I paid for the ultimate detail, paid around $280. The exterior was excellent. The carpets and leather were cleaned well but be sure to check their work! They neglected to clean the trunk, the seat belts, and the cup holders. I would expect for the amount paid, this would not have been overlooked. Im overall happy with the service since they took the car to correct the issues.

They did an awesome job detailing my van! They made it look brand new and my daughter lost her iPhone in my van one day and they put it in a bag for me and left it on the seat, she was so happy! It was definitely worth every penny!

I was talked into a free 1 month trial of their unlimited wash membership. I asked if there was a way to cancel it online, and the girl told me no, but all I had to do was call them to cancel. When I called to do so, Cecelia told me I had to come in person to cancel. When I told her I was not going to do that & wanted it cancelled, she told me "Fine, it's canceled. But next time, do me a favor and don't get upset about it because I'm only doing what I am told to do." and she hung up on me. I never raised my voice at her, I never got upset, I just told her firmly that I wanted it canceled as I was told I could call and do, and she immediately got all bothered about it. I called right back to talk to her supervisor and got Steven. He was just as bad, he heard the whole thing and saw no issue with it. I asked for a corporate number and was told they could take my number and have someone call me back. Nah, doubt it would actually happen, and honestly, not worth my time. I'll just pass on my experience to the Google-verse and never give them my business again. Done. Also, their credit card system does not allow for tipping, which I think is a huge bummer for the hard workers that did such a great job cleaning my car. They are the only reason I'm generously giving 2 stars.

They always do such a great job! I got a full service last week and while it takes them a little longer it is worth it. Typically I wait around 1 to 1.5 hours for interior and exterior cleaning. My leather looked like new after they cleaned it and I have two giant breed dogs that ride along with me so I was amazed at how clean it was when they got done. I’ve come here for years and will continue to do so. Thank you for great service every time!

I went in for my car wash, normally I have a decent experience, but the wash advisor Cecilia started cursing when she couldn’t get her scanner to work and made it seem that me paying for a car wash was the worst thing she could ask for… I understand it is a car wash and not fine dining, but I still expected to be not cursed at because of a scanner 😬

The manager is out there with his staff wiping down cars. They were all laughing have a good time. They put towels and cleaner out for you to help yourself to clean your car. I go out of my way to go to this location. They even get a ladder out for trucks to clean the top

The staff are very nice and polite. But, unfortunately, the last 3 times I come to this establishment the job is incomplete. On 2 occasions I told the manager and he did a great job of "finishing " the job. I don't like to complain so it's awkward for me. Today I came home and had to do a lot of "finishing " myself. There were obvious areas in plain site that I had to clean up with interior cleaner. There were leaves and a straw and things left in the cubbies. A bottle of Tylenol was on the floor. I tried to clear out the car but I missed the Tylenol. While vacuuming, somebody had to have noticed it. It makes me how much they were paying attention. A job well done should make the worker proud and the customer happy and wanting to come back. For $32.00 plus tax (and I gave a generous tip before realizing they hadn't done a satisfactory job) I should have been satisfied and happy. 😞 Jan K 2-10-24

If you spend $40 on a car wash, you at least expect them to wipe off the console. It was obviously really dusty! (Which is why I was there!) And it is still dusty! Maybe the youngsters should stop joking around and making whoops/bird noises and start paying attention to their jobs. Also, the vacuuming crew did not vacuum the back even though I emptied it so they'd have access.

Came here to get the interior and exterior of my car cleaned. This is how it looked after. I could’ve done a way better job myself. Way too expensive for this terrible job.

Full service and interior detail. Broke my trim on my BMW and still had spots in my leather from not being cleaned. Didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that they broke something just left my parts in the seat. Then they guy that pulled my car around had the nerve to ask me for a tip

First off, I hate giving businesses bad ratings, that being said, being disappointed with the service I got on my first visit is an understatement, went in for a full service as the interior needed a good cleaning, my truck came off almost as dirty as it was before, they only water the floor mats, a lousy vacuum to the seats, and quick pass with a rag. This was a ripoff, not the way to run a business, I've gotten way better cleaning for half the price. This was a scam, I did not received the service I paid for, never going back.

First and foremost, I can’t seem to get the girl scanning tags to stop calling me ‘honey.’ I’ve even emailed in about this. It makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and I hate it. Second, one of the guys decided to come up to me one day when I was stuck and thought it a great idea to try to have an hour or hour and a half long conversation that I didn’t want to have but was waiting for a tow truck for the vehicle, during which he offered to sell me some vapes out of the trunk of his car. I hate this place, but it’s the only one my company pays for. My first experience with full service was grand, I was able to stay with the vehicle and no one jumped in my drivers seat. This last go around with it was horrendous. I don’t trust anyone on this planet with my belongings in my bag as it is but I felt like they were trying to part me with my bag and everything else in the vehicle. First and foremost, this is a company vehicle and I am responsible for any damages to it and for anything that goes missing inside of it. They tried pushing me really, really hard to get me away from the vehicle and into their waiting room which I adamantly refused to do. And then I watch some young buck jump in the drivers seat and take the van up a little. No one but an employee of my company or a mechanic should be behind this wheel. Seems petty sure, but it still pissed me off being as there was no warning and never once was I asked if I would want to move it myself, or if I wanted to grab my bag. Just jumped in the drivers seat themselves and got really really pushy about getting me into the waiting room. I had to double check that nothing was lifted from my vehicle. I can’t stand this place.

I am not the type of person to complain about my car, but today I had the worse experience ever. I needed to get a nice deep clean. I took it here to get the dog hair out, I don’t even think they vacuumed the Inside what so ever? Confused why I was paying $40 for a clean when it wasn’t cleaned. My dog had some paw marks on the consul and those weren’t even touched. Only things that were wiped down were my screen and steering wheel. I also was annoyed nobody told me to get out of my car for the inside clean, the worker just said mama you need to get out. If I could leave no stars I would. Just upsetting.
