What’s not to love about this place?! If you are a do it yourselfer, you will love the vacuums outside. They have lots of them and they have plenty of suction. If you would rather sit back and let them do the dirty work for you, they have a team of people on a conveyor belt as your vehicle goes down the line vacuuming inside, under the floor mats, shining the mats, cleaning the inside windows, wiping down the exterior including the door jams. Member prices are hard to beat and the wash does a great job! A+!

Don't waste your $$. Zero ⭐️s. They refused to refund our money despite the car wash not washing our car. We went through their $29.99 level wash TWICE because the first time didn't get the bugs off the front grill at all. Maybe 20% of the bugs came off the first round. They let us go a second time - still didn't clean it satisfactorily at all. We had no bugs on our grill yesterday and today, your car wash didn't do its job. Photos are after 2 washes. Employee apologized, but she said even the employees buy themselves extra chemicals to clean their own cars because their wash doesn't remove bugs. Steer clear.

My bf took in my car for an oil change, didn’t know they were going to wash the car. Whoever wash my car messed it all up! There are areas that are no longer glossy but matte and rough. Scratches all over the vehicle and dents as well. I take very good care of my car for someone to mess that up for me. We will be going back for them to fix it. We just purchased this car in October , perfect condition to scratches on the paint job. There’s scratches all over the vehicle now.

I like going to the Shine Shop, they have all the bells and whistles plus interior services. The car wash itself is good but don't recommend of you have bugs caked on from a road trip. It's good but not that good. I very much enjoy the interior cleaning and waiting room, great coffee and a clean area. The people are always nice and helpful and they do a good job

Wheels dirty, the strip down the middle back bumper where the brushes wouldn't hit. If it wasn't for the "free" year of washes we got as a "bonus" for a car purchase we wouldn't go here. If you do get the membership be ready for the scan readers to not work ofter.

State of the art facility with easy access from highway 370 as well as I-80. I live far from the location but I work close to it so I go after work and I'm in and out very quickly. Most importantly my car always looks on point. Also it smells really good.

The car wash is good...but if you pay for the interior to be cleaned, they won't clean the third row seats/floors.🤦🏻‍♂️ They don't tell you that before buying the membership which includes "interior cleaning". Who would want to pay for a service that only cleans the car 2/3 of the way? They don't even offer a package that inclides the 3rd row for an additional charge. The guy cleaning the car just said rudely, "we don't do that," after I came back and asked why it wasn’t cleaned. Membership canceled immediately.

I recently tried “The Whole Shabang” package at The Shine Shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My car feels brand new inside and out. The windows are spotless, the dashboard and door panels have been meticulously wiped down, and even the door jambs were given attention. The vacuuming was thorough, leaving my carpets and floorboards looking fresh, and I loved that they removed and cleaned the floor mats separately. What really stood out was the care they took with the seats and cup holders—they truly went above and beyond. The towel drying after the exterior wash left a streak-free finish that really made my car shine. For $49.99 a month, this service is a fantastic deal, especially considering the quality and attention to detail. I highly recommend The Shine Shop to anyone looking to keep their car in pristine condition!

I was excited to try the services they provide. Went for the whole Shabang (haven't cleaned the interior of the car for a while and the exterior got a lot of mud from a recent trip). The car looks better from the outside, but the interior seems untouched. Wondering if this is the standard there or just a lack of attention to details. I would say bring your already cleaned car to them to get it cleaner.

Awesome experience. Beautiful colorful wash, nice conveyer belt without the scary tire insert! Interior was done very well and incredibly nice-hard working employees. My one complaint is that I didn’t know the whole back seat and trunk of my van wouldn’t get vacuumed and cleaned. I wish I would have known that- had to do it at home. Please let people know this. I had to read the other reviews and saw it wasn’t included after 😅. The interior they did do though was perfect and so clean! The waiting room has coffee and water and is cute/cozy with restrooms. 😊 I got the 19.99 wash and 19.99 Interior.

Went for an oil change and purchased the $39.99 express interior service that includes wipe dash, clean cup holders, spray and wipe door panels and a couple of other things, some of them got done but the ones that I mentioned did not. How can you advertise something and not do it? I understand this is not an auto detail place but if you can’t do the things listed then don’t sell it to customers. Don’t recommend just do the cleaning yourself.

I really wanted to have a good experience here given that my family has purchased two brand new Kias from H&H in the past year and it’d be nice to have an option for a full service car wash to keep them shiny and fresh. Unfortunately, I don’t think the service is as good as advertised. I went in this morning to get my vehicle cleaned up following a recent family road trip. I got The Whole Shebang, which is advertised to include a hand dry, spray/wipe seats, remove/clean floor mats, vacuum floorboards, etc. As I pulled away, I noticed my windows were getting splashed with water despite the advertised hand-drying of my vehicle. I also noticed when I got home that several areas on my seats and floor mats didn’t appear to have been wiped or vacuumed. The front seats looked pretty good, so maybe the “Whole Shebang” only applies to two-door coupes. Either way, probably not worth the money to come back for a half-hearted effort.

I was expecting a positive experience with the exterior and interior car wash. I tried it out because I was thinking of buying a membership. The car wash was basically the same as all the others. It’s not touchless and you leave with a wet car. When I walked to my car following the interior clean, I saw that the interior of my door, sill plate and the areas where the door closes, hadn’t been touched. The interior of the other doors were still dirty too. Don’t waste your money on the interior cleaning!

The wash is excellent, but the real standout is the 10-minute interior “Shape Up” cleaning. The team is always friendly, professional, and focused on making sure everything looks right before you leave. My interior is consistently cleaned thoroughly, and they’re happy to handle small touch-ups when needed. If you want the best value, get the “Whole Shabang” membership. The exterior package includes bumper blaster, underbody spray, presoak, rainbow foam protectant, hot wax, rain repellent, and powerful turbo dryers. The interior service includes vacuuming front and back floorboards, cleaning windows inside and out, wiping the dash and console, cleaning cup holders, and wiping down door panels and jambs. For the price and quality, you won’t find better. No more spending time vacuuming and wiping down your car multiple times a week. Highly recommend. The wash is solid, though adding ceramic and/or graphene would really enhance the clean and glossy finish. The interior cleaning team has improved significantly and now ensures the dashboard, console, and second row are cleaned as advertised. I’ve also noticed a big improvement from the quality inspector at the end—they now ask if there’s anything they can touch up before I leave. I look forward to continuing to use H&H Shine Shop in the future, and I currently have a “Whole Shebang” membership. Big ups to the team for listening and making real improvements.
