Nice car wash. The vacuums however are not that strong also they do not have the narrow tip to get into tight places like between the seats and console. They have plenty of recycled microfiber cloths available for use but you have to have your own spray cleaner. Other than that it’s a perfect place for that type of Auto Spa.

One of the better locations for Auto Spa express. Usually the line is short and you can easily get the vacuums. The only negative is the location since there’s no direct in and out access. You have to cut through the parking lots of all the restaurants surrounding it.

Any place you go, car washes everywhere are pricey. Long gone are the quality $6 washes of yesteryear, so it's nice when I find a place with a good value. I always opt for one that can do an underbody spray, especially when the wintry salt-covered roads cake slush on the car. I visited this location today, after having been to other Auto Spa Express locations (like the Odenton one, which is great, too). The staff were friendly. My car went in with a bunch of window paint and came out with all but a short, narrow streak cleaned off - pretty good. Pros: ✅ Underbody wash is in all but the basic tiers ✅ Free vacuums (on both sides of the car) ✅ Free mat cleaning station ✅ Free towels to dry the car and clean the door jams and small spaces ✅ New to me: an air hose to spray out leaves stuck in crevices Note: I went at 7am when they opened and it wasn't crowded, but I can only imagine the difficulty in finding a vacuum bay at busy times. The cheapest tier that included underbody wash was $16. And if you want, the monthly membership pays off in about 2-3 washes depending on the tier (I don't need that, so I didn't opt for it). Overall great experience!

I have monthly membership for this car wash. Every time I go for the wash at this Arundel mill location, they don’t have rear wiper protection bag to put on before wash. My rear wiper fell off two times and one time I have to spend $60 to replace it. Odenton location have that wiper protection bag, so I’m wondering why not this location? See pictures for the proof.

I (Military Veteran at Ft Meade) experienced an unfortunate service as a membership holder. I own a 2011 Porsche Panamera Turbo and upon exiting the auto spa car wash bay a staff member smacked unintentionally my side view mirror in attempt to reposition it causing a mechanical failure while the car was in motion (drive). I filed a complaint, report, and the customer relations department dismissed the incident and stated they weren't liable for the damages.

I accompanied my husband for the first time was a delight, thanks to the free voucher from the lube center. the super package provided an excellent experience with the drive-through car wash, vacuum, free towels, and mat cleaning machine. Despite a hiccup with the mat cleaning machine that resulted in a broken mat, a crew(a helpful lady I forgot to asked her name€). She promptly informed her superiors, including supervisor (Lindsey) and Manager (Will), ensuring a replacement mat and arranging to ship it to Georgia as we were heading back. Exceptional service and commitment from a fantastic team! Thank you, Lady crew, Lindsey, Will and the entire team

Great spot & very convenient. The only slight annoyance is when they do not have any towels available within 20 mins of closing. Adjust the times accordingly. When open, have towels available.

It was my first time coming to this car wash. I wanted to open a membership, but I was rushed To go through and purchase with my credit card I was told I didn’t need a membership even though that’s what I came here to get l. When I got to the Vacuum station It barely worked and didn’t have any clean towels, when I added one of the workers for one he told me go check with the other station which is was occupied by customers. This was a horrible experience

This was my first time here but I've used their Lube Center before in Gambrills and have always been pleased with the service. I have to give 5 stars for the amenities offered. After your wash they offer free vaccuums that come with a compressed air blower and there's even a mat cleaning station but no molded mats just the standard mats that come with the car.I almost forgot about the clean towels available for use. I'm pleased and will be back whenever I need a wash and am in MD. I was visiting family for the holidays.

Towels are put away an hour before close, vacuums are limited and open to ALL the public, also not all vacuums even work as they should. I have a fleet account and pay for 11 cars and after my troubling experience today I wonder what's the point? If all the public can use the microfiber cloths and vacuums, then why should I pay almost $250 a month for my subscriptions? Odenton monitors the use much more and monitors overflow to prevent this- especially if it's is busy

I would like to appreciate the excellent service provided by the car wash center overall. The staff is courteous and the wash quality is very good, which is why I opted for the monthly subscription. However, I am disappointed with the vacuum facility. It is almost always busy, and the vacuum pump suction has significantly reduced. Today, I had to wait for a long time just to clean the mats, and even then, most of the mat washers were not working properly. This area clearly needs better attention and regular maintenance. Having a dedicated and efficient maintenance team for the vacuum equipment would greatly improve the customer experience, especially for subscription holders. I hope this feedback is taken positively and the necessary improvements are made soon.

If you need a quick and thorough wash then this place can't be beat. It's good value for the money. I had a great experience getting my car washed at this place. I decided to get the Super wash service, which is their premium service. The wash itself was quick and did a solid job overall, especially when you consider it's an automated setup. In fact, this is the best automated washing I've experienced. What really stands out is the added value of the complimentary towels that are available. Also, the vacuums are free to use, which is a huge plus, and the hoses are on either side of the car so you get two long vacuum hoses to use. Being able to touch up the car afterward without being made to pay an extra cost makes a big difference. One big problem that I have is the limited number of vacuums available. And did I mention that they are FREE to use? Not just for paying customers, but also for non-paying customers. I can bet that half the people using those vacuums did not get a car wash. So after my first car wash I was disappointed that I couldn't vacuum my interior because all the vacuum spots were taken. I recommend getting there early before the vultures come in to vacuum their cars for free and hog up the spaces. All in all I still recommend it if you're looking for a fast, no-hassle wash with some nice perks. Just get there EARLY!

I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to Kevin Hooker (Supervisor) at this location for going above & beyond today to assist me with pulling my fitbit wristwatch that fell into the drain by the Mat cleaning station while I was cleaning my car. Kevin Hooker was so friendly, so professional, so eager to help & even refused to give up regardless of how difficult the task was (even as I had given up). I was so impressed ! If there was a rating greater than 5 star, I would have gladly given it to him. I've been a member at this location for about a year now & every single one of their staff have always been very friendly & courteous and their services are excellent too.
