something this really oversized employee started pointing to a sign hidden away by the managers office then saying they aren’t responsible because that sign that was way out of sight. Cost to repair the broken part is $400.

Terrible service!! After 10 years of membership I decided to cancel my membership. My car got stuck in the middle of the carwash,was damaged you will think manager would do something. She was worst then the employee who cussed and blame me for their broken carwash. Very disappointed do not recommend using the services on 13th and Maize in Wichita ks.

Spent $12 on the second highest tier they have. Worst car wash I've ever used. My truck had a little but of mud splatter on one side and it didn't even remove 2/3 of it. Save your money and go to a different wash

Pulled in on Saturday because there were multiple signs and balloons on the curb in front of the zips car wash saying $9 basic wash today only. Pulled up and the pay machines were mostly broken and then an employee came out to us. I asked for the $9 basic wash special and the guy said there wasn’t a $9 wash. I said what about the two signs and balloons up front and the guy said there wasn’t any signs even though there was clearly 2 signs 50 feet away showing the zips logo saying $9 special today only and he looked right at them. Not sure if the guy couldn’t read or what.. but I guess it’s the old bait and switch. Get people to come up and charge them more. Place looked beat up and run down too.

Went in for a car wash and was made to sign a form, was told this form was just standard to allow them to wash my car. I was explicitly told that it was not for a subscription. 3 months later and I am out nearly $50 because they have been charging me every month. And this past month they have doubled the amount. Tried calling customer service and sat on hold for over an hour, unable to reach anyone. Will never go back again.

Paid $20 for 2nd level wash. Tires and windshield still not clean. The vacuum was weak and half the vacuums weren’t even connected. The rear parking sensor for my truck is now messed up also. I’ve been to many of these types of carwash but first (and last) time at zips.

I paid for a $24 car wash and maybe got $5 worth. Went back and the attendant told me the lady in front of me had her car in park so it probably messed up my wash, still didn’t try to make it right. This is not the first time we have had this problem. Asked him to turn the tire shine off and he said don’t worry it’s not working. If it was the lady in front of my vehicles fault then why wouldn’t you offer to send me through again? I will never visit a Zips again

Moon was the employee that helped me and went above and beyond to make an impressionable experience. Moon is professional and knowledgeable on the services. My car was rattling and he was kind enough to take a second to look at my car and was able to tell me what was wrong. Additionally, the wash didn’t get all of the soap off, so they made sure to make it right and let me go through a second time. This demonstrates great customer service and I appreciate the time staff took to complete a thorough service.

I don't normally leave reviews but this was a pretty poor experience. Customer service was good. However, the actual car wash itself fell well short of expectations. For $13 for a basic wash I should not be seeing a ton of dirt, grime and bird droppings still clinging to every square inch of my car. I was worried when I realized that the wash itself was over in roughly 30 seconds. Take your vehicle elsewhere.
