Home Depot is come a long way you know they're coming back from covid so the service is getting better. And they've also become a number one for veterans because Lowe's started playing the game with the discount. They have veterans parking it's now tied to your membership ID that you're a veteran so you don't have to jump through any special hoops.

I ordered 80 galvanized tiles for same day delivery due to me needing them early in the morning. I ordered 80 so I could get the discounted price. Even though the website stated they had over 90 the person picking my order only could find 71. She actually canceled 71 of my tiles and only sent 9. I spoke the manager on duty (Ralph) and explained all of this to him. About the discount and me needing them early in the morning. He told me I could either come and picked them up myself in the morning or place another order for the rest. (Mind you it will not be for the discount due to the amount needed is 80) or I could reorder them but they couldn’t determine the delivery time. Not once did he offer a discount for me now having to spend more money. Nor a store credit due to me not having to be inconvenience due to the materials not being here for the builders in the morning. This is disgraceful and I’m really disappointed with how this was handled.

Well they had almost every Ile in the lumber area closed and I did not see but two people 30 minutes later one spotting a fork lift driver and the they were only moving a higher stack of red label osb board to a lower rack and then the driver was crushing circular saw blade display and the spotter did nothing about it. When the driver lowered the stack down it was clearly going to hit the end of the rack support causing the stack to fall off the fork lift down 10 to 15 feet to the floor. Now I had to wait longer to get what I needed do to pore team work. And bad spotting. I was not happy. And left and spent my money at lowes.

I been coming to this store for yrs. I had mixed reviews about the customer service. I went back to the store on monday and the 1st person to greet me was the store manager, she was very nice, welcoming, helpful and even had a conversation with me that was uplifting. She also showed me where the bulb was I was looking for. Overall, I'm big on presentation and customer service and she nailed it with her leadership. Keep up the good work!!💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went in and bought a ton of things for a job from different categories throughout the store. Before going, I called and asked if they gave a military discount and was told yes, 10%. What they don't tell you is" that it's only on things that they have a high enough market on". This was from the customer service desk, after we realized out of $2350.00 they only took off 10% from a $139.00 door. Talk about a disappointment and alittle false/misleading statement from Home depot. Lowe's always give the discount, guess I'll stay with them next time for stuff I need to get from big corporate companies.

9:30 a.m. wait it for more than 20 minutes to have a single key cut, with no help with less than 40 cars in the parking lot. This place is the Kmart of home improvement centers. Do not recommend due to poor lack of customer service...

Customer Service is pretty good although the wait for help can be long at times, mostly due to it being super busy. Employees are knowledgeable in their departments and you can learn great tips for DIY projects. They also teach children's workshops on set days. You have to visit the website and register your child.

The prices here seem better then Lowe’s in mebane. I got a small trailer to pulled behind my atv and it was way cheaper here. $99 compared to $139 at Lowe’s. But sadly when I was asking the cashier a question about the damage on the box she started having a personal conversation with som other person and pretty much ignored me other than handing me my change and receipt. So it seem like either cheaper prices and not so great customer service here or over priced things with okay customer service at Lowe’s

Update- 4/12/25 The staff are not caring for their customers. The pricea are way to high for what you get and they can not even clean the resterooms. Home depot over the years has become a company based on using Gimmicks to sell products. From no stock on sale items to posting an item on sale but it is not really on sale as they just cover up the original prices on the shelves! Review the photo of the gimmick found today!

I bought this online refrigerator on January 17 and paid to be delivered January 22. I got this and first there was a dent in the door of the product. And then I noticed the freezer wasn’t working along with the top fridge. So I got a lemon of an appliance. I called them twice and twice I was told they would to pick this up and to replace it January 25, Day of I called and come to find out they rescheduled my delivery without my knowledge for a few weeks out 2/5/25. I have a newborn and a 5 year old I breast pump so having a working refrigerator is a must and I let them know this and all they could say is I’m sorry. I’m very upset and disappointed how they treat customers. It’s been 9days without a refrigerator. I have to wait another week to get this nonworking refrigerator out of my kitchen. I will for now be going to Lowe’s. Another sneaky thing is the delivery guy messed up my floor and hid it and had me sign something and pointed to another small tear on my floor asking me to sign saying that was already there which I was willing to say okay, and then he left And that was when I saw the big tear but nothing I could do. I know I will never order from Home Depot nor do the delivery service.

Of course nothing is in stock. Ordered online, of course they charge you before its shipped I called them 10 times, everyday my package has "on a different truck, (12 miles away from my home) 12 days later, no package, still 12 miles away. Home Depot will NEVER GET ANY OF MY MONEY!! LOWES IS BEST!!! HOME DEPOT, YOU SUCK!! UPDATE NO PACKAGE YET!! JUST MORE LIES!! DEFINITELY SHOWS THEY CAN'T COMPETE WITH LOWES!!
