A young man named Brighton came by while I was vacuuming my car and asked if I needed assistance. I didn't but he told me they have a new floor mat washer so he took my mat over and washed it. My other mats weren't dirty. Thus is the wash at 13th & Ridge in Wichita, KS.

Love the ease of this car wash. I paybfor a monthly membership and it's as many washes as needed. No sticker or membership number needed, I just pull up and am let through. Makes it super easy and convenient on my way to or from work. They also have free vacuums and matt cleaning for when the inside of the car needs a little attention as well. Super easy to pause membership during the winter and then restart again in the spring.

I had a great Car Wash today at Tommy's on 13th and Tyler. The young lady Karen at the window explained to me about joining and getting all the washers in a month for $15. It sounds like a good deal! I was actually there for a free car wash. The car wash was excellent lots of soap and dried my car well, better than most .When I was out at the vacuum Karen and two other young people came out to explain to me where I could wash my mats and also they gave me a little packet that had a a microfiber cloth plus too wet window cloths with two dry window cloth those were disposable and also two air fresheners. Everything was complimentary. I had an excellent Car Wash and excellent customer service I highly recommend it.

Over a year now, and I still have to wait to get past the gate because of my personalized tag does not work in your system? I was told many months ago that they were working on the issue. 9 out of 10 times I’m asked if I have a new tag, my answer is always no, I have had the same tag and car for well over two years. Then they come back and say, ok we found it.

I was vacuuming my car and to my disappointment the mat washer was down. Nick the kindest most respectful young man pressure washed my mats for me!!! I am so impressed with his work ethic and kindness. I joined their membership program and will always be back. Thank you Tommy's and most importantly thank you Nick. Give this young man a raise. Expensive for a car wash, but it is the best in town. Afterwards, I went to vacuum. I was greeted by Brighton. He was very friendly and offered to wash the floor mats for me. Very impressed with Brighton. A quality individual. Tommy's better keep him happy. I'd throw him a bonus/raise if I was his manager reading this.

Hey guys, I’ve been to a few car washes around here, and Tommy’s hands down is the best one. Their employees are super friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. There’s this one guy named Omar Adrian!!! who really stands out. I was vacuuming my car when he came over and offered to wash my mats while I was doing it. That saved me a ton of time, and it was super hot out, so it was the little things that really mattered. I also noticed that Omar and his friends checked the vacuum suction power on each stall and even cleaned the garbage without supervision! They’re all really great. The automated scanners work great, and the all-purpose and glass cleaning wipes are magic. They smell amazing too! Overall, Tommy’s is the best car wash in terms of service and equipment, and their customer service is top-notch.

We noticed that the brushes seldom get the back of the vehicle. Today we went through twice in a row and it did not get the back of our vehicle either time. The ridge and maple location does most of the time for reference. Otherwise no complaints.

My first time at Tommy's Express I must say, I was please and surprised. So glad to find a place open until 9pm. To start, the place looks stylish, clean and well organized. Even better than that, was the customer service I received. Isabel was gracious, pleasant and informative. No hard up sell. She politely ask if I want to become a member, but as I am moving in a month, I declined. She went on to say that the mat cleaner device want working right and she offered to do my vehicles mats for me. Wow, that's never happened before. My car came out clean. The mats never looked better. The convenient vacuum arrangement is very nice and capable get the stubborn dirt. Great experience. Wish I had found this place sooner.

RI really liked the car wash and staff was friendly. I had to cancel our memberships . The wash broke my rear wiper 4 different times. When I reported it, I was told that since my car was more than 10 years old, they were not responsible. I replaced it, and it continued to happen. I have not had this issue with other car washes. I see them slip a plastic sleeve on other vehivles to protect the wiper, and they dont don't to mine. Not sure why and i brought it to their attention. Additionally, the machine for the molded car mats was out of order about half the time. Time to find another car wash.

Great car wash! Definitely the best in town. I highly recommend this place, and I also recommend the membership. I believe monthly subscriptions range in price from $19.99 to $34.99, which isn’t bad if you wash your vehicle regularly. The con is that you cannot share a membership, which is something others I’ve known to allow (with a transferable fob of sorts). I think the quality by far exceeds the competition. It’s pricey for those who don’t frequent the place, but I like what they offer. The vacuums are good too! I will say that if you aren’t a subscriber, I probably wouldn’t recommend it, since you can’t pay at a kiosk. Instead, you have to wait in a line and interact with multiple sales employees, then a cashier who slowly rings you up, pitches a membership to you again, before you’re able to enter the queue. The first time I went, I got pretty frustrated. The cashier interaction feels very out of date and no one wants to be sold a subscription, especially when in a hurry. The perk is getting a free month. Try it out! I really like it.

I usually go to Club Car Wash but I was driving by the Tommy's on N. Tyler in Wichita, KS so I thought I would give it a try. After I paid and went to enter the car wash there was no one there to spray off the front and back of car or to make sure I was getting in on the conveyor system correctly. Maybe this is something they don't do there and I'm just use to it at Club. I have a Tacoma truck and without spraying the tailgate before going through it was still filthy after going through the car wash. Overall not impressed and will stick to Club Car Wash.

The guys working there are great. I like to call em all Tommy. They go above and beyond to assure you get the best wash possible. Which includes multiple trips through if necessary and even tossed in some air fresheners, microfiber towels and cleaning wipes. Go Tommy go. Love y'all.
