Serious damage to my vehicle and no accountability! On October 3rd, 2025, I brought my 2021 Toyota Venza through the Swifty Car Wash at 3442 Memorial Drive, Decatur, GA. About halfway through the wash, I heard a loud bang, and when I exited, my driver’s side mirror was completely crushed. I immediately reported it to the on-site attendants and they submitted a claim that same day through their company phone. I received a confirmation from Mammoth Holdings (the company that owns Swifty) and later provided additional details, including a professional body shop estimate of $2,106.40 for repairs. Over a month later, Mammoth Holdings denied responsibility, claiming they found “no equipment malfunctions,” even though my mirror was destroyed during the wash. I asked them to review any camera footage from that day, and copied my attorney but they did not respond. My car was safely aligned and driven exactly as instructed — yet I’m left with a major repair bill and no help from the company. We will proceed down the legal road as this is unacceptable from an established business. I understand accidents can happen, but the lack of transparency and accountability is disappointing. I would not trust this car wash with your car.

I have been to this car wash dozens of times, and every single time I am so impressed with the staff. They are out there helping people no matter what the weather, and they are always kind. You also can't beat the maintenance there - they ALWAYS have lots of towels, cleaning spray, and windshield wiper fluid, which is all free (along with the vacuums). I have had their monthly subscription when the leaves are falling on my car and sometimes I would go twice a week. Just a hard working group of people and a great location for your car wash. I strongly recommend it!

I had an amazing visit at this car wash. The staff were friendly, quick, and very professional. My car came out looking spotless inside and out — it honestly looked brand new again. The price was fair, and they paid attention to the small details that most places miss. I really appreciate the quality of service and the care they put into their work. I really like Swifty Car Wash on Memorial. The facilities are good, and there is never a wait, but the best part is the employees who are always friendly and helpful. I especially want to call out Ashley (with the beautiful blue eyes!) who encouraged me to sign up for the monthly car wash program. I would not have known about it without her telling me and it is a great deal. Thanks to her, I now go to Swifty every week!

The Blue Eyed Bandit was super sweet and gave me 5 star customer service today!! 😝🤗 I came to clean my partner's car to surprise him after a long week at work and it looks great. Great car wash! Friendly staff, equipment is always stocked (towels etc) & it’s usually not too busy which I like! Some of the vacuums aren’t as powerful as others but not the majority. It’s also right next to my gym which is perfect. Shoutout to Ashley B & Nathan!

Great experience at Swifty as always! Ashley S assisted me with a quick card change at the entrance. Nathan and Victoria greeted me at the self-serve area and made sure all was well, as I am bye to this location (been going to the one on Moreland for a while). This location is better stocked with towels and spray cleaners vs Moreland, though they have always been friendly and helpful there, too! Got my car sparkly and smelling good ❤️

The staff is always friendly and helpful but the equipment is poor. I pulled up to 4 vacuum bays with either busted hoses or poor suction. I'm a monthly member. If this equipment remains broken I will cancel my membership. Also there always a homeless guy at the car wash exit trying to earn tips for drying your car with two dirty towels.

Pretty disappointed in the wash. I paid for a wash several tiers up (23.99) and still walked away with dirty mirrors, windshield, and visible dirt on the car. The spot I was in for the vacuum smelled like urine, and the vacuum was not very strong. Entering the car wash, my drivers side was sprayed with a hose but nothing else. Pics included of car immediately after. I’ve been here before for the $10 and $17 washes and this one was by far the worst despite being more expensive
