The car wash itself was good. Someone forgot to turn the sign or lights on.😬 I took a chance it was working as I saw others must have used the wash. Might have missed a lil business this night.😯

A month ago I went through the automatic wash. It completely shut down in the middle of my wash with soap still on my truck. Yesterday I spent $16.50 in the manual bay, with no hot water. Couldn't get my truck clean. I've tried calling the numbers listed on the internet. Phone hangs up. Doesn't connect to anyone.

The hose has a lot of soap and pressure which was nice, however for $5 as a manual carwash is a bit much. Also if you dont stop it right at the 5 min mark itll keep going & charging. you might as well go to the club carwash down the street for $6 automatic wash with vacuums included. Just saying. Lesson learned for me.

Like others, we pulled in on a Sunday, paid for the unlimited car wash, but then, the bay would not wash our car. Then we changed bays, paid another $13 for a wash, since in order to use the unlimited wash, you must call them M-F during business hours to activate the unlimited package. The second bay took our money, but would not work either. Getting a refund was a joke and after five phone calls and a promise, we still did not get a refund. Horrible customer service. No attendant at site.

Horrible customer service! I purchased two $18.00 car washes and both times the bay only washed my vehicle as the dust buster wash. I spoke with a woman from Gorilla Wash today and just asked that they send me a coupon or voucher for each wash. The woman tells me she will send me a coupon for one $10.00 wash because that’s all they’re allowed to do, then tells me that this NEVER HAPPENS and that I’ll need to text a receipt for my proof of purchase ( did that ) only for her to say JUST THIS ONE TIME she can send me TWO COUPONS for $10.00

Doesn't get your car real clean but it does a half for a good job and the dryer should last a little longer and I believe you have to have the exact amount for each car wash unless you use credit card

Great touch free car wash at a pretty good price. They have rotating jets of high pressure water spraying the lower end of the vehicle and the wheels which is really nice and your car comes out extremely clean, no complaints with wash performance but there are only bowers mounted overhead to dry your car, nothing on the side. The slot to insert payment is extremely low, also. If you're driving a truck or SUV it's difficult to pay. Also if the wash fails after you pay there's no option other than calling a number to report it and they mail you a free wash coupon.

$6 to start self car wash... So pricey and half of the options in the dial didn't work. I used to go to the one a couple of blocks away that closed and it was half the price.

Tried the manual wash bay so I could have more control over what gets washed and save some money from the big auto-washes around town. Their unlimited packages are usually $20-$30. I pull into the bay, the money taker says "READ INSTRUCTIONS" - So I read the instructions. Some of the color-coded signs were missing from the bay, so I didn't really know what nozzles to use. I drop my card in, and they give you 9-10 minutes to do everything, which, unless you have a pit-crew with you, is pretty much not going to happen for a single individual trying to wash their entire car. 3 of the settings did absolutely nothing. So that's cool. I was finally able to figure out how to soak and soap my car (the hose on the soap brush had a leak so my entire right half is covered in pink soap lol), and by that time, the timer ran out. My car covered in pink soap. Meanwhile, some honky in a big truck comes into the bay and starts accessing the payment box, I assume to collect all the money. Didn't say anything to me. Just after that cheddar. I asked him "Hi ya doin', are you maintenance" and after about a 4 second hesitation "Uhh, sometimes..." -- I told him about the hose and he could not have cared less. He goes "Oh okay, thanks." and just walks away. Not sure if he was an owner, or employee, or whatever, but cool, you do you man. So anyway, I slide my card again, another $10 down the drain (pun absolutely intended). Managed to get all the gunky pink foam off my car and give my wheels a good spray before the timer ran out again. So, $20 for a half-ass car wash that left the car absolutely not "spot free" and I honestly still saw dirt and debris even though I held the nozzle a minimum of 8" away as the instructions said. Might as well get a one-time was from the Club CarWash down the street, or get an unlimited package there or at one of the other auto washes in the CB / OMA area.

Today I got the dustbuster $5 car wash. I am giving this to stars because they used water. No suds are involved, two rinse cycles one light and one heavy. Spend $6 and head to Bellevue and get free vacuum and wipe down the inteeior od your car with provided cleaning cloths.

I’ve went here for years. Recently their car wash damaged my grill.. at first they were easy to work with then ghosted me out of the blue when we were in the process of getting the correct part. Tom hasn’t answered my emails and his operations manager hasn’t texted me back. Very disappointed

I have had the unlimited car wash for a couple months. Never have I been able to use it for a car wash. One time there was an attendant that turned the car wash on for me. I have called and left messages to cancel and get a refund, however no one seems to bother to call me back, and there answering service is a joke might as well just have a voicemail. So after paying $30 a month for unlimited car washes I spend another $13 for the works wash since it wont work and this is the result.

Horrible experience! They charged me 4 times and the machine didn't start, after speaking with customer service they said "No refund" and were looking for excuses for trying to blame me... I mean, this self car wash are supposed to be fast and easy to help us solve a problem not to give us stress. Improve ur business guys and grow up.

The fact they have cameras that can prove the issues while you there and they refuse to acknowledge it, is amazingly poor. This is why I decided tonight to show up with my own camera and prove they are scamming people. Most people on here explain that when the machines and washes take your money, your typical response when contacting them is "no refund". We'll this time my video is going to BBB to prove the company scams people with their dollar machines and the comparative reviews dealing with the money issue and "no refund". Tonight i went there facing towards the front and went into the furthest self wash stall. I showed the time, date and 2 5.00$ bills equaling 10 dollars. I placed 1 5.00$ in and then the next. Equaling 10.00$ on a 6.00$ minimum. Guess what..... it only acknowledged 5.00$ in which I used quarters for the remaining minimum. The fact they do know about it and the issue it creates and takes money without a fix or heck even a simple apology to the customers who's money was just ripped off, is how this is falling under a scam. Eventually once it gets investigated and and a total sum equals a felony... the business will wish that publicly didn't reach the news.

Conpletely ridiculous! I already paid for the wash, the system doesn't work apparently. They need my address, car make and model, social security number, and employer to even contact corporate for my refund. This business is a sham to sell your personal info. I would give 0 stars if I could. They won't allow that to make themselves look better

I had to have my car washed ASAP because overnight bird's had pooped all over my car. I use the premium wash or whatever it was called, the one that cost $20, and it barely made a dent on the poop. I was really disappointed because there are a lot of locations for the gorilla wash. I don't know if they need stronger soap or what. The poop was only 8 hours old at the most. I would have thought it would do a better job.
