Didn’t clean my windshield. Dirt and bugs still on the car. I talked to them and they sent my car through again. No change. I got a refund, so the review isn’t 1 start anymore.

I spent $19.00 and some change after taxes for the $18 car wash and it didn't even get my car all the way clean and my car is a newer car. And it left water spots. Their saying is they don't use as much water, no they don't not enough to spray it clean. Oh and don't get taken by their 30-day free car washes, you have to put your credit card in when you download the app and it charges your credit card until you cancel it

After wash I noticed scratches and paint chipped off everywhere on my car hood and Trunk measurably. I showed before and after wash picture but they were canceled my membership and Jeff(site manager) is very rude. Please don't go if you love your car. They will not responsible any type of damages like scratches entire car. I am 100% agree with below comments from "Tyler Linscott". Multiple times I talk to them but shows their policy as mentioned in the picture. Please avoid this car wash

Tommy’s is solid. There are other washes in town that are OK, but Tommy’s wash always gets my truck clean and dry. The hood of my 2015 Silverado is flat and driving it alone won’t pass enough air over the entire hood to blow away water droplets after a wash. Leaves gross water spots that drive me crazy. However, Tommy’s blowers always gets it dried off. Clean as a nuns conscience and shines like the sun. I just do the $10 wash and it always looks great. If I lived in town I’d definitely sign up for the membership, but I don’t make into the “Tah” enough to warrant it. Oh, and they have free vacuums after your wash. Super handy to clean the junk out your car. One stop shop for a clean vehicle.

Rubbish. Barely cleans the parts that it reaches. Ripped the rear wiper off. It was explained to me that I should have had a bag on my wiper which they didn't put on. I got a free car wash. It was $65 to replace the arm and wiper. When I went through a third time, the young person that was supposed to put the bag on was on their personal phone. I stopped my car then reversed it until they stopped the conveyor. He told me to back up more with a tone in his voice that I didn't like. I told him to walk to my car and put it on. My car was not completely clean after any of those washes. The vacuum and mat washers are good. I payed for the top wash 3 times. The 4th and last wash was the minimal (cheapest). Still not worth it.

Wash got the dust off, and that's about it. Truck wasn't really needing washed, but I wanted to clean it up. Still have bugs all over it. And yes I paid for there best wash.

I will not use this car wash ever again. My first time through was a great experience until the end when the dryer blew off the windshield to my sunroof. I’ve been through many car washes and this has never happened. The supervisor was uncooperative and disrespectful. I went back to ask for a refund and he refused. I paid $18 plus tax to get the works and I got feel like I got worked. I have never complained on google before today. Very disappointing.

20$ wash. Brushes didn't even make contact with my car. Still had bird poop on top and sides of my car when I left. Way to lower the bar Tommy! Wasted 20 bucks. Lesson learned.

Took my new car through this car wash, it almost ripped my tag off, noticed a scratch on driver side and damage to the sidewall of my tire. I would avoid this car wash. Supervisor was highly defensive when I called and said absolutely no way their wash could cause any damage.

Customer Service - 5 stars Performance of the car wash - 1 star 1st time visitor to Tommy's on my lunch break, I had a 15 minute window. Attendant at the window was pleasant and friendly. He did not push me too hard for the monthly subscription. I got the Works ($25 + tax). I get back to work and had to put my side view mirror back in its place and noticed dirty water spots all over my SUV along with other spots that were missed. So after work I went back and was allowed to go back through for the Works again. The 2nd attendant I met with was polite. This time I pulled in to the vacuums and situated my side mirror again and noticed that the quality of the 2nd wash wasn't good either. I used the vacuums and was impressed. It got the hair out and all the sand and grass from our recent camping trip. I can't see myself going back to use Tommy's. I expected higher quality.

No wait for my car wash. Fast and clean the first time through. I used the free vacuums after my wash and the hose fell off and without even asking for assistance the attendant came out and fixed it. Very polite and awesome customer service. He even stated “it was my pleasure!” Five star service this evening thank you😊 !

Fast car wash and kind workers but if I’m paying $30+ for a car wash it should get all over my car not just the sides. The car wash always misses the front and back. I appreciate the free vacuums but half the time they’re broken or have been blocked.
