They act entitled and think they can park their cars all over the public sidewalk. If you find tinyscratches on your cars, thats cause I walk on top of them. Sorry not sorry.

Horrible business there. The workers are trained and are drug users who are very lazy. Does not take the job serious. My change was stolen from my car. The owner is incompetent. The worse ran business I've been too in years. Stay away from this place.

Extremely unsatisfactory. I paid $20 for a inside and out side wash plus a $5 tip (They charged my card before I saw the “finished” work). My dashboard and front console was still dirty and dusty. My back and sun roof window was still dirty. After I complained to the guy washing it he went over it again but when I drove off in the sunlight you can still see dirt 🤦🏽‍♀️. The vacuum job was shi**y. I definitely won’t be back. This place has went down hill since the new ownership took over. The only reason I give it one star is cause the vacuumed my truck like I asked...

So my cat peed and boo boo'ed in my car. I am an Uber and Lyft driver so obviously I needed a good detail shop, First off I was told bring my car in by 3 and it would be ready in 3-4 hours I got in there at 3:-02 pm. After waiting till after 8, I called there and the employee told me they me car was ready however they were leaving and I would have to get my it Sunday at 10. I asked if it was ready why did 'not they call me he told me his phone went dead. (BS). So Sunday comes and I call before 10 to make sure someone is there and I am told we've been here. Now when I get there I talk to the owner. He says it was my responsibility to call and see if my car was ready on Saturday. Are you kidding me? He repeated that statement. I said so its my fault I did not get my car on-time because I did not call? He said "yes", Next I asked about this morning and why they did not let me know they were in early, he said "sometimes we call sometimes we don't". I was shocked at what I just heard and starting to get very upset, it was time to go. I paid the $100 only to find that my car still smelled like cat pee. When I pointed this our to the owner he came over and smelled the car, his remark "You can barely smell it". All this added on to the fact they are using child labor (kids 8-11yrs old to do service) lets me know to never use this business again. Terrible just Terrible

The mechanic at this company suggested that I needed a fuel pump. I purchased the fuel pump for the mechanic FOOTS to repair. Just for him to call me and tell me that my car caught fire after he installed the fuel pump and he tried to start several times!! I’ve had to rent cars , I’ve didn’t money to get my car towed to this shop, and I purchased a fuel pump! I have not been compensated for my vehicle or contacted by anyone! I’m now without a car and FOOTS will not give me his insurance information! Please help
