Paid $26 - 100% NOT worth it! Wrapper still in cup holder, floor mats didn't look vacuumed at all, dashboard still dusty. Very disappointing

Been a member here for a long time now, just canceled my membership. For one reason, they raised the price of my monthly membership twice now. The second reason, I just went through a car wash at this location and the girl that was drying half of my car did the laziest job I've ever seen. She waved a wet rag across the surface of my car and didn't even get it dry it was streaking. Had to use my wipers just so I can see

They did an amazing job on my car! I got the full interior detail and for what you get the price is not bad at all! They got all the stains out of my cloth seats even ones that had been dried on for months and I thought were never coming out. The staff is friendly and attentive.

My three year old loves to go to the car wash!!! Everytime we get in the car he ask to go! Staff are mostly friendly and if you get the right person on a full inside outside clean your car be looking almost brand new

I was not impressed with the quality of wash I received at the W. Kimberly location. I tried the Works and my vehicle was still dirty afterwards. For a car wash that offers soft touch with multiple stages of cleaning and hand drying, it definitely should not have missed any spots and come out much cleaner. I really disliked the fact I had to take my car back through an automatic wash just to get the tire dressing off that splattered all down the sides. The automatic cleaned better at half the cost.

I tried Pro-clean car wash twice. I thought I caught them on a bad day the first time however I learned this car wash just falls short of basic expectations. The "brushes" barely do anything, the dryers missed spots and my truck had streaky residue left all over. This type of car wash has great potential over the other automatic car washes. I assume this location is due for an update. I am hoping the feedback is helpful for customers and the owner. I'll try again after some maintenance and updates have been done.

East Kimberly in Davenport is the best! After multiple lack luster experiences elsewhere, East Kimberly saved my membership there. I was working on cancelling when I gave that location a try and I'm glad I did! (Photos are of how nice my truck looks after going through there and even driving across town)

Do not ever go here! Terrible job cleaning inside of car, what a waste of $40! Didn’t vacuum well, still tons of dirt on floorboards. Only wiped 3/4 of the dash and when I asked them to wipe steering console he literally said to me “it’s quantity over quality” and they “don’t usually do that” What a joke, do not use this place! What a disaster!!

Not happy with the wash that I purchased at all. Lots of dirt left when I got home. The people that wiped it down skimmed over it really quick and then went and sat down. Hardly worth the money I paid and I had to wipe it all down at home.

You can get a monthly plan here and if you wash your car twice a month you end up saving money. It's the typical wash where your car is run through on a track in neutral and it takes you through all the stages. I have been using this location for maybe 20 years now and have never had an issue really. If you pay more and want to wait they will even still do some light interior cleaning as well, otherwise you just stay in your can and ride it through the machine and they towel dry it at the end to get off the water the large dryer doesn't get. The check in people seem to stay a long time as do one or two of the first stage machine operators so I'm guessing that speaks well of the management. Overall, a great place for when you need to get your car washed in a convenient location right on West Kimberly Rd.
