Its not bad if they could keep enough help at the registers. Only seems to be a problem at all the Kwik Stars in this area. Don't have this problem at Kwik Stars outside this area. They have workers away from the registers doing other things most of the time so you have to stand in line and wait.

I like Kwik Star, so much better than any other gas station. Staff is all very nice also. Anywhere else you go, you usually get a crappy attitude. Happy they opened up in the QC.

This place has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. The iced coffee machine is frequently down and ice machine not filled. Management seems to care more about fraternizing with other employees than taking care of guests. This leads to employees showing a lack of urgency which leads to longer customer lines/waits. The air pump outside has been broken for months. There used to be company awards posted behind the counters for most items sold but not any longer. If you need to stop at a Kwik Star avoid this one.

A huge step up from your standard convenience store. Love the $1 bbq rib sandwiches. They have large variety of foods, not just junk foods. Tons of drink selections self-serve and packaged. If you get a chance, get the cream cheese frosting covered cinnamon rolls.

KWIK STAR #294 is a wonderful and quick place to go for gasoline, pet products, baby diapers, various personal items, wine, beer, soda, energy drinks, frozen food, chips, candy, breads, canned goods, hot items for a quick meal, salads, fresh fruit, some of the best bakery goods, coffee, tea, milk, butter, cheese, they have so very much available that my hand is getting tired but know that they also sell ice, propane and on site car washes!!!

When this location first opened it was great and quickly became my go to gas station on this side of town. I refuse to go there now though. The service is horrible as cahiers will let lines get 6 or more people deep and still not call for help despite the IC3 signs plastered everywhere. There's never any variety of hot food anymore, just the same stuff everyday. The place has gotten really dirty. The vacuum outside has been out of order for a month now...

Usually good on everything but if you show up between 9am and 1pm, plan on no coffee lol. They really struggle to keep on coffee demands. The pots are always empty and alarms go off to alert them about coffee but nothing is done unless you ask them about it and sometimes you don't get a nice response.

Some coworker that works there was very rude I came in the get something to eat waiting on my ride I had only been waiting there for an hr and she goes are you waiting on ride or something you've been sitting here all morning like I just said I sat there for an hr and I ate and ppl call me mean rude customer service

I like this place. Always clean. There staff is very friendly. The coffee is marginal, but the prepared food is great. Love their donuts! Prices are good milk, eggs, butter, bananas, potatoes and onions. Always some type of special going on.

This location continues to disappoint. Trash in the entry starts the trip and produce molded and needs to be culled. Floors filthy. Shelves not in stock. Fresh meat turning brown and unappealing. Love Kwik Star but this location needs some attention quickly. Will buy gas but not entering any more.

In was in the store on East Kimberly, store, Davenport Iowa, and it was dirty the floor was sticky all over. The counters had pop and coffee spilled on them, the parking lot was covered in cigarette butts and cups and cans. I won't go back to that store again.

The car wash is a great place to take your kids. The cool multi color soap is entertaining for them. I usually pick the ultimate car wash. I also choose the soft touch. For 11 bucks, this isn’t a bad deal. Bonus: if you get gas, you can select a car wash. You save 1 dollar, and you have 30 days to redeem the car wash. Just keep your fuel receipt. Don't expect coffee there. There are aways out. Never have sugar. This morning Clerk was draining all 4 pots at the same time then had to go up front to help customers. At least 2 to 3 times a week I go in there and have to mix coffee's to get a full cup.

I bought some steaks from Kwik star 11/25 @ 4:19 p.m. The manager went straight to the freezer and got them for me which was 6! I didn’t pay attention that they were freezer burned until I got home and tried to prepare them today 11/26, which they were still partially frozen! went back in to Kwik star to show them the video of them being freezer burned and me throwing them in the garbage! The lady Diana said I need a receipt or to bring the steak back! I started to come back home and dig them out the garbage and go throw them on the counter because I am pissed! Tomorrow is thanksgiving and that was part of my thanksgiving meal! I have pictures and videos to prove it!

The good: Place is usually clean, ready to eat food is always stocked, employees in general are friendly. The bad: They don't care about how long it takes to check out. They will never have more than 2 workers checking out customer, even though there could be up to 3 not checking out customers. At most time there is at least 5 people in line with having over 10 inline not being uncommon.
