While the place itself needs lots of love (i.e. remodeling), the actual service was done well. I did not even have to ask them to retouch anything, which is rare given I'm detailed oriented. Paid for the $28 package since it was my first time trying them out. Will try their package that includes hand waxing and trunk cleaning next. Thanks!

Customer service was great. They did OK with washing inside and out. 2 stars instead of 3 for dumping out my ashtray! I just happened to be on this side of town and was looking for another black owned business to support but I will definitely be going back to my regular detailing spot from here on out, even if it’s inconvenient.

Unfortunately, I can't give this place a five star rating. The gentlemen were super sweet and seemed very hard working. I don't mind waiting an hour for high quality service, but unfortunately there were a few things that weren't taken care of that should've been for what I paid for. I got the deluxe package. This includes a car wax, exterior wash, interior vacuuming and dash wipe down, tire wash, tire shine, etc.. Once I received the keys back and drove away, I immediately noticed only part of the dashboard was wiped down. Additionally, there was still a lot of visible dust and dirt in the car, particularly under the seats, in the cupholders, in the crevices of the emergency break lever, etc. The sides of the doors and handles appeared to still have some scuff marks and smudges. The back of the car on the inside was not vacuumed, where the back window and the passenger's seats are. I also had to remind one of the gentlemen to vacuum my trunk and wipe off the grime from the trunk edges. I genuinely don't mind having to remind people. They had a lot of customers and I understood that. But once I drove away and saw the interior of my car, I was really frustrated with the results of my vehicle for their deluxe package deal. Again, for what I paid for, the wait time and for what all was actually done to clean my car, I unfortunately cannot give this hand car wash place a five star.

I thought this was going to be a good experience unfortunately not. The price listed on the board stated $28, the gentle told me $30. Okay no big deal. After my car was finished, of course I checked it out and they vacuumed the floor but didn’t pull up the mats so all around the mats was still dirty. The gentleman did come back and vacuum again and it was better but then I noticed that they did not vacuum the floor where my third row is AT ALL. The gear shift still had the same few crumbs and the cup holder. My front passenger window and front windshield were still dirty. The car had dried water on the window. I wouldn’t recommend. The point of a hand car wash is to get the detail and they didn’t pay any attention to detail.

Do not go here. Charged you over $200 for a detail and they did not even touch my interior or the bed of the truck. Literally. Asked Leo to make it right and he just throws an already dirty rag with soap onto the seats. Keeps a bunch of dogs chained up out back too.. whats going on here.

Update After going multiple times I have had a consistently negative experience. They do not open on time, miss multiple things when detailing (e.g., not cleaning the trunk, not wiping down any of the interior, etc.), are very slow (2.5-3 hrs for a mid size SUV), and the owner Leo does not seem to care and does everything he can to deflect any responsibility. Original Experience Great service, relatively quick for hand car wash, friendly, and all around what I want when I have my car washed! I've been going for a few years and will continue to visit them!

I think people are afraid to speak up and just pay and get on here and complain. Check your car, make sure you like the quality and pay. I’m very thankful that I found this spot.

This place is getting the job done. I've been coming here for a couple of months now. The negative reviews are not totally wrong, BUT it's a car wash! Don't complicate it. Look at the menu, make a selection, and wait. The wait is a bit long, but it is 100% hand-washed wash, meaning no automated machines are ruining your paint job. Some people say the head guy mistreats the staff. He is a bit direct, but quite honestly, he is making sure they're doing a good job. I seldom have to tell them they missed something, but when I do, they fix it without any issues. These guys work hard; they are in the hot sun all day, and I'm glad I found this place.

I pulled up and asked a guy about prices and services - he tells me loudly... THE MENU IS OVER THERE - GO TAKE A PICTURE OF IT!!! I had to walk across their working area to take a picture... I later decided that I won't be giving them my business. He was rude and I don't see why they don't have printed flyers or something to hand potential customers. It's not like you can see the sign from the street!!

Excellent job on cleaning the exterior and the interior! They were able to clean off years of sap stuck on the roof and deep dirt stains in the carpets. Highly recommend their full service. Best availability is during the weekdays. Closed on Sundays.

Hands down best car wash I’ve been to. I absolutely loving keeping my car clean, waxed, and shinning! Leo’s definitely withstood my standards. I was referred here by my gf and I will definitely be back. Tire shine was applied well and left a nice black shine to it without loony glossy. Car was so clean I could see my reflection in it. Interior was done well.

I hate leaving a bad review but I am legit pissed. This place ruined the paint on my brand new wrapped truck. Whatever cloths they were using scratched up the almost the whole car. To top it off they did such a horrible job (AND my car wasnt even THAT dirty). The pics Im posting are after finding like 5 different things that I initially caught.

We went to get a used truck detailed here after buying it second hand. They charged us $200, saying we would get a full detail service. When we picked it up, they rushed us for the money saying they’re closing. The truck had been basically sprayed on the outside and rubbed down with soap on the interior. Most of the surfaces hadn’t been wiped - I wiped the steering wheel after they detailed and my cloth was completely brown. There was a cockroach and trash still in the door pocket. Dirt on the floor where areas hadn’t been vacuumed, grime and dirt in the floor bed. All the pictures I posted are AFTER a $200 detail.

They did a great job, this is a repossessed vehicle and I requested they throw everything out and left glove compartment open so they clean it pit as well let them know car needed to be cleaned to sell it and they must have forgot. They even charged me extra for it but didn’t do it. Just pay more attention to request, and when I wrote him all he said was ok. I had to come update my review because I left this car for 3 hours so they wouldn’t feel rushed and they still rushed. Look how they left it under the seats. I get it it’s cold outside they’re older but if you offer a service do your best
