I recently visited this car wash for the first time. My Jeep was in desperate need of a wash. Before and after pictures attached. The car wash itself was amazing, there was no trace of dirt or mud left on my vehicle once it was finished. They have earned my business moving forward. It's what a car wash experience should be - good job hiring people like Seth, his customer svc is why I enrolled in a membership. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a fast and efficient car wash.

The wash on my car is so amazing! It’s so shiny and I was able to easily detail my car! Josh and Keagan were very helpful. Josh went around and made sure all the vacuums had great suction which really makes a difference! Very appreciative!

4th or more time the grey dryer rollers have left heavy grease like smears on my truck. Spoke to manager again, and he said half complain there off the other half complain there on. What kind of answer is that? Also the vacuum don't suck, been told before there working on them. Time for some upgrades or our multi car package is moving.

They gave me a free car wash in the mail and tried to use it just now...has an expiration date...seriously. No car wash unless i wanted to pay $29! I just got it a couple weeks ago and just expired this week. As you can read in other 1 stars the customer service is awful there. Go some where else that cares about customer service, when they are making money off us the customers.

This is on my way to work in the mornings, so I want to love this, but I can't. More times than not, my car is covered in residue after a wash and parts of the machine are sometimes not 'working' properly. I came through last week and the whole back end of my SUV didn't get touched by the brushes because they didn't meet up to my vehicle for some reason. Just today, I had to go to another location because the residue is so bad that it is difficult to see out of my windows or side mirrors. I want to keep coming to this one, but the Omaha locations are so much better. Never any residue and my vehicle is absolutely dry when finished when I have to go to an Omaha location for a re-wash. More of an inconvenience to go through two separate car washes, even if I do have an unlimited membership.

Went to this car wash and purchased a one time works wash which is the "best quality" according to the employee. The wash didn't even clean the dirt from my wheel well or back of my vehicle. I think in the future I'll go down the street to their competitor. I didn't like feeling pressured to purchase a membership. Its a car wash, not a gym membership - maybe try improving your customer service and wash quality instead of trying to make sales.

I’m extremely disappointed with Tommy’s Car Wash. My personal car is in the shop for a 6–8 week repair, so I was put in a rental. I added that rental car to my profile so I could use my membership, but when that rental was swapped out for another one, Tommy’s would not allow me to update my account. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they forced me to keep paying for a membership I couldn’t even use. The lack of flexibility is completely unreasonable. People’s cars go into the shop, accidents happen, rentals get swapped—it’s life. To lock me into paying for a service I physically cannot use is both frustrating and unfair. I ended up canceling because this policy is absolutely ludicrous. Until Tommy’s addresses how rigid and anti-customer their system is, I would not recommend signing up for a membership.

Love getting my Tesla washed here! It does a great job and the staff are always friendly and helpful. 💯% recommend this place. With different prices to choose from for a monthly membership, it’s very affordable for anyone. Overall a good wash. If you have a license plate smoked cover their cameras won't read your plates. Also their wash does not do well getting caked on dirt out of wheel wells. I subscribe monthly after moving from rocket wash.

Apparently some people don’t like to work nowadays. Sat at the window while two of the male workers were too busy on their computers to help me. When I drove through the wash I could see inside and it looked like they were playing games on their computers. Do better Tommy’s Express. update: I have reached out regarding this review with ZERO response from the company. It looks like they are not interested in making it right or holding their employees accountable.

I love getting my car washed here! It always clean not a spot missed and the staff are always friendly. If you have any questions stop in and talk with Charles and Anthony they were very helpful. I would recommend everyone go to Tommy'sExpress. There are different prices to choose from for a monthly membership, it’s very affordable for anyone. I signed up through the app for a free month and to try out a new car wash in town. It was a convey system that you drive up on and put your car in neutral which was nice. The blow dry system didn’t spit out rocks like other car washes in town do. But somehow the car behind me got EXTREMELY close to my rear end. My wheels/rims are not as clean as other car washes in town are able to get. They have absolutely no free sprays/towels availible and at this price range is surprising as they’re charging the same as rocket car wash which has insane amount of scents/cleaning sprays and towels Availible unlike this location. They only have $3 “detail kit”.

This was my first visit to the business. I’ve promised my wife a car wash membership so I have been testing them out. Tommy’s staff was super friendly. They answered my questions and piped me through quickly to get my car washed. I had zero wait time to enter the washing system. The process was fun to watch. Everything seemed safe and efficient. Once I wash finished I went to vacuum the floors and seats. That also was super easy to use. I want to add that there were plenty of stalls available. There was also a floor mat cleaner and towels available. There were sink tubs as well if needed for scrubbing and washing those miscellaneous items. Overall my experience was fast and efficient. The pricing is a bit higher then it’s competitors but if it’s conscience that your after then it’s worth it. I would definitely come back and recommend Tommy’s to friends and family.

Great quality wash with ceramic included. Easy entry into the tunnel with the belt-driven system. My SUV came out noticeably cleaner and glossier than H&H Shine Shop, likely because they don’t offer ceramic or graphene. The exterior results are impressive. My only suggestion would be adding an interior cleaning option. I’m currently trying the free one-month membership with the Works package. At the end of the month, I’ll be deciding between Tommy’s Express at $50/month for a superior exterior clean and H&H Shine Shop at $58/month, which includes a 10-minute interior cleaning. For shine and overall exterior quality, Tommy’s Express really stands out.

Utilized the first car wash free promotion through the app. Opted for the "works" wash which did a good job getting most of the dirt off the exterior. Some smudges on the body and under the lift gate didn't get clean, but those areas probably need more attention than an automatic wash can accomplish. Overall a pleasant and easy experience coming through the wash. The free vacuums outside were easy to park at and use. Will definitely be back.
