Overall i usually like this car wash. Esp for me is the location convenience. Up north where i used to car wash with membership the self clean vacuum area had a glass cleaner bottle & wipes for those cleaning inside themselves. Guess in this area doesnt do that. My main complaints besides the traffic and wait everytime i come is when my car enters the car wash sometimes the person there will brush the one side (driver side), sometimes they dont do it at all, sometimes esp when theres 2 men then itll get done. But its always diff. & not done everytime. Sometimes theyll scrub one side or 1 or 2 tires yet not the rest or put that pressure thing but not always not entirely etc. Being a loyal member for 2plus yr now i will hope theyll start brushing both side before entering that auto carwash part. Sometimes certain dirt wont get cleaned with the auto car wash. And some vacuums arent as good or just dont work. Which is understandable. Todays traff wasnt bad actually even tho ive been sitting here now 14min. (Edit: 1st time i come to hand dry part & its been 9 min now and NoONE has come for dry, thats the 1st time this has happened). Overall from all the washes i been to around here i still like this one best. Very nice workers. Clean & roomy inside too. We should go in order btw came in another time and literally 5 cars went infront of me from other lanes and i said something and was told because theyre full service but so am i. And saw all infront of me getting same thing.

I've gotten the basic wash and interior service and was happy both times and each time the team of workers were very nice, also the waiting area is comfortable and clean, great coffee and friendly service. Thanks ultimate car wash.

This was my first time getting my car detailed. I paid $70 for a full wash & detail to get into the creases and crevices. I had high expectations and was very disappointed. My seats still had stains, sticky spots, dirt, crumbs, dust still in the air vents. I was not happy with the service. I will not be returning.

Great neighborhood car wash! Nice atmosphere. Clean and pleasant waiting area while your car is being serviced. Coffee and snacks are available from local businesses. It’s always a present experience taking my car to get washed and detailed at The Ultimate Car Wash & Detail.

Nice place in the inside to relax and have a snack while you wait … they do an awesome job, but the only thing is they use dirty fiber cloths /rags to clean the inside and outside of you car and on your windows they also leaves smear stains on your windows!! I had to rewipes off my windows cause they were so cloudy the next day and it had black residue on the rags from rewiping my windows… they need to change the rags every car they detail .. cause that is disgusting!!!

Only my second visit. This car wash is easily one of the best I've ever been to. Every staff member is on point, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. The manager, Donna, was absolutely spectacular. The tunnels froze over during my visit, but she went out of her way to make sure I could come back for my wash at a later date with no issues. That level of care and professionalism is rare. I'd strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and people who truly take pride in their work.

If you want your car washed then this is the place for you if you want your car DETAILED then I would look elsewhere. For $120 detail I expect for there to be a certain Level of cleanliness. My recent experience left my cupholders still dirty, windows still dirty on all sides , all door jam still have mud in them, no air freshener , under the driver seat (in the visible areas) there was still dog hair , and I ran my finger across my center console and it was as if it was never touched . The crazy part is i just purchased this vehicle so it wasn’t even that dirty or a hard job . The exterior of the car was good though .
