Used to work real good, have had the month to month for a while. But it has def gotten worse over time, usually the sprayers don't even turn on until you are 1/4 of the way past them, this leaves the front of your car a disaster, last time I had to go home and hand wash the front of my truck.

I went thru a car wash for the first time, today. Never had a car worth washing before, and they didn't make it expensive. The vacuums were free, and Mr. Stan was the epitome of 110% Customer Service. I've never seen someone take the job of making sure customers are happy so seriously, and with a smile to go along with it. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Totally amazing service, just can't say enough great things. *Total side note, but today I learned that I find the process of going thru a car wash utterly terrifying but that's very weird and not their fault, lol

EDITED... I purchased an unlimited car wash for a month $42. I continued to use the car wash for 6 months. Paying $171. On the day it expired. I went to pull through the line to get one more wash. Because I could not afford The monthly fee. They refused me service, One car wash... Unbelievable

Tommy's is by far the best car wash in the Quad Cities. Their service is always impeccable and my car always looks great after visiting. Their free vacuums are great at getting all the winter salt, sand and gunk out of my floorboards. I'd give them more stars if I could!

This car wash gets my car cleaner than any other car wash I've used before . But what really impressed me was the issue I had with my membership, there was a misunderstanding on my part and they fixed the problem with no hassle whatsoever, the owner was friendly and understanding and made me feel at ease I definitely recommend Tommy's express car wash to everyone!

There are several locations each one is very different. Some Leave your car dull some leave it shiny The vacuums are hidden Miss usually they don't work very well probably the worst vacuums I've ever used.

Staff super friendly but the car wash itself sucks. Brushes miss the car and my windshield wasn't even clean. If it wasn't for the friendly staff this would be 1 star.

First time here. Decent enough car wash... about as good as any other automatic car wash in the Quad Cities. However, the vacuums leave much to be desired. Very little (if any) suction whatsoever.

Poor car wash design. Usually, car washes have sensors to determine force or impact with the vehicle in order to determine if the washing brushes are making contact with the vehicle. Not Tommy's Express. I've had hundreds of washes throughout the years to know how they work, where deficiencies exist, etc. After the wash and returning home, we noticed that the rear on the vehicle barely saw any impact with the washing brushes (essentially unwashed), as it clearly had dirt on the rear hatch of our compact SUV. The rest of the car looked great, but the back looked terrible. Never returning, and we should get a refund for what we paid for an incomplete wash, especially given the price.

Best carwash in town. They use a conveyor belt to pull your car through without the sidebars that other washes use. The sidebars scuff your tires and rims up, no thank you, I can curb check my own rims just fine, don't need help.
