As always, the staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly!! I have a monthly plan for exterior wash and consider the price reasonable. Interior cleaning is done well. For me, it's a convenient location.

I went to just get an exterior wash and the inside cleaned out. I didn’t need anything too crazy since I would be driving it far where it’s bound to get dirty again. I pulled up and meet Sabina where she seems very nice and told me about the Titanium option only. When I asked what the other option were her mood shifted. I had to ask twice because she was only giving me one option at a time when I said I was just looking for the most basic thing they had. It just made me feel extremely uncomfortable seeing the mood shifted when I didn’t go for the more expensive option. I still paid $36 for a car wash. The outside staff was nice but the initial interaction threw me off.

I’ve been a member since 2022 and went here faithfully every week. Recently, I went through the wash behind a pickup truck and came out with a crack running all the way up my windshield. I went in with no preexisting damage and filed a claim with Mister Car Wash immediately after. They denied my claim, saying the damage was “preexisting” and that they reviewed the cameras. After going home, I thoroughly inspected my car to confirm, and there were no specks, chips, or circle cracks from a pebble that would indicate prior damage. If it had been preexisting, I would not place fault on Mister Car Wash, but in this case, it clearly was not. Now, I’m stuck paying a $500 deductible to replace my windshield for something that happened in their wash. Needless to say, I’ll be cancelling my membership.

You know what I hate? I hate paying for a service and not getting what I paid for. I paid for the "Platinum" wash with interior, their highest priced wash. The outside of the car looks great, the inside did not. They wiped *most* of my dash, didn't wipe my doors, did a very poor job vacuuming, and left big smudges on the inside of the windshield. If you own this place you are probably losing a lot of return customers because of the poor job those kids you hired are doing. UPDATE: you may see how they offered to make it right and gave me an email address to contact. I contacted it that same day and they never responded. This place is shady. Shady customer service, shady management. Support a small business and get a mobile detailer. Avoid this place.

Worst car wash place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. All they do is run you through a quick wash and vacuum the floors. There is still dust and general dirt that a car accumulates. Definitely not worth the platinum price I paid. My 5 year old has done a better job.

I have a basic membership here which allows me to come in and go through an exterior wash as often as I need. The exterior wash does a great job and employees give my car a quick hand dry when it's done. Today, I opted to upgrade my wash to include an interior service (the one time upgrade cost $8). This allowed me to enter the waiting room for the first time and WOW! It's a very nice waiting room. Lots of clean, comfortable seating, popcorn and drinks available, places to charge you phone, and lovely bathrooms. When my car was finished being cleaned, the woman running the waiting area called out to let me know (and during my wait she was very friendly and was clearly making a great effort to keep the area nice). As far as my car goes, it looks great! For the price of this membership, they really do a great job here. Keep in mind, this isn't high end detailing. It wasn't perfect, but for the price, I'm very pleased.

Kelsey was amazing and so sweet. The iPad wasn’t working well and she kept the conversation going. Then when it all worked she guided me in for the car wash promptly. It was a much smoother time than the other Mister Car Wash. Had a small business feel where you actually get to know the people you’re doing business with. Good job Kelsey!

I’ve been a member of the Millersville, MD Mister Car Wash since they opened. I really miss the old manager Nick, the new manager JP really comes in a close second place.Two employees that I have to give a shout out to are Drew and Marlene. They always make sure my truck as well as the 12 other trucks on the program look their best thank you very much. I highly recommend Mister Car Wash.

1st visit, I was happy that my car was clean. However, for the Premium service, I wish they paid more attention to detail and did a much better job cleaning the windshield. When I got home, I wiped down my steering wheel and parts of the console, recleaned the windshield and tidied-up dirt they missed around the door handles... kinda felt like they rushed through wiping the car down after it went through the wash. But, the lady cleaning the waiting room did a fantastic job! #Spotless 2nd visit update, I will NOT be back. This time, paid $48 for the premium service ... not only was the inside still dirty but the outside was too. I'm done. Will not go back again.

2025 Update: decided to sign up for a titanium wash so I could get interior and exterior. Based on the pricing is worth it even if I only wash my car one time per month while visiting the area. I can still complement the stuff and in this instant because I got a full interior exterior wash they did a great job on my car. Upgrading from a three star to four star review. Original post: Had to go through twice and my car wasn’t clean. 3 stars for friendly and helpful staff but find a better fast car wash or DIY.

The wonderful team at Mister Car Wash Veteran's Highway in Severna Park is nothing short of amazing, devoted, polite and friendly! They go above and beyond to get your car looking brand new...even in the cold! It's a typical example of "Team work!". I had a very good experience and my car was brought back to life after the snow storm got it looking all messed up. Great job!

I'm giving 5 stars for the excellent customer service I received at the car wash. The person who assisted me explained all the available plans very clearly and made sure I understood what each one included. The attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. I don't remember the name, but they were using Tablet #1. Without a doubt, I will be coming back. Excellent service!
