I usually stop here in the morning to get all the trash out of my car that my three kiddos leave behind. It is always very clean and in the morning there is always a very nice gentleman there cleaning the bays and making sure everything is working.

Have spongy rollers that spins to clean your car (north tunnel location), wish it was shammy cloth curtains they seem to clean better. Dryer don't quite dry the car as well as another car wash I use.

Always has working machines. The lines are a little long in nice weather. It has self serve bays as well as two touchless bays. They have vacuum stations as well. They have a change machine. They also take debit cards and cash at the car wash. The vacuum is only quarters.

The "high pressure" note on the spot free rinse is misleading; the regular rinse uses higher pressure. Since it limits you to 10 minutes I ended up paying for a 2nd cycle to rinse off the spot free rinse I wasted time with

Good place..one of only a few in the area to do self-service washing. Day manager let me know while in line that their card readers were not working, or may not work so would have to use CASH.

I've been to this car wash and had good washes. The last time I went was terrible. Half the wash didn't work and they didn't even call me back when I complained. They did send me a token for a free wash, but it would have been nice to get a call to know what they were going to do for me.

I've been to this car wash numerous times and it's ALWAYS Clean. Everything is up and running ie; vacs, wash stalls, Dryers. Wands, And Bonus ..The Owner is Cool too.. I give it 5 "Ooo-Ooo Ooo-Ooo" Ooos" Which in Gorilla Dialect translates to "Thanks for the reliable car wash - Keep on Keeping On." I know Imma Dork🤓🙄 Enjoy.

Paid $12 with cc. Didn't get a complete wash. Called the help line. Jim came out and tried to get it working. After waiting about 30 minutes and trying it 2 extra times it was just like the first pass. No under car wash. No wax. No polish. No air dry. Just soap rinse and spot free rinse. Even the $5 option includes the underside rinse. Never offered a discount or refund. Will have the cc payment reversed when the next statement arrives. Poor Jim needs a different employer.

Usually come here to do the wash myself. Generally have enough time on one card swipe (14 or 15min max). I feel the wash does a pretty good job. Wish they'd change out the brush head on the foam brush. Doesn't always seem to be effective depending what bay you're in. And importantly, I always feel safe at this location.

This car wash is in a convenient location. It has vacuum cleaners and several bays for hand washing, but I prefer the touchless automated wash. There are several options, of course. It accepts credit cards, which is great, because I don't carry much cash these days. It is any easy in and out. The place can be pretty busy at certain times. It's good to go a little early or a little later to get through faster.

I love both the East end locations in Council Bluffs, but stay away from the west end one..the dryer only dries one side of your vehicle and it's pretty bad it's been that way for atleast 4 years. Time for a new updated one!!

Did not go very well. I bought the best or at least the most expensive option they had. When finished in car wash sides of car looked like they were not even touched.$15 and had to go somewhere else and wash again

I drive a fancy sports car, so I prefer touch-free car washes. This is great place, however they only have 1 bay, so there is always a line of cars out to the street, all afternoon, evening, and even at times such as after 8PM at night. I hope they can build another automatic bay someday to help the flow of traffic

Just paid $20 for a car wash that failed to remove bird droppings from car body or blow my car dry. Clearly not a premium "executive" wash.

I used the auto wash it was a wash but expensive. I did find it to be dirty in the do yourself bays and the area around it the vacuum area. I did not use the vacuum but I got the car rinsed before heading back to Missouri. My car was not that dirty but I'm sure it it was that would not got it clean on the first time. The dryers come out of the bay did not work.

Terrible business! Nothing works, but they'll make you pay anyways. You can only get a possible refund if you sell them all of your personal information. Everyone who works there "doesn't know anything." You just have to let them have your information so corporate can maybe answer

Honestly, I’m incredibly frustrated with this car wash. I took my brand new Jeep Wrangler (only had it two weeks) here to wash it three and a half weeks ago. The hose for the express dryer come off and damaged my hood and front passenger side fender. I’ve called three times and reported this, and they’ve said three times that it would get forwarded as an emergency as I’ve called numerous times. I haven’t received an email, text, or phone call. All I want is for my $60k car is to get fixed! I wouldn’t recommend Gorilla Car Wash in general due to this severe lack of diligence, actual customer service, and frankly - negligence. 0/5 stars if I could.

First time to the touchless automatic car wash and I was impressed. A torrent of water from all sides including underneath freshened up my car. Awesome.

Every time I get my car washed there, every time. It looks clean in the bay. Then pull out into the sunlight and all you see is a dingy cloudy haze all over the car. If I use my shamy all I see is dirt streaks. I pre soak, wash soap, rinse, and follow with a spot free rinse. I won't use the brush because dirt from other washes will get stuck in it and scratch or swirl the paint. Is there just no way to get it clean there? Im spending at least 15 to 20 every time for my car to still look dingy. The wash that used to be by Walmart would get it clean every time using the same method. I really miss that place. Unfortunately I had to come back here to try to get the winter road grime off. I should have just used the gas station window cleaner all over it. Would have saved 20 bucks and probably would have looked better. Couldn't even tell i washed it. Still dingy and grimly. Save yourself the time and frustration. Go to menards and buy a bucket, cheap soap and a mitt. Likely would be the same price. I should have known nothing had changed when I saw the guy in front of me break out a bucket and mitt he brought with him. Thats probably the only way you're going to get your car clean here.

I love a touchless car wash. This place has 2 bays of automatic and 2 bays of self-service. It did a good job on the most expensive wash - at time of review that was $20 plus tax. There were options from a $10 basic to $20 the works. Only missed one spot of poop but that had been on there for a while and was in a weird spot, I was surprised the bird even manage to get poop there. I'm sure if I had pre-treated it or even just wet it well beforehand it would have come all the way off. I will be coming back!
