Update* tried to give them a second chance and book them for a client of mine. Because of my “bad review” they refused and cancelled her booking. Bad review for no reason? I run a body shop and we detail cars all the time but we were too busy to do it here. It wasn’t a great job it was decent. When I asked to vacuum the trunk (which I had already mentioned which I why I commented on it) they moved my luggage cover caused terrible scratches in the interior trim which is plastic and textured which cannot just be repaired and will have to be replaced at my cost. Looks decent. Wasn’t cleaned “well” still a lot I ended up having to clean off myself. They rescheduled last minute and then was late to that appointment too. And when I was brought the keys back I had to ask them to also vacuum the trunk of my SUV
