First time the car wash did a decent job . Windows weren’t touched on the inside . Just went there again today . Again car wash did a decent job . As they were wiping the car down I asked if they could get the windows on the inside . I said they were filthy . Not a problem . Got in my car and left , the more I looked the more disappointed I got . Window washing is not a good strong point of theirs .

Horrible customer service ever. They raise the prices and do less. Except for Herb and Melvin. It would be nice if the employees spoke proper English. I've been going to this carwash for over 35 years and have watched how management discards the customer's complaints and concerns. The new owner hides in her office trying to micro manage when she is there. Trust me it's not often. I will be going to Roy's carwash located on Crain hey at quarterfield rd. I know when Herb and Melvin retire. This place will shut down since they are the only two who can communicate and speak proper English. I only gave this train wreck 1 star because I couldn't leave half of one.

This place is USUALLY really good. The last 2 visits back to back they have missed the exact same sections of my suv plus multiple other areas. The second time I said something and the guy acted like he was going to take care of it then he just walked away and didn’t do a thing. The missed the inside rear passenger door completely, the back bumper, the outside of front and back passenger doors, and the front windshield. The entire windshield! The number “1” they wrote on there for what option I wanted is literally still on there.

Very dissatisfied with the interior cleaning! We spent a half hour plus cleaning the inside of our bootleg rental after we left the car wash! Definitely was not worth the $30+ that we paid. I can say that the front desk clerk was nice & friendly.

Due to my own neglect my vehicle was not as clean as it should be, especially the seats. Went in on Saturday and spoke with Herb D. to make an appointment. Showed him everything I was hoping to accomplish especially the very stained seats. He promised to have everything look showroom new inside and out and he didn't disappoint. Dropped it off Tuesday morning and couldn't believe my eyes as I pulled in to pick it up that afternoon. Shining from every angle. You never would have known the seats had been stained like they were. All spots gone. When I had dropped it off that morning I asked if it was too late to request an engine clean and Herb said no problem. As I began to pull off the lot he noticed something that was incomplete and has his employee come over and rectify it. Made suggestions on what products to buy so I could maintan the clenliness.

Brought my car in for car wash one of the workers for some reason put down my front passenger window my entire passenger side seat inside my car carpet got completely soakedNone of the workers said anything to me about my car being sold until I was about to drive away and I seen it talk to the manager gave me 2 free car washes. When employees mess up they need to speak up and say something

I paid for the full service platinum package but all they did was shine the front of the inside of my car. Left my backseat dirty and untouched. $38 for them to half ass my car. That's crazy and still expect a tip

Stopped by this place today. I was greeted by a very friendly woman named Joanna. I paid upfront which is new policy. There was a line to get my car vacuumed but didn’t take long. Seems like less workers. I enjoy getting me car cleaned here.

I went on Friday for a car wash paid for the Platinum and it was the worst car wash, almost everything I came there on my car was still on it , even my mats were not even wash off , the service was horrible.

I’m a long time customer here-I’m accustomed to the guys that have been there forever. As long as they’re there-I will always come back. My 81 year old Mother still comes as well. Love the remodel and now save money with the Gold club-they keep my car squeaky clean for one low price! Big Ups!

A great deal for the price. I got the 35 dollar detailing package for my Miata MX-5. There were a few spots on the body and wheels that still had a little bit of grime afterwards but it easily wiped off. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick clean.

This was my 1st time here and the 1st an only person in line, they took their time and cleaned my SUV really good! I do realize that being the only one at the car wash can be misleading so for my next cleaning I'll go later in the day to see what the truth is!

This used to be a good car wash station. Now, they really deserve one star. Their machine broke down, and yet they still proceeded to accept customers and manually did the wash. The problem is, of course, they can not wash the chassis and tires. So, my car is still full of salt. They are up to the money and disregard customer satisfaction at all! The manager could have apologized and returned my money or given me a choice whether they'd proceed with manual cleaning or could have issued a rain check, but nada. Don't take your chances of having your car washed here.

I like the fact that they hand brush wash your call before it goes in the tunnel, I only got the outside done and my wheels. It got all the break dust off and really cleaned my car, then the crew wipes the remaining water off with micro-fiber rags.

Paid for the platinum wash which is supposed to include cleaning your floor mats. They sprayed WINDEX on my tires. And they didn’t even wipe my entire dash, you can see the middle where they didn’t wipe. Go spend your money somewhere else. I would’ve been better off doing it myself!

Decided to give this place a try today. I usually go to Roy’s which I love but saw they had cheaper prices at this wash. I got a full service and they did such a horrible job inside and out, I had to tell them to go back to spots they missed on the exterior. When I went in and saw the interior I didn’t even have the energy to tell them to fix it at that point. They go so fast that they don’t even do things properly. I don’t even know why they rush so much if they only have 3 other cars and a whole bunch of people working. Quality over quantity. The $22 I spent wasn’t even worth the hassle since the only reason I get my car cleaned is so I don’t have to do it.

I had my car washed and paid platinum but they did a bad job . They didn’t even clean the mats I had to tell them to clean 2nd row and 3 rd. row mat and yet they didn’t do a good job. The car was dirty with the mud. And there was no manager at that time and hence I am posting the review here.

They ask for Tips before they even wash your car. They don’t clean windows good or clean your rim. You’ll have to still do some cleaning after they’re done. If you want a rushed job this is your place…….PS: I Expected better for $38 just go around the corner to Roy’s. Thank me later.
