Terrible....it did not clean the car at all. I chose the $9.00 wash and was charged $10.00 on my card. It spit soap on the car and then water. No pressure just water. Ugh!!

This was the worst automatic car wash experience. I paid for the ultimate $12 and it was less the minimum. I came out the bay with a wet car and I could see that my car was still dirty. I will never do this automatic car wash again. There was minimal solutions applied. The wheels were barely even clean. Please save your $12.

Self-explanatory and easy-to-operate machines. However, if you use a card, you may be temporarily overcharged for the vacuums and have to wait business days for a refund.

My review pertains specifically to the automatic wash for $11 as of 08/10/2024. Please see the end of my review which includes a reply to the owners response to my original review. As an individual that cares for his car fairly well - it gets washed several times a month. My car rarely has dirt “caked” up on it. While automatic car washes aren’t the best for actually getting a car clean - not like a hand wash - this one was surprisingly terrible. My car actually left appearing dirtier than it did going in. For $11 I didn’t get any “triple-foam” nor did I get a drying cycle. I did get a spot-free rinse, which was laughable in its results. My entire car had spots and streaks all over. I’ve attached a video that (while hard to see) shows the dirt streaks from my handle and all the spots left after “washing” my car at The Car Wash, LLC. I’m not sure what their offerings are for the manual washes, but skip the automatic. Put your $11 into supplies and hand wash at home. OR… if you must use an automatic wash, The Soapy Shell on Belair Rd has a much better offering for the money. ★★☆☆☆ - I do not recommend. UPDATE: I can’t reply to the owners response, so I’ve added my response below. It is definitely this car wash. I wasn’t suggesting you *have* triple foam - I was pointing out the lack of value for the price and the inefficiencies for this particular service at your wash. Thank you, however, for your response. I did not submit a refund claim as I am more of the “learned my lesson” kind of guy. Thanks again.

Paid for most expensive wash. Was in a rush and just wanted to use the drive through automatic wash. The automatic Lazer wash didn't even touch the bottom of the jeep. It was not stubborn dirt. I went home and it came right off with a garden hose

I have been a member for over a year. The washing stations are commonly down. When you call the customer service there of no help or assistance. I recently went to get my car washed. The membership QR code did not work. I called for assistance. They claim they could remote started. That didn’t happen. The guy literally left me on hold for 20 minutes only to hang up on me. By the time he hung up on me, the line was around the corner so it was no use for me to wait. When I called back, they offered to give me an extension on my billing, which didn’t provide any credit just gave me longer to pay. When I asked to speak to the owner. They claimed that they’re not allowed to give out the owners information email or name. It’s $25 a month but utterly a waste of time if every time I go to get my car wash there is this sort of issue. You get what you pay for.

BEWARE FAKE 4 STAR RATINGS AND REVIEWS! I visited this location on 02/17/24 where I pulled into the automatic wash. Upon driving up to the screen I saw NO signs that said no dryers or must bring hand towels! I’ve never been to this company and I’m use to it being standard that your car is dried at the end so without warning I proceeded I chose the middle tier for $12 that included a “spot free rinse” As you can see by my photos my car doesn’t look like it just came out of a wash, it looked WORSE than it did going in. They also don’t include vacuum, you must use your card to pay almost $2 for the vacuum I requested a refund via the the website like they keep instructing people to do instead of making bad reviews however I still have yet to hear back from them or receive my refund! Would not recommend!

I didn't get a chance to wash my car, because I had trouble insert the money in the machine and money keep coming out of the machine. I gave up. I felt myself getting frustrated. I left the car wash and it was packed with people getting their car wash from the snow storm.

I’ve tried giving The Car Wash multiple chances, but it’s consistently disappointing. The biggest issue is that the automatic wash bays are always down or closed when it’s cold, which honestly makes no sense since the self-serve bays stay open. If the manual bays can operate, why can’t the automatic ones? On top of that, a lot of the equipment in the self-serve bays is in rough shape. Several machines don’t work properly, fittings leak, and I’ve had soap dripping down on me while washing because hoses and connections aren’t maintained. It’s frustrating trying to clean your car while also dodging leaking chemicals. This place has potential because the location is convenient, but the lack of upkeep really shows. Until the broken machines are fixed and the automatic bays are made reliable, I’ll probably be looking for another car wash.

This car wash sees a lot of traffic. I have a monthly subscription which gives you 1 automated free wash per day and 1 free vacuum per day. I got the automated ultimate wash. It does a good job but you definitely have to dry it off to prevent water spots. It can be hard to get a spot at the vacuum so I skipped it this time. The automated wash and vacuums do accept credit cards

The Car Wash Unlimited Wash Plan is a great value if you wash your vehicles almost daily like I do! I use a combination of the automatic machines and a self serve depending on how lazy I am that’s at lol. Both are touch-less wash, which means my car don’t get scratched unlike some other car washes do with the spinning brushes. The wash is more for a maintenance, If you wash your cars almost everyday like me, then it’s a great value in between getting a detail like I do every month or so. The vacuums, are you're standard car wash vacuums are Included free if you have a wash plan. Good value IMO
