Thank you Quintin!! What GREAT service here at AutoZone. I came in to purchase new wiper blades for my wife’s car and Quintin offered to install them for me, wow now that’s GREAT service!! I highly recommend you give this AutoZone location a try, the entire staff are friendly and welcoming. 5 star experience!!

Waited 5 days for wax and tar remover thru pick up even tho it said ready to pick up all 5 days probably won't be using the pick up service because it's obviously unreliable that's all.

Getting a little expensive on hose clamps and the plastic sealer but an overall good experience thought i had some expensive tuneup parts come up missing in parking lot. Lots of rude customers. You cant predict how an encounter will play out on late night in this neighborhood. Had to go back out to car for fear a fight would break out between loud customer and staff. Had to call police to pressure store into finding parts. Big box shopping for spark plugs and ignition will send you into the arms of a helpful associate who even put my 4 dollar licenseplate lights in. All in all $77 per coil x4 plus plugs $280. Not bad for 2015 Hybrid

The manager, Mark Hart, is AMAZING! Not only did he pick up a part I needed from another store while waiting, but he was also able to seamlessly handle an error with my warranty not showing up! My alternator went out on my way back to Indiana, and I had to take a Lyft to Autozone to get the new alternator and if Mark wasn’t there I don’t think I would have been able to get back on the road and back home to Indiana. I can not thank him and his team enough for the absolutely outstandingly superb service I received!!! They know their stuff at this store!

These guys are awesome. The customer service was excellent. After being told that my battery couldn’t be changed at the 53rd location in Davenport I came to this location. They changed my battery with absolutely no problem. I’ll be only coming to this location going forward.

Ive always had great experiences at Autozone until this one. I was in town and wanted to get some straps for a fuel tank that were only in stock at this location. The cashier and I found the part number and he went to go grab it. He took a while to get the part and eventually came back with a fuel pump, not tank straps. I explained to him he had rang up a fuel pump, not the straps. He began to be rude and said, “I know its a fuel pump,” and gave me an odd look. It gave a weird vibe and I was confused so I decided to just get out of there. Also that employee was vaping in front of the store. A customer behind me explained he was on a tight schedule for work and there was no one else to take his order, other than another employee walking around the store but she didnt seem willing to take his order, i could be wrong but from what i saw she was just trying to avoid helping the other customers

Stopped in to AutoZone looking for a rear wiper blade for my Outback, but it turns out it’s too new for them to carry the part yet. Even though they couldn’t sell me what I needed, Mark still went out of his way to help. He looked up alternatives, double-checked fitment info, and gave me solid advice on what to watch for. Outstanding customer service from someone who genuinely cares. Thanks, Mark—I’ll definitely be back!

Worst service ever for a big company like this. Ordered a belt and tensioner. The driver Bruce was very unprofessional and rude. So I called asked for the manager Nicki says she was the manager. She also was very rude and disrespectful and put the blame on the other autozone in Bettendorf instead of taking care of the problem. I would not recommend this place at all. Just my opinion.

I came here with a dead battery. I was afraid to turn off the car as it would never start if they didn't have one. Jaycee was taking a well deserved break outside (which I interrupted) to ask if they had one. He was extremely polite, dropped everything and helped me out. What a nice gentleman. In this world, that is nice to find; even a bit rare. Hold onto him. Great employee and great experience. Thank you Jaycee!!

Went to grab something small and the lady at the counter started coughing all crazy as I walked up and said she thinks shes sick. Now im sick and cant even work. IF YOU ARE SICK STAY AWAY FROM CUSTOMERS. Why come to work and force others to be sick with you?

Called to see about assistance changing taillight- guy on phone super pleasant said absolutely that’s an easy vehicle. Okay so I drive there and some other dude “assists” and his response “absolutely not it’s against corporate policy” .. thanks for nothing 👍🏻

Absolutely awful customer service, cashier just about yelling at me, I let another employee know and his response was a sassy “ok?” Then proceeded to follow me in traffic driving right on my bumper recklessly. (Driver of white pick up truck) . I actually only went to locust because 53rd location didn’t have what I needed in stock & their customer service was impeccable! Should of known to not go down to that side of town what an embarrassment
